Had long baggy jeans that needed to be shortened, they took my request right away (even responding outside of hours) and got it hemmed right away with original hem! Perfect! read more

This review is only for the alteration service the dry cleaner provides. Back story: i needed to cut the length of my bridesmaids dress. I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding. read more

I just wanted to give Tony and this business a huge thanks. I needed a last minute alteration and he responded to my messages quickly and he really went out of his way to get it done by the time I needed it. He didn't even charge me extra. What I really appreciated was that it was my first time here and even though I had an inexpensive service (altered pants), he made sure I was good to go. Their pricing is better than everywhere else. Highly Recommend. Thanks Tony read more

Imagine a dry cleaner turning down business to tighten new baggy pants and sending the customer to the pant's website to see if a smaller size was available. It worked! Thank you, Tony, for that brilliant suggestion! What a nice surprise to find a dry cleaner I can trust. P.S. the other pants you altered were absolutely perfect!! read more

Tony and Tasha are awesome! I brought in my bridesmaids dress to be cleaned because the night before I noticed mystery oil stains all over the skirt and I needed it back asap because the wedding was the next day! Tony said he would have it ready by the end of the day, and two hours later I get a call saying that the dress is ready and it's perfect. And it was! No stains left and he did a full dry clean and press on it. I was so relieved, impressed, and extremely grateful they were able to help me out immensely and super last minute. Thank you Tony and Tasha! read more

Zipper latch tab replacement only. What was NOT included: full zipper replacement, threading, or, any surging, or dry cleaning service. I know we PAY for the convenience but I also pay for honesty. even before committing to the job, my husband went in person to get a quote since it could've cost him $50+ depending on the cost and repair needed/stitching, he was told then $10 if only needing the services rendered: zipper latch Tab. Our Lesson Here: Maybe ask for a quote in writing if doing business here, I feel like we live in a new age where as consumers we can't believe everything we're told unless it's in writing. Additionally, customer driven where it should be ok to mention if there is any misunderstanding afterward. My husband didn't mention the $10 since they spoke about it & didn't actually put it in writing. The owner did reach out and try to help resolve this misunderstanding. QUALITY: 5 stars Customer service: -1 -1 $10 up-charge -1 turnaround drop off Th 11/13 Pickup Mon 11/18 after 4p -1 Transparent customer service +3 I believe in second chances, they did try to accommodate this misunderstanding but we are heading out of town. Maybe something happened between the time I spoke over the phone and the time he brought it in. #misunderstanding read more

Tony has amazing service! We needed clothing cleaned immediately; Tony was able to clean the clothes on a very quick turnaround and thoughtful enough to provide updates. Thank you, Tony and crew! read more

We took some notoriously long ALabs to be hemmed and they did an amazing job. One pair had piping and was curved, after the hem, they looked nearly the same, just shorter. The other pair had a side zipper with extra fabric. The seamstress took care with the image and kept the zipper. 100% satisfied. read more

I needed a last-minute same-day dry cleaning for a funeral, and this place went above and beyond for me. From the moment I called, the staff was incredibly kind, understanding, and truly compassionate--like I was part of their own family. They didn't just provide a service; they made a difficult day a little easier by treating me with care and urgency. Not only did they get everything done on time, but the quality was excellent. I have been here for a couple of years and I truly do think they run a tight ship. Recently though the past two times they have been late to return my clothes. I came in with one shirt for it to be dry cleaned and it was supposed to be done on Monday at 4. It was not ready. I came back the next day on Tuesday at 1:30 the shirt was still not ready. They called me 20 minutes later that day to tell me it finally came in. I made three separate trips to get my dress shirt. I think it is unacceptable to give a time and date and be unorganized not to tell me it's not ready before I show up to the store. If you need something to be done on time I recommend you take your business elsewhere. -Ethan read more

I just had my first experience with Tony's Dry Cleaning and, overall, the service is top notch. I presented Tony with a tough job in trying to mend a merino wool sweater which had been attacked by a moth or two. There were some sizable holes but Tony took on the challenge and his seamstress did a much better job than I was expecting. Does it look good as new? Not quite, lol. But it is at least wearable now. I can't lay any fault on anyone - this would've been a tough job for anyone, I fully acknowledge that. I appreciate the effort taken, the professionalism, and Tony being upfront about how it might turn out. He's definitely a straight-shooter so I don't see why I wouldn't return. read more

I've trusted this place for years, and they've never slipped. I've sent friends here too, their work uniforms came back spotless every time. Recently, essential oils from my hair soaked into my jacket and left a brutal smell and what looked like a permanent stain, but they worked magic and saved it. Fast, reliable, and genuinely welcoming, Tony and his staff know their craft, you're in very good hands here. read more

I spilled coffee on my curtains and brought them to Tony's because they are dry clean only curtains. The stain proved to be very difficult and Tony had to soak them to get the stain out. I've been to Tony's Dry Cleaners a few times and had no issues with their service--until recently. About a week ago, I brought in a newly purchased jacket. The jacket came with a handkerchief sewn into the pocket, and I requested pressing only, not dry cleaning. When I picked up the jacket, I noticed the handkerchief was missing. I brought this up with the owner, who asked me what color it was. I admitted I didn't remember the exact color since the jacket was brand new. The owner's response was, "How could I find the handkerchief if you don't know the color?!"--which I found quite dismissive and unprofessional. He went on to suggest that the handkerchief must not have been sewn in securely, implying it was my fault it went missing. I left the conversation feeling frustrated and even a bit foolish--not only for not remembering the color, but also for feeling like I had to defend myself for something I didn't cause. They promised to contact me if they found it, but it's been a week and I haven't heard anything. To be clear, I understand that mistakes happen. What I didn't appreciate was how the situation was handled. I still paid the full price for the service, even though the handkerchief was lost. In summary: Tony's may be fine for basic cleaning if you're not bringing in anything delicate or valuable. But if something unexpected goes wrong, don't expect great customer service or accountability. read more

They have made a lifetime customer! My son's graduation was coming up in four short days. Unfortunately, my mom was hospitalized and I had been spending day and night with her. I needed my husband's and son' clothing dry cleaned, and had forgotten all about it. I had seen Tony's Dry Cleaners in the shopping center near Stater Brothers many times, but had not really needed a dry cleaning service. I called and asked if I could get something cleaned and have it done quickly. I spoke with Tony and he said yes. I expected to pay more for the quick service when I brought my items in the following morning. I was helped by a woman who I think it might have been one of the owners. (Sorry for not catching your name.) My husband's shirt was heavily stained around the collar and needed some extra attention. I was certain I was going to pay extra for the speedy service and the stain. When I was told that I did not have to, I was definitely surprised and pleased. Their kindness was just what I needed. To my surprise, I received a phone call the following afternoon letting me know my items were ready. I picked them up the following morning and was greeted with a smile. She remembered who I was. Of course, my items were clean and pressed, but I was much more impressed with the service I received, the customer service. And the kindness and their caring attitude. I highly recommend the business. I wish more businesses could have this personal touch. It really left quite an impression on me at a very difficult time. Thank you, Tony's dry cleaners! read more
