I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

I didn't expect a quick response back because I emailed them on a Saturday but Christi from Sew Happy responded back to me within two hours. She informed me of the cost to digitize the logo and the cost for the embroidery and I was very happy with the price. I stopped by their shop to drop off the apron the following Monday and within a couple of days she sent me a sample of the embroidered logo which I was incredibly pleased with. I went ahead and approved the embroidery and two days later I was notified that the apron was ready to be picked up. The logo is brown and so is the apron but the photo doesn't show how nice it looks in person. Most importantly, my wife loved the final result. We plan to return to Sew Happy to have them embroider the logo on some shirts, caps and canvas bags. Christi and her husband are so sweet. The two times that I met with them we talked for over 10 minutes. The image with the white background is the sample. The image with the brown background is the apron. I highly recommend using Sew Happy's services for your embroidery needs. While I was there I discovered that they do alot of work for the Claremont Colleges where I work. I look forward to using their services again very soon.
