This place is a little bit more expensive in regards to dry cleaning then a place that is closer by but the service is worth it. I just got 4 New pairs of pants that needed to be hemmed before I went out of town and they were going to work on them today and have them done in two hours. I'm sure this is not always the case but this is freaking amazing. They didn't charge me extra and they were about the same amount of money as a place that I used before on Wheeler Road. I needed to get my son's jeans hemmed and with the crazy weather I needed it done fast. Other places I called gave me an estimated of a week before I could get the jeans back. I love how this place was accommodating to my quick timeline and didn't charge me more for the service. It was $10 for each item I needed hemmed and I was able to get it done in a day. Other places me quoted the same and I would have had to wait longer. Service was great and the woman who I saw working both days was so friendly. 2nd time they messed up. 1st time I requested a metal zipper replacing a broken zipper. They Disregarded my written order request and used a cheap plastic zipper against my order. I was left disappointed and dissatisfied. Yesterday my coat wasn't cleaned at all. It was covered in plastic and had lint and hair on the outside and inside. When I showed the cleaners lady, she got a tape roller to do a job that needed much more time and better method. She thought that would suffice. I told her (the owner) I would return the following day. I gave them another opportunity to prove they would do a professional job but its very clear to me now that They do Not take pride in their work, to say the least much less clean clothes. Cleaners fee was $10 both times each. They failed twice and I will never recommend them again. read more

Dry cleaning is always on time, quick and quality work. My most impressive moment was when I needed my Neiman Marcus dress altered. Young not only listened, but offered her expert advise. We basically re-designed the dress because of my height. The original version while very elegant was more conducive to a tall person. It made me look shorter. The end result was amazing and I got so many compliments. The pricing was very reasonable and ready when she said it would be ready. No delays, no excuses, just professional work. They probably don't want me telling everybody this but I had an emergency wherein I needed my clothes dry cleaned in a day. Usually it takes about 3 days. They have bad customer service...!!! When I picked my clothes up they were faded.... they iron Bebe brand dress stretch pant with suede on the front...wow they destroyed my true religion black jeans...they where faded into grey....then I asked to be refunded..because me paying before I looked at my clothes and was very disappointed was told No he will not my money because he didn't believe a pair of $150 true religions was already faded whore over a 100 times... this cleaners clearly don't know how to clean clothes and is hungry for money even if its at the cost of your clothes being damaged.... my white linen pant I just brought from Windsor was brown ...sad if u don't want to buy new clothes do not take them here to be cleaned.... lol they shouldn't get no star... best cleaners to go to is on Garey Ave by the metro link train track between arrow and Bonita in Pomona,ca read more
