I came here to wash my duck feather duvet, and I'm glad I did, as this is probably the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. The air was fresh, not musty, and all the surfaces were spotless. The space also has a well-maintained aesthetic that's pleasant to be in. The staff was great too. The woman working there immediately realized that I don't visit laundromats often, and she was kind enough to help me out. I was a bit skeptical at first about the washing machine since it only ran for 20 minutes, but it actually did a good job in that short time. The dryer worked just as efficiently and I didn't have to overpay to get my duvet fully dried. While waiting, I got some work done on my laptop. There's no Wi-Fi, but they do have a table and seating area, so I just used my hotspot and it worked out fine. All in all, a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I used to love this laundry mat. It was like a breath of fresh air. Clean, large machines, and rewards for returning customers. The last few weeks the machines are not connected to the WiFi, so you are forced to get quarters from the machine, assuming you have cash on you. Why issue customer loyalty cards if you don't care to properly maintain your machines? I've lost out on a lot of rewards points. A lot of customers are frustrated. It's not the employees fault either. The owner needs to fix these things. I have been coming for years, sadly this is my LAST time I will be using this laundry mat. 1 star because the lady working here is VERY rude! I was a happy, first time customer getting change. The lady approached me and said 'The change machine is only for customers' which I replied I WAS a customer, she told me I wasn't???!!!! I repeatedly stated I was. Then she told me she saw me come inside 3 times? (Which was exaggerated. I came in once with laundry, which obviously she didn't see. I then went back to my car for my wallet) Still stating she had seen me three times????!!! I was so confused why I was getting accused and having this discussion??!!! I understand not wanting to supply people with extra change but her approach was soooo wrong. I gave her a suggestion for the future to be a little more observant and make sure her story is accurate before being so confrontational. The only thing that made her leave me alone was that she went over and checked that I had laundry waiting. At this time, a very sincere apology should have been made and I wouldn't have felt so strongly to leave a bad review but nothing from her, except side eyes as she walked away. I was there for the whole 2 hrs of washing, she had lots of time to apologize. This lady either needs some customer training or she needs to be let go. There are many more people looking for jobs that can communicate the change machine is only for customers without attacking and accusing the customers. I've read several comments about the rude staff. I experienced the same with the short hair lady. She talks loud and she was rude. I swiped my card one time and the washer didn't worked and so she checked and said I need to swipe again but then come to find out the first one went through. She was irritated and told me I can't be reimbursed and sounded like she's blaming me as to why I was charged double, It was not once but twice when she showed this unprofessional and rude attitude. My husband and I used to go to McLean but it's been more than a month we haven't went here just to avoid the lady. McClean is clean and comfortable. I needed to wash a few loads of clothes and I stumbled across McClean. One thing is for sure....they are clean! I've been to a few other places and they are dingy, run down, machines are older and some not even in service. Not so here .in fact my first time I saw machines getting serviced, the second time every single washer and dryer was running. The on floor staff are rude. I'm walking to a dryer and without having a yellow caution wet floor sign out I walked on what appeared to be dry floor and the attendant rudely told me don't I see that the floor was wet and she was mopping. It was so out of left field to be spoken so rudely at a laundromat facility that I had to post my experience. Then she told me she was the owner when I asked for a manager. Wow! My machines went down at home which sucks, I'm new to Pomona, I tried a couple of wash houses and this is the cleanest and nicest one by far. The staff is very helpful and responsive on helping me so that's a plus. I like that they use card instead of coins which is a drag. Every time I come in, it is clean or being cleaned, the machines are well kept and clean, run great, and I'm in and out of here in less than an hour. Their washers really do get WAY more moisture out than a normal washer, so it makes drying time way quicker. The process is so easy, it's clean, and I feel safe coming in here. We just walked in to wash our comforter only. Exception service with help and happy hellos when entering. Very clean and modern place. Like I said... that's all we walked in for until my husband noticed the greatest thing on the gentlemen's shirt who got a wonderful tip from us. We feel he deserves even more. You can bring your laundry preferably during the week so they aren't too busy (we are caring people). We had 70 lbs worth of clothes washed for such an amazing price. We're a family of 6. Did not disappoint. Clean and modern facility. My only gripe is I loaded the $20 special onto my card (gives you $22) and started up my washers. Each one glitched and I swiped again as they weren't doing anything. By the time I was done with that, what should have left me $10 on my card left me $4. I paid for a wash twice that I didn't use. It was nice to see Kelly's friendly face again for my second time visiting this laundromat. She asked why I hadn't dropped in over the last couple of months as I shared that my 2021 MAYTAG washer at home had broken down again for the fourth time in the last six months. Granted, I'm glad I had sense enough to buy the five-year extended warranty, which has covered all the past service calls including parts. She said she felt bad for my misfortune but was glad to know that I had chosen to return to McCleans to do my laundry during this downtime. The things I will share about Kelly are that she is very friendly, welcoming, and funny along with being very helpful. On this visit, along with my usual dark, light, and white clothes to be washed. I brought in a queen-size comforter I had no idea how much laundry cleaning stuff I would need to take care of the task. She gladly gave me her advice and it turned out perfectly washed and dried. In my opinion, this is why she is such an asset to this business. Mind you, she helped me while taking incoming phone calls, making sure all was tidied up in the shop, and doing the Fluff & Fold service this location offers to their Customers. I also had no idea the volume of laundry that is brought in and goes out of this place. She is amazing at it and keeps it moving and organized to make sure she meets her client's deadlines. I know I'll be back for the next couple of weeks because I've been offered a Tech to come to my home after multiple attempts to repair my washer, that an inspector will be dispatched out for a determination if my washer will fall into the "Lemon" category. If so, Home Depot/AURION 3rd party repair company will offer a full refund of my purchase price, which I can then use to buy a new machine. That all sounds like a pretty sweet offer but, as we all know the prices of these machines over the last couple of years that I've owned mine, have gone up. So in the end, I'll still need to come up with the difference in cost. And who likes having to do that? However, a lesson learned, I'll be buying the extended warranty plan for the next machine too. Excellent experience at this new laundromat. Came here the other day to do our weekly loads. I usually would use our apartment complex shared laundromat but we had a large load and I wanted to checkout this new spot. The place is super clean, newly renovated, and all machines are brand new. When I entered the place I immediately met the owner Jason as he had been walking around checking on people. He was super helpful, showing me how everything worked and offering to help in anyway. As I did my laundry I watched as he went around checking on others and helping. Really great service! You probably want to know the details of the laundry, so here they are: These machines are extremely efficient. They cost a bit extra but they wash and dry your clothes in literally a fraction of the time a standard machine would. Time is money right? There are 3 washer sizes Small - 20lb load (Football-ish size) = $2.75 Standard - 40lb load (Hamper size) = $4.75 XL - These are very large! = $9.75 2 Dryers Small - $.25 / 10mins Large - $.25 / 8 mins To give you an estimate of how this works I came in with two standard hamper size loads filled to the brim. I used two standard washers = $4.75x2 Then two large dryers for 16mins = .25x4 (8minsx2) The washer did it's job in 22mins the dryer 16. That means I was folding close after only about 45mins for a total cost of $10.50! I highly recommend this laundromat. It's not the cheapest but it was super nice, the people were friendly, the owner is awesome, and I got two loads done in under an hour! read more

I love coming here, however I visited again today around 7:20pm. That same rude, and disrespectful woman was there. Had the doors closed and was cleansing the machines. I didn't bother to walk in because I don't want to interact with her, so I ended up leaving. Hopefully when I come back I don't have to see her. Wow! I didn't know I should ever expect so much from a laundromat. It's so clean! So efficient! So everything. I mean the change machine gives you dollars back! That's amazing. No more putting in a 10 and having it all become quarters. Also there's someone constantly cleaning the machines! The price for the machines is a tad bit more then others but man it washes great and the dryers are cheaper (.25cents for 10 min) so it balances off. Also it's nicely renovated and pleasing to the eye. I feel safe and clean here. Lastly, the shirts say something about, ask me about washing my laundry? Sometimes laundromats are overwhelming, but this place is awesome. I've come here twice now in the middle of a Saturday into the evening, and it's always super calm here. And for a laundry spot, they play some pretty good mixes here haha. Other places I've gone to can be a lot. I get sensory overload sometimes, and this laundromat has made doing my laundry really easy and almost relaxing - I don't know how that happens, but I'll take it. Also when you hit I think 400 points, you get an additional $3 added to your card. I've only done big batches here twice, and was able to get this bonus easily, so i was able to dry my clothes after the second time for free. The only complaint is the parking, but honestly you can easily throw your hazards up and quickly load or unload your laundry. They also have carts you can roll out to your car for ease of accessibility. read more

I've gone to one other laundry mat before and prefer this place because of the following reasons: 1. This place is clean and there's an actual person that cleans the place when I did my laundry here. 2. I believe they remodeled the place- looks like a fancy very well taken care of places especially with the wood paneling installed by the walls. Very different than the usual laundry Mats. 3. "Our washers spin up to three times as fast, reducing dry time by more than 50%." Because who wants to spend more time doing laundry right? From what I can see they have a washer that fits up to 3 of the normal load, 2 of a normal load and some machines that fits a one load. 4. Each single dryer machines are huge!! 5. And the final cherry on top is that you can pay by card per each machine instead of changing your dollars with coins and have left over coins for the "next time" you'll have to do laundry and prob will loose all those coins in your pocket, bag etc... I left a five star rating because of Kelli. Over time she has become a good friend, as has her daughter, as well as Olga, and of course, the owner, who has always been very kind, respectful, always helpful and seem always genuinely glad to see his regular customers. I am a regular. (Enough so to have met the children and families, as well as to have known some things about their lives that have caused me to have a very real fondness for these people. I am moving out of state within the next few days. I dont recall leaving a review about this place. I am like just about every other regular customer of any establishment who comes to know the entire crew, from the owner to the college kids and part-timers, as a very big part of our lives. While these words are all very lovely and true, the one thing that would really make things be the very lovely balance that it once was until the day came that I met the new hire whose name is Letty. The employees as well as the owner AND their family members who I have met would all agree that there is ample respect exchanged between all of us. I have grown to love the old crew, and sometimes when I walk by there, I will think of the people who worked there who made it be what it is now, which is way cool, in terms of places to wash your clothes. We think it "is just a laundromat. Think harder and realize right now that you are silently showing the world who you are because you are in a building with strangers who are also silently tell the world who they are, simply by means of the clothing, the linens, the towels, etc etc, that we are all there dealing with. The regulars of any establishment will make friends with the people and the owners or managers of ANY business and what happens then is typically much like what happens at a local pub - we know each other from the places where we choose to spend our money, and in terms of taking care of ones laundry needs, this place is the very best place around. It is the "Cheers", so to speak, of laundromats. At one time, Kelli would play dance music and the place would be rockin, and one time a guy came to wash his clothes and literally called his friends to tell him that "laundromat is bumpin like the club, dude" and that guy still washes there. It is not the music (only). It is the people who work there that make it all the better than it already was. I LOVE the WHOLE BUNCH OF THEM. BUT What is UP with this new worker, "Letty," whose name and presence I only knew of about an hour ago when I went back to the place to see if anyone had seen or returned my then-missing iphone charger (they are NOT cheap). Kelli looked confused because she had not seen it and I did not state that I was charging my phone (it was in the bottom of one of those big bright green laundry bags - they are my favorite and work SO MUCH BETTER for me than a hamper. They also make it so that I do not have to buy a set of weights or join a gym). I called the place and as usual Kelli was very helpful and told me to come to the place while she was still there. I told Letty to keep an eye out for it. I dont think she knows that not everyone appreciates someone who appears to be the same age that I am (53) rolling their eyes at ANYONE (namely not someone who is in the same age range as you are). And, it totally would have been A-OK with me if she would have just left her ....no other way to describe it but her attitude that seemed more to be like talking to my teen daughter (ten years ago), than it was to be talking to someone who was quite a bit older. This womans attitude and energy left very much to be desired (such as her standing up straight, at least, and instead of acting so tired at work, just kinda be cardboard, because at least it would not have the stench of dog crap all over it, know what I mean?). I SO dislike being so...not me in these words but, NEVER in all of the years that I have been a regular return customer to this place have I EVER encountered someone who so dearly appeared to me to need a story and a nap, the way that her face droops on the floor -she could mop the floor with her expression. And adding to that is her unneeded snark and the idea that somehow, she is there to be worshiped and treated like a Queen somehow, and lovely how no one thinks about Marie Antoinette, yes, when thinking about treating someone like a queen, yes? Seriously - the rest of the people (and their family members who I have met over the years) are some of the very most lovely human beings I have ever known. For real. You guys are awesome. Went there for the first time today with my wife and it was amazing. It's super clean, spacious, and one of the few (if not the only) local places that sells payment cards which is far more convenient than having to schlep quarters around. We dropped the ball on our laundry duties over the past few weeks so we walked in with mountains of dirty clothes. We thought we'd be there forever, lol. BUT NO! The first two washers facing the entrance are commercial giants and handled all of our stuff in one fell swoop (we used one each). Priced at $9.75, cost is definitely up there but well worth it if you're looking at multiple loads (4+ easily). We'll definitely be returning. read more

There are a couple of super big washers that can fit multiple king size sheets and blankets for no more than $10. These equipment are worth it. Not busy the first hour after opening. Kelley was amazing! Their Fluff and fold is top notch. They separate clothes by color and use appropriate heat for different fabric types for washing and drying. Each washer gets disinfected between each costumer, and they separate clothes very carefully. They price thoughtfully according to the weight. The same-day service is extremely convenient. We were given different options for detergents and cleaning and drying products. Delicate clothes and fabrics are washed very meticulously and being well taking care of! My apartment doesn't come with a washer and dryer but have 2 sets on every floor that are always being used. With that being said I started looking for places that can wash and fold (active duty mom here laundry piles up quickly). And came across this place and I'm so happy that I did! Not only does Kelly wash the way i would like it and sort but she also bags all of our clothes accordingly (baby clothes with baby clothes, mine and hubbies in individual bags towels with towels)!
