I got a cocktail dress length hemmed, the back zipper area sewed where there was a tear, and both upper armpit area sides tightened so it was less loose overall and more fitted to my petite frame. Tuan was fantastic in being cooperative and attentive with the final tailored clothing piece. When I arrived to pick up my dress and then also tried it on in the dressing room before leaving, after I had taken off the dress I noticed that another tear on the back zipper had appeared. I showed Tuan this and he immediately fixed it, reinforcing it with a stronger stitching in the fabric. Thank you, Tuan!! I can't wait to wear this dress out as a casual wear or dress it up. Wow! I've been looking for a great tailor since I moved to this area. If my old tailor hadn't moved, I'd have traveled 1 hour back to get my suits done the way I like them. Fortunately, I don't have to keep looking. I've now taken 7 pieces for tailoring, every single one was well done. I'll start by saying I'm a plus sized woman. Most of what I saw in the window was for slender men- and I was willing to take a chance to find a great suit tailor. There were straightforward pants hemming and more challenging pieces in need of adjustment. One of the more difficult ones is a one-piece tailored jumpsuit that needed to be hemmed, shortened in the crotch, brought in between the bodice and the pants section. Perfectly tailored as if I bought it to fit. Another was a lined blazer and pants, with the lining made to show at the cuff of the blazer and the waistband of the slacks. They were 2 sizes too big and I really wanted to keep them. Again, a seamless tailoring that looks like to was purchased in my size. Drop off was by appointment, there are 2 booths to change with privacy, and the appointments were brief and thorough. The prices were quoted up front after the adjustments were shown to me with pins in place. When I got my pieces back 2 weeks later, they were better than I hoped. I'll be bringing all my tailoring here. I told my husband about it too. I haven't brought any dresses yet, but I've seen wedding dresses hanging in the back so I'm sure my dresses can be done with the same precision, attention to detail, timeliness, and cost transparency. read more

You need an appointment ALWAYS with this guy. He was a little curt when I walked in without an appointment the first time, but he does awesome work. He's not always busy, but sometimes the wait can get really long if you don't have an appointment. He really should have signs up to tell people. He's also able to offer really good insight on your clothes and make suggestions on how to best tailor the shirt to fit your needs. For example, I didn't notice my pants were wool and could not be washed regularly, so when he saw it, he immediately brought it to my attention. Pretty much anything you bring he will hem them to the exact measurements you need. If you know your measurements already you come in and out in minutes. He's always quick to his works and I enjoy how he uses the same color for the stitching he makes to match the original. I came in August 2020 to have my wedding dress altered for an October 2020 wedding in Mexico. Everything was altered very well and beautifully, as well as quickly (I didn't realize the short time frame I was giving him). I purchased my dress off the rack so the straps had to be fixed/adjusted, quite a few beads replaced, and tapered in as it was 2 sizes too big.
