This is my go to cleaners, whenever I need dry cleaning this is where I go. Great customer service and they always do a good job on my clothes. I've taken shirts there and had them sew on patches for me, I will continue my business with them. read more

DON'T bring your dry cleaning to this place! I brought 4 panels of drapes here. 2 are destroyed. They were very sneaky. They put one good one with one bad one. Then charged me for 4 panels for the cleaning. They never point out that 2 were destroyed. When I tried to hang it up, I saw it. When I brought them back, the lady said it was not their fault. She said the drapes were old. I told her that they are not old. Then she claimed that they were destroyed before I brought them there. It's not their fault. It's mine!! Why would I dry clean ripped drapes. After much arguing, she reluctantly returned me the cost of the drying cleaning for those two damaged panels. She refused to compensate me for the drapes. Now I am out of drapes for one window. See the pictures of damaged drapes attached. Note that they were ripped evenly. Every 12 inches. read more

Loved going here and having them take good care of my clothes for the past 20 years. Unfortunately, the owner of the shopping center apparently felt like upping their rent. I will no longer frequent any business in the center. read more

I took a suit to be dry cleaned for the first time here and I had a great experience. I needed to have my suit ready the next day so I called in the morning and he said he could have it ready for me by the end of the day. I dropped my suit off in the morning and it was ready to be picked up only a few hours later. I was very impressed with how quick they were able to clean it and they did a great job! It is relatively inexpensive and the owner/employees are very nice. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a quick and professional cleaning! read more

I take my work uniforms here all the time. They have same day service on some days In by 9am out by 3 pm.

The customer service here is awful and I had a terrible experience. Do not bring your clothes to them, they do not treat you right. They have ruined my clothes several times, and when I would express it to them, they will have an attitude and are very rude. I've also told them, How am I supposed to bring my clothes here? If you don't know how to treat me like a valuable customer. And the owner said OK then don't come! This is unacceptable read more

Been coming here for five years now for all my clothing needs and never disappoints. Only once I brought my living room rug; I feel the process for non clothing like my rug is a lot different. These items are sent somewhere else so it takes about a week or so to get back. No big deal for me unless your in a rush. Although carpet took longer they did a great job cleaning. I'll definitely continue doing business with them. Thank you Royal Cleaners. read more

Always take my uniform to this cleaners! Great attitude and family friendly! Great customer service.

Family owned business. They are friendly and reliable! I highly recommend it to friends and family.

WORST EXPERIENCE. I came here for the first time and dropped of 5 items. I liked that my clothes would be ready by the next day. However, when I went to pick up my clothes, they all were EVEN DIRTIER than when I dropped them off. On my white lab coat, there were black scuff marks on the front and back like they were rubbed against something dirty. I'm so glad that I took it out of the bag to check before I left. They offered to clean it again for no charge, but I needed my item for the next day so I had to bring one coat home dirty. I also brought two khaki pants there to get washed and they had small red stains when I went to pick it up. So obviously I left them to get re-cleaned as well. I have never had such a poor experience at a dry-cleaners. Literally everything came back dirtier than when I left it. After the second time of leaving it there, the clothes were clean (except for a NEW BLACK PEN MARK on the front of my white lab coat).. which at this point, was no use leaving it behind for a third time. Definitely not coming back. WARNING: If you bring your clothes here, take it out of the bag and check it before leaving. read more

We accidentally left $135 in my husbands pants... They were so honest and put it in a baggy for us and then didn't even mention their good deed upon pick up... it was just attached to the pants. Small businesses are so desperate for income during this hard time, I am so impressed with their humility. AND they do a great job always. Highly recommend! read more

These folks are my favorite Korean couple. And dry cleaners, too! Located less than 30 seconds away from my office, Royal Cleaners can get your dry-cleanables back to you two days after you bring them in. So far, they've been able to remove the stains on my clothes that were a result of my occassional klutziness and/or my snack-eating son. On Mondays, if you bring your items in before 8:00 a.m., they can get it back to you by 5:00 p.m. the same day . They are also pros at alterations. I've had several pairs of pants hemmed (including a pair of cuffed pants, which they re-cuffed after the adjustment) and they do a fabulous job. And again, only a two-day window for alterations as well. FYI: Payment is by CASH ONLY. So before you pick up your clothing, make sure you have some greenbacks on hand. Otherwise, you won't be disappointed - they are experts at what they do. read more

I brought a white shirt in that I had worn 2 days prior to bringing it in. It was overall clean except the neckline had dirt from sweating. When I received the shirt there was a huge stain on the shirt. I told them that this was not here prior to me bringing it in. Owner said there is no way they could have done it and they can't do anything for me. I will not return to this place again. Neither of us can prove that one another did it but now I paid for a shirt to be ruined. read more

Please accept responsibility for your own mistakes. Making my shirt even dirtier than when I initially brought it in is completely unacceptable. I'm not expecting you to pay for my shirt, but at least acknowledge the fact that you guys messed up. read more

When you leave your shirts here just know that it's a 50-50 on whether or not your clothes will be cleaned. For the second time in a row I've paid for dry cleaning on my white shirt and received it with stains exactly as I handed it to them. First time I had time to take it back to get it cleaned. This time I was in a rush so I called to speak with them regarding the shirt and they hung up mid call. This is the worst service I've ever seen from a company that is supposed to provide a service that allows you to be at ease and not have to worry. It's only one task: clean. And if you happened to make a mistake on that one task then the least you can do is show some professionalism and take some accountability for it. Ridiculous. read more

This dry cleaner is outstanding. The people are very friendly and if you need something in a pinch they will do whatever they can to make you happy. It's a family run business and the husband and wife are almost always in the store. I've been going there for over 8 years and they know me by name...I moved to Claremont about 15 miles away but still go there for all my dry cleaning. I highly recommend this business. One reviewer said they do not take anything but cash...I am pleased to report that is no longer accurate and you can pay via credit or debit card now. read more

A little pricey but still worth it. Great service here, they've always worked with me when I needed something quick.

Awful place. Used wrong detergent on my t-shirt and discolored it. Yet declined to take the blame and provide full reimbursement. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was their customer for 2 years and that's why such behavior made me very upset. read more

I brought in a jacket to Royal be cleaned. When I picked it up, the jacket had obviously not been cleaned, but had been washed and was a wrinkled mess. The jacket is RUINED. I asked them to fix it and came back one later to find nothing had been done. I asked for compensation at least for cleaning the bill and they refused to refund me anything for their mistake. They took no responsibility for their mistake and did not seem to care about satisfying a long time customer. I will never take anything back to this cleaners again. read more

I've been a customer here for years and my experience throughout have been great. The owners here know me by my first name, so I feel good and they always seem to remember what I had talked about on the last visit and asks me about it. That is a personal service to me and I love it. Although I don't need my clothes right away, they are ready the next day... if I really need it. All my shirts and pants are cleaned and creased just the way I like it. They must have that information in their computer system or it could just be that they know it by heart on what I want. On one occasion, I really needed my suit for a weekend party and I called in to let the owner know that I was on my way to pick up my suit for the party. However, I got stuck in traffic and I was 15 minutes past their closing time. Sure enough, the owner was still there and greeted me with a smile and said "You have to look good for that party." Now that is super nice service going an extra mile and that I why I love this place. Oh, and just in case I leave my stuff there for too long, they always give me a reminder call to let me know that I have some stuff there. Shirts are little bit expensive than other cleaners, but I've had bad creases and stains at cheaper places. You get what you pay for is the lesson that I learned and I don't mind paying little bit more for better service. read more
