The person who answered seemed irritated that I was asking questions and responded in a rude and dismissive tone. When I tried to ask for clarification about the pricing differences, she did not take the time to explain and instead spoke in an impolite manner. The call was ended before I was even able to finish asking my questions. Customer service is an important part of any business, and this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel confident giving them my business.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain the process and were very upfront that it might take about a week to properly treat everything. When I picked them up, I was blown away. The linens literally looked brand new. Every stain and spot of mold was completely gone. You could tell they really took the time to do the job right instead of rushing it. Customer service was fantastic, the quality of the work was amazing, and I will absolutely be a returning customer. I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

I knew I had to get my second look dry cleaned anyways so before I drove all the way to Costa Mesa for a quote from a dress preservation company, I did some research and noticed S Grand cleaners had good reviews and offered dress preservation. They were able to give me a good deal since we had multiple pieces. My wedding gown turned out beautiful in the box! I also like that it has a window. The only downside is that it's a pretty large box to store but I'm also unsure if that's just because of the size of my dress. They did an amazing job and gave great customer service. For my second look outfit, I had gloves, a corset, scarf, and skirt. They were very dirty after the wedding. Full of my foundation and self tanner. I honestly did not think they would be able to get it all out but they did!!! I was in awe and very happy. Everything only took 2 weeks which was quick and they were nice enough to help me out to my car. I also love that they sent me videos, which I have uploaded here.

The gentleman (sorry, I forgot to get his name), met us at the door when I called to confirm where we were supposed to go, and had us wait in the lobby as we had arrived early.
