We can expect fair pricing, and she'll be blunt about any issues. We once had an item that could've been repaired, but after talking it over with Arlette, realized it wasn't worth it. In April 2023, I ordered a fully custom suit from Enzo Custom, including fabric, lining, full canvas, buttons, and pattern, for over $800. I wore the suit once over a year ago and have been searching for a dry cleaner ever since. I've saved recommendations from all over, from Santa Monica to Riverside, San Diego to San Francisco. This week, needing the suit, I found Arlette's Cleaners among my saved options and decided to go there since I was nearby. I regret it. When I picked up my suit, I didn't think much of it, as it was one of many cleaners from my year long search. However, Arlette's Cleaners damaged the buttons on the jacket and pants, making me regret the choice. I have no choice but to use the suit as it is. I'll warn future customers: DON'T COME HERE. I wanted a clean suit without damaged buttons, but that's not what I got. Did Arlette's Cleaners destroyed a $800+ suit? YES!! Can the buttons be replace? Yes, the buttons can be replaced, but I still consider the suit ruined by Arlette's Cleaners. No matter how you look at it, the buttons are damaged, and the suit is destroyed. You might think, "It's just the buttons, not the whole suit." Fair point, but would you trust a car mechanic who damaged your oil plug and let you drive off? NO! You would 100% doubt everything the mechanic did on your car. My suit is the car, the buttons are the oil plug, and I doubt everything Arlette's Cleaners did to my suit. Finding a good car mechanic is tough, but finding a bad one is easier than gravity. And Arlette's Cleaners is easier than gravity. What do I want Arlette's Cleaners to do to fix it? The simplest solution would be to cover the cost of the buttons and labor for suit repairs. Will they do it? I'll let you know..... read more

Came here around 0900 to get my haircut and drop of clothes. I parked in the parking lot near the cleaners and went to get my haircut first before dropping off my Laundry. The owner of the store I'm assuming darts out yelling about the one parking spot amongst 35 empty parking spaces. Lovely lady. Very warm, personable AND forgiving. She gave me some advice once on a stain to save dry cleaning costs. I tried it, didn't seem to work, so I thought it was set for life and ruined the garment. I returned and expressed my anger. This was my first time coming here. Wonderful customer service! My daughter is going to prom next week and we had the dress already but it looked a little wrinkly to me so I had my oldest take it in for a steam because it's beaded. The lady at the front had her call me so she could talk to me. She said the dress was perfect and to just hang it up because the beads are heavy and will weigh it down and get the wrinkles out. She told me to save my money and even gave me a longer clear dress bag to put it in. With all that's going on with this prom, this just made my day.
