I've been coming here for over 2 years now, and I am really surprised by all these previous reviews! And everytime I come here, they are always so fast with the tailoring (typically 2 days), and service/staff is friendly to me. I took dresses, pants, shirts, etc here and i've never had one issue with my items! It always comes out to how I asked for! Overall- give this place a try! I still enjoy coming here :) read more

I've been going there for years and there was a time when the service was poor but the last few years it is great the young lady behind the counter has made the difference she has great personality and is willing to help with whatever problem you may have. read more

Was able to pick up my suit the very next day. The gentleman who assisted me was named George, very polite and helpful, I will be taking my dry cleaning here in the future. Got great value, as the price was only $12.40-- especially worth it when you consider just how quickly I got my dry cleaning. read more

I'm surprised by the bad reviews. I've been coming here for more than a decade and always had a good experience. Clothes are cleaned, timely, not too pricey. I've taken tops, coats and comforters without issues. More recently, I noticed the current staff isn't friendly. One employee particularly looked like she hated being there and didn't say a word to me while she still completed the service. I'd probably try a different place but this is the one I've been going to for a long time so I trust it. It's also in my area. I do recommend it to my family who's also come in without problems. read more

Everyone, don't come to this store if you don't want them to ruin your clothes! They ruined my cardigan, all the buttons on my cardigan, not matter the big one in the front or the small buttons on the side were all broken!!! The staff here didn't actively tell me they broke all the buttons, when I was picking it up, I found out myself!!!!! No apology! No refund! Very poor customer service! Said they don't guarantee the buttons, this is such a bad excuse! No notice to customers and showing on the receipt! And they didn't want to give me the refund! The guys said We cleaned your clothes, but come on, your store damaged my clothes! ! I went to the boutique get new buttons by myself and take it to the tailor by myself! Of course you need to pay me back the cost for tailoring!! But how could you still charge me for the dry cleaning??? Trust me, don't come to this store. read more

This place have awful service and customer service all they care about is money not value and quality . I dropped off my shirt for dry-clean and when I picked it up it was still dirty . Very bad service read more

I wasn't inlove or disappointed with their service. We brought 20+ things to be dry cleaned and they gave us a 4 day return time. One thing needed a new zipper. It was EXTREMELY expensive for the zipper. We spent $27 for the zipper to be replaced on my romper. The rest of the clothes were not ready for and we were told to come back the next day. Not a biggy because we live close but still odd because she could have said Tuesday to begin with. Every time we are there the younger female attendant is always on her phone and gives zero attention. It doesn't necessarily make me eager to go back. For our 22 items dry cleaned we paid $117. That price might get us back there. read more

Family-owned, will work with you and talk to you through what they can or cannot do with any of your garments based on material, they make some special accommodations to help me wash some of my martial arts gear as well. Convenient for me to my office, and fair enough pricing, my family has been using them for years and will continue to do so read more

Professional Cleaners - No Professional Service!! - Laundry Services Near Me - Walnut, California

Nothing professional about this cleaners, I've been coming here for about a year and their service has gone to complete waste. Waste of my time to pick up my clothes to see that it is simply not cleaned properly then I have to leave it and pick it up another day because she failed to do her job that I paid for. They do HORRIBLE SERVICE and I do not recommend this place. read more

This is the worst place I have even been. First time I asked a person to wish my shoes, they said 20$, after I left they called me back said they will charge my30$ because my shoe is expensive, finally they still didn't clean it!!! But still charged my money!! Second time I asked them clean wallet for me, but when I get there they told me I should wait one more week. After a week they said I should wait two more hours, after two hours they said I should wait one more hour. Anyway I WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN!!' NEVER read more

I came here 2 times. The first time it was ok but the second time the clothes came back with a strange odor. Took it back the lady keep saying there is no odor and blame it on me. She was mad I brought it back to have them redo it. Very disappointed in the service and treatment especially for the higher price I paid for it. read more

EXCELLENCE!!!!! 5 stars!!! My family and I have been going here for years and they are so good with all clothing. I even had my engagement dress and wedding dress cleaned here. My husband's suit was dry cleaned here! I trust them 100%. I have been to many professional cleaners and this place has been so helpful and reliable. They are honest and hardworking. Sometimes they give me cleaning advice for at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! read more

The customer service here is bad. I went in with a bag of clothes and the girl was helping a customer so I waited. Then a man comes in and the owner lady comes out and helps him first. I was annoyed but out of respect I didn't say anything. Then another woman comes in and the girl goes to her NOT ME. WTH?! "Is there not a line? These two cut in front of me!" The girl thought the lady was helping me she said. So I decide to take my laundry elsewhere. While I'm walking out I hear the owner lady saying crap under her breath in Korean. I'm Korean lady. Smh. Doesn't even apologize. Now I get why they got low ratings on Yelp. read more

Honestly, I hate coming here. I do not enjoy talking to the people here. I do not enjoy their service. I do not enjoy the way they try to deny their wrong doing before they hear the question. I once questioned a price and she flat out denied any problems before I finished the question. I just do not get a good feeling coming here. But it's close to me so I end up dragging my feet...for dry cleaners. How hard is it to just be nice and friendly? But I can't be be mean to them either because they're like my parents age! So i hate it even more. read more

I was very upset about their service recently I had this Amani white dress and sent it to this drying cleaning service, when I got it back it has yellow stains all over the bottom. I didn't notice when I picked up cause it was covered by plastic covers as usual. So when I took it back and asked them to re clean it... they denied right away that they didn't do it...however if u look at the pics it 's no doubt the yellow stain was caused by the chemical they use to dry clean..... also on my other dry cleaning dresses I found similar yellow stain but a lot less than this one and since I caught it at the time picking up the dress they had to reclean it for me.... I will never use them again...as I think the chemical they use is not as good especially for white clothes they just can't get it cleaned properly!! read more

This dry cleaner's owner is a THIEF. I came in to pick up my 4-piece dry cleaning order for $9.80. I was carrying $39 in bills before walking into this establishment. I pay $9 and I looked for change, the change was too hard to find so I pulled my $20 out. Then the korean lady just said the change is fine, so I dumped my change out and counted it better and I put the $20 down next to it as I counted. I already separated $0.80 for her but she scooped in all of my change, giving her an extra $0.07, and she grabbed my $20 as I wasn't looking. I thought about confronting her, but I just laughed because it was 7 cents; but at that point they already lost me as a customer. I later checked my wallet to realize $20 was missing too, I was already at work by that time so I called in to confront them and they yelled at me, they weren't apologetic at all! If you like getting robbed of your change, this place is a good place to go to! Also, be smart about pulling out your bills and about money you keep in your laundry pockets because the owner can't help herself. My family has actually been a customer to this dry cleaner for 15 years but no longer. It seems like they value $20 more than a loyal customer that spends over $100 a month here. read more

Aiight. So i lost a marled grey turtleneck sweater here like 2 weeks ago. I didnt blame them initially but when i kept looking and confirmed with my mom, we concluded that they lost it. Its not the first time this has happened though; my dad also lost his pants a while ago and they tried to replace it with a similar one that was a different size hoping we didnt find out. We did, and after we returned it my dad never got his original pants back no matter how much we pushed for it. Anyways they gave it back a few weeks later along with another sweater we appeared to have forgotten about...im glad i got my clothes back but it wouldve helped if they had let us know earlier...& im not sure if my dad will ever get his pants back haha read more

Took my longboard fabric coat there. It was beige and I found a black spot on it from the iron. Was not happy. Don't waste your money.

My usual place to hem my pants already closed down. So i decided to find new place and go to the one across from it. It looks big and nice at first, but boy am i dissapointed. I was told that to get it hem and with single stiches will be $8 at first. But tiwards the end i was told it might cost $10, because the bottom of my pants is about an inch wider, WTH? I went and get my pants hemmed a lot, and this is the first time i have ever heard this. This is absurd, i guess im looking for another place to get my pants hemmed then. read more

Very unprofessional. I asked them to repair my husband's 2 uniforms, paid the amount the owner told me eventhough its too expensive. Better change the store name to "UNPROFESSIONAL CLEANERS" Will not recommend this shop!! read more

i'm assuming this is a mom & pop joint run by this korean couple. the man is super rude, but it's understandable and the woman is just a sweetie. anyway... prices are reasonable and the cleaners is conveniently open on the weekends and they close a little later than some of the other cleaners. i gave them a blouse that had a lot of bead work on it. i kinda expected to find some beading to be gone, but when i picked up my blouse, it was in perfect condition. read more

Been using this dry cleaners for the past couple of years. Over the years, they have been shrinking my clothes and, at times, the smell of chemicals will linger on my clothes. In recent months, when I went to pick up my dry cleaning, I would hear other customers complain about missing articles of clothing, bad alteration jobs. I also fell victim of having an article of clothing gone missing: I was told that this was my problem/fault. I now write down or take pictures of the clothes before dropping them off. And I've learned to double-check the receipt which lists all the clothes I dropped off before leaving. Customer service isn't great: like one reviewer mentioned, I have seen the owner walk away mid-conversation from her customers (but I think this also has to do with language barriers and culture differences. The owner is Asian). read more

We've been using Professional Cleaners on Fairway and Colima for a few years now. My parents use them too. Apparently, their facilities are actually used by many, not all, of the smaller dry cleaners in the area for their dry cleaning machines. The smaller cleaners bring the clothes to this facility. My mom has highly sensitive sense of smell as do I and there are no noticeable chemical odors on our dry cleaned clothes. We once needed a pair of pants dry cleaned on the same day between business trips and got to the store in the morning. They were able to finish it the same day by the time we had lunch at the Korean sullungtang restaurant next door. That said, their alteration capabilities are limited. We had a pair of Brooks Brothers pants whose cuffs had frayed and had been torn. They said they were not able to fix it. I took it to Alterations and Cleaners in Rowland Heights near Colima and Fullerton inside the Korean plaza and she was able to fix that pair and another one by the next day. I have a review about this place on Yelp as well: http://www.yelp.com/biz/alterations-and-cleaners-rowland-heights It's taken us a while to find cleaners and alterations places that we trust whose service is friendly, the price is reasonable and the quality is great. That said, some of the reviews here talked about the service. The lady who runs the place is Korean and when things get busy, she is talking with the employees (usually about your items and special instructions or whatnot) in Korean and the customers at the same time and is a bit flurried. If you're patient, she'll come back and finish the transaction or conversation with you. read more

I've been taking my clothes here for last couple of years since I moved to Walnut. I have no complaints. They've never lost anything or messed anything up. The couple that own the place are always nice and my stuff is ready in a timely manner. I don't know how they compare in price to other places though. I've had a few pants and dresses hemmed here and they did a pretty good job. $7 for a regular hem and $15 for an original hem. read more

DO NOT get alterations here - they don't know how to properly measure inches. Dry cleaning is OK except they staple the receipt to your tag which is annoying to remove and leaves many holes after several dry cleaning. Annoying enough that I am going to find another place. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! like many of the other reviews, they damage clothing and do not take responsibility for it whatsoever! i had a brand new white abercrombie and fitch winter jacket that i wanted to dry clean. when i went to go pick it up, the small furs inside the jacket came out during the cleaning process so my white jacket has small little duck furs sporadically throughout the jacket. when i complained, the owners said it was like that and failed to take responsibility for my BRAND NEW jacket. this place is the worst. there are other dry cleaners within the area which i recommend going to instead. read more

They provide the best service and the clothing is super clean. I have been patroness for many years and I trust them.

BEST dry cleaners I have EVER been to. They offer same-day service and also drive up service. Can't be easier....drive up and they'll come out to your car and pick up your items that need to be dry cleaned. When you're ready to pick them up, simply drive up and they bring them out to your car and hang them up for you. What service. Also, their work is truly professional. I have never had an issue with any of their services or the prices they charge. They are fair in all of their dealings and do an excellent job in a timely manner. One would be foolish to take their dry cleaning elsewhere. It truly is as good as it gets! read more
