We can expect fair pricing, and she'll be blunt about any issues. We once had an item that could've been repaired, but after talking it over with Arlette, realized it wasn't worth it. She literally talked us out of a repair instead of happily selling us alterations. Definitely the type of small business I want to support and see stick around for years to come.
