Both the cuffs came out crooked and flare out at the buttons area, the extra 2 inches of material just folded back in without trimming some off to line up with the rest the jacket's style, worse of all, it wasn't evenly sewn back, it is wavy. The verdict: her craftsmanship is inferior, I wouldn't let her do any alteration even if it is free. I would rate a big 0 if there was available!!!

I explained and even took a sample for them to measure. When I picked up pants, one pair was great, the second one they basically just shortened so now they were wide leg not slim fit at ankles. I went back and blamed me saying that I didn't tell them and that they forgot to charge me in the first pair. They charged me $20 more dollars to fix. Honestly there was a line so I was like whatever....just fix pants please.
