I do want to warn customers that there is a female employee here that has been commented on, regarding her rude behavior in previous reviews. This employee is the more feminine-looking, older, Asian woman. I used to think, perhaps, her behavior is due to cultural differences. However, myself being Asian and having my mom inform me on cultural norms, I realize this has nothing to do with culture and is purely a personality trait. This woman, when she is nice, she is very nice. However, when she is frustrated, agitated, impatient about something, etc., as a customer, expect to become the vessel in which she channels her anger, frustration, impatience, etc. It is not great to be on the receiving end of her behavior, which can range from raising her voice at you, demanding you to do something you do not want to do, interrupting you as you speak, and tossing your belongings around. If you are lucky to interact with the other employee- the more masculine looking, Asian woman- your experience will be much better, pleasant, professional, and more consistent. This is the same employee who remembers your name, telephone number, etc. She is lovely to interact with and compensates for her coworker's terrible behavior lol Proceed with caution! lol

The person who answered seemed irritated that I was asking questions and responded in a rude and dismissive tone. When I tried to ask for clarification about the pricing differences, she did not take the time to explain and instead spoke in an impolite manner. The call was ended before I was even able to finish asking my questions. Customer service is an important part of any business, and this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel confident giving them my business.

    This place deserves 0 stars! Don't not take your clothes here unless you want them ruined and then…read moreblamed for it. I took a pair of brand new pants with tags on to be hemmed, when I went to pick up the pants I noticed 6 small holes that were not there before. Based on how the seamstress hemmed them when I got fitted, the only logical conclusion is that the holes were created by the large safety pins that the seamstress used during my fitting. Mind you, he was going to be removing about 6 inches from the bottom causing him to pin way above the hem line. At the time of pick up when I brought this to the attendants attention, she too agreed that he made a mistake, apologized and offered to have them looked at by a manager to see what could be done to fix them. When I called to follow up on the status of my pants, the attendant Rosie proceeded to tell me that my pants were ready for pick up and that there was nothing wrong with them based off her "camera footage" that was checked. I was given the run around and then was told again that they wouldn't be assessed by a manager until next week. After that conversation, I received a phone call from KARLA who began to tell me, based off her "initial assessment through photos," that it was not possible that they created the holes in my pants and that they would not be taking responsibility for that. She then blamed me for creating the holes myself. Not once during either conversation with Karla or Rosie did I receive an apology for the service that had been done to my pants. Nor did either one of them offer a solution other than blaming me for the holes and said the "least" they could do was steam my pants as a courtesy. In addition, they used "reviewing camera footage" as a form of proof that they did not create the holes, yet when I asked if they could review footage from the initial day I had my fitting to see that the seamstress pinned my pants well above the hem line which created the holes, they said "no they wouldn't do that for me." In the end I decided to pick up my pants immediately because I didn't trust them to be in their hands any longer. So now I'm stuck with brand new pants with "holes that I created." Don't waste your time responding Karla, I've already read your other responses to previous customer complaints about your piss poor service, also in which you took no accountability for the horrible service/mistakes made by Kona Cleaners.
