She also told me that if they couldn't repair it to my satisfaction, they would refund the money I had already paid up front. That meant leaving my shirt there for another week. When I returned to pick it up the second time, the owner was there. I calmly explained what I had been told regarding the refund if the repair couldn't be corrected. Instead of listening, he immediately became aggressive and confrontational. I stayed respectful and simply said, "There's no need to get upset. I'm only repeating what I was told. If that's not your policy, that's okay." The fact that he responded that way to a polite customer says a lot about how this business is run. I thanked him, took my shirt, and left. Afterward, I looked up their Yelp page, and their low rating made complete sense. Based on both the poor quality of the repair and the owner's attitude toward customers, I would not recommend this business.

When I tried to ask for clarification about the pricing differences, she did not take the time to explain and instead spoke in an impolite manner. The call was ended before I was even able to finish asking my questions. Customer service is an important part of any business, and this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
