Came here to get my pants tailored but had a pretty bad experience. When I first brought my pants in, the changing room door was broken and a dirty napkin was inside on the chair. The hours said open on Saturday 9am. I showed up at 9:15 and the shop was still closed. I could hear the phone going off inside. Not sure when a i'll get my pants back. read more

I took my wedding outfit in for alterations, and she suggested a great idea without me even having to mention it. Excellent work.

We wanted to give this place a chance and tried for a month or so before reality set in. We were charged for pants that were never returned, and when we asked about it, we were met with excuses and told management would call us back. That call never came. We tried to resolve the issue, but instead we were brushed off. With prices as high as they are, we were hoping for a cleaners we could trust. Unfortunately, this is not the one. read more

This place is so bad, don't waste your time or money. I brought my brand new dress here so they can make the back a corset and my dress came back ruined . Parts of the dress that they weren't even supposed to touch were damaged. They ruined a good dress. They don't even care they don't try to fix it or apologize or nothing . They just want your money read more

They did an amazing job washing and drying my comforter. Free delivery was the icing on the cake.

Absolutely 5 starts service. My pregnant wife needed her dress pressed and I needed my shirt iron for a photo shoot tomorrow Sunday. I called the hem yesterday Friday mid afternoon and asked them if they could accommodate me and get the dress and shirt pressed, the owner said YES we can help you, in less the 24 hours they got it done. I never had this type of service. The new owners are exceptional. Oh and they deliver it to their other location Orchard Cleaners in Rancho Cucamonga which is closer to my house to pick it up, talking about customer service. THANK YOU so much. read more

Thanks to the pandemic we haven't needed a dry cleaner the last few years. Wanted something close by and found this dry cleaners had good reviews. I can see why. The owner (I'm assuming) was super friendly and nice. I dropped off our clothes and my husband picked them up about a week later. He remembered me and verified our items when my husband picked them up since he wasn't the one to drop them off... that's what I call great customer service! We don't use them often but this WILL BE our go to dry cleaners from now on! read more

It is a pleasure to work with such an amazing team. The staff are incredibly skilled and always willing to lend a helping hand. They go above and beyond to ensure that every customer leaves happy and satisfied. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to complete the alteration, and they did an excellent job replicating exactly what I wanted. Overall, their efficiency and dedication make this business stand out. read more

I was told one price nothing on receipt 10.95 was the final price for one dress way over price

Im very impressed with Camino Real Cleaners! I bought a suit that was not exactly my size at Burlington coat factory in the Ontario Mills on a Saturday. My parents have been coming to Camino Real Cleaners for years to have suits and dresses tailored, so it was the obvious choice. The owner was great to work with and measurements were quick with a dressing room conveniently available. My suit was ready for pickup Monday Morning dry cleaned and pressed! Excellent Prices! read more

Where do I start? OHHHH where do I start? First of all I have been coming to this cleaners for nearly 20 years! I am embarrassed to say I have the tendency to leave my crap there long enough to take residence... or I forget it until like... 1 year later (happened recently with 3 down comforters =/ They are reasonable they never give me any hassles will stay open later if you call them in advance, will come and PICK UP your items -- maybe they just offer this service to me because I've been a customer for so long but I don't think so. They also have a fully capable tailor here that is efficient. Respectfully Reviewed read more

Camino Real Cleaners is the best dry cleaner I've been to! Super friendly family business that is honest and fair with their prices. In addition to cleaning, I regularly have clothing mended there and the quality of their work is always great. Kailash runs the front desk and he's a genuine pleasure to work with. I stated coming here 3 years ago based on their high reviews...and they didn't disappoint! I won't go anywhere else. read more

Been coming here for a couple of weeks now after having a less than decent experience at another local dry cleaners. These folks are the best! For $14, I can get two sets of work uniforms cleaned and pressed, much cheaper than the local competition. Not only is the owner very friendly, but he also bends over backwards for you. I dropped by to pick up my uniforms early, when the store opened, even though they we're not supposed to be ready until this afternoon. My strategy was to come in while I was awake so that I didn't have to do so after I woke up and could thus get a bit more sleep (I work "swing shift" which equates to 1530-0200 hours). When I arrived, my uniforms were cleaned but not pressed. Instead of sending me on my way, the owner himself dropped what he was doing and had my uniforms pressed them in five minutes. They looked fantastic as always, just like the day I first got them! As a bonus, it's literally just across the street from where I live. Excellent service, great prices, close to home, friendly and going above and beyond! I'm a customer for life! read more

I started using this cleaners because it was on my way to work. The owner is the nicest guy. I have came in late for same day service and they still did it for me. I never plan ahead and another time I needed next day service for multiple colors. They took care of me. They are now the only cleaners I go to, not only do they do a great job on cleaning but they accommodate my last minute cleanings. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone. read more

I have been going here for nearly a year now and yesterday the employees blew me away. My husband is in medical school and I dropped off all his dress clothes on Tuesday. When he came home he asked me where all his clothes were, as he had nothing to wear the following day. I told him the dry cleaning wouldn't be done until Thursday morning. He freaked, and asked if I could call for a pair of his dress shirt & pants to be cleaned and ready so he can have something to wear Wednesday. Otherwise we would have to steam his old dirty dress clothes just so he wouldn't have to change into. Long story short, not only did they have ONE pair of his dress clothes ready before Wednesday evening but ALL OF OUR CLOTHES. 14 items. Done! The gentleman even helped me carry out all my items in the car. I wish I had cash to tip them, they were so kind!!!! Thank you SO much! read more

Wonderful customer service and professional cleaning. I am Very satisfied and will be returning and telling my friends in the area.

Did generally have a good experience until picked up my couch covers and the zipper was broken and the cloth ripped. Called and asked what happened and he said I brought it open and he informed me the zipper was messed up when I picked it up. I didn't expect to pay 110$ to now take it somewhere else and get repaired. read more

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, fast turnaround and clothes come out clean & nicely pressed every time. Can't ask for more than that!

I just moved from LA, my husband and I were so loyal to our cleaners in LA that we were taking our clothes there since we moved to Montclair. We tried 1 place near our home and that was too expensive and an ok job. We were lucky to find this place great customer service, great price and did a great job with out dry cleaning. Highly recommend this place! read more

I often bring in white clothes just hoping that they would be able to take out some of the stains on them (especially around the collar), and some how they always seem to do a picture perfect job. On top of this, I once needed to fix a button on one of my shirts and they said that they actually do that free of charge when brought in for a cleaning (they just need the replacement button which usually comes already attached to most shirts). Always great customer service and quick returns. High recommendation!! read more

Came here for the first time and brought a vintage sweater. The sweater was very fragile and had beading all over it so I was a bit concerned that the beading was going to mess up. When I picked up my sweater the beading remained beautiful but the inner lining came completely undone. I was bummed but I called them right away and the owner said to go ahead and bring it into him and they fixed it at no extra charge. They have now gained a life-long customer. Customer service is amazing they want to make sure that you are taken care of. They have been nothing but friendly since I had dropped off my sweater and even when I picked it up they apologize for the inconvenience. I highly recommend it here. I will definitely be coming back to bring in more of my items. read more

Very good service. Highly recommend it. They actually clean your clothes unlike other cleaners.

The owner is a wonderful person and does a great job. They've delivered to my house and asked if I had anything to be picked up. They gave me a free bag to place my dirty clothes in for drop off/pick up. They are quick and very accommodating. The owner told me that if there was ever anything wrong with an order to call him immediately and he would fix it no charge. They've even fixed zippers and pant legs whose seam fell out! Highly recommended. Great prices too. read more
