I haven't been to one since I was a kid when coins were still being used. I was having trouble getting a card to be able to do my laundry so the manager Mike came and gave me some assistance. He could tell I was newbie so he gave me a quick orientation. I am so happy I came today with my teenage boy who got a chance to see good customer service. The machines have mega, big and normal size options. I used the big silver machines and 3 white machines they with very well. The dryers are great too. The place is clean too. Tip: bring cash so you can fill up your card but if you don't bring enough there's a wells Fargo ATM in the corner. Thank you Mike for your customer service and helpfulness.

The woman working there immediately realized that I don't visit laundromats often, and she was kind enough to help me out. I was a bit skeptical at first about the washing machine since it only ran for 20 minutes, but it actually did a good job in that short time. The dryer worked just as efficiently and I didn't have to overpay to get my duvet fully dried. While waiting, I got some work done on my laptop. There's no Wi-Fi, but they do have a table and seating area, so I just used my hotspot and it worked out fine. All in all, a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back.

From the moment I arrived, the outside appearance set the tone. There were people loitering around the front entrance, which immediately made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. For a city like Claremont, I honestly would not expect to see a laundromat with this level of neglect. It gave the impression that no one is paying attention to upkeep or customer experience. Inside, the conditions were equally poor. The machines and floors looked aged and uncared for, giving the space an almost abandoned feeling. To make matters worse, the back door was propped open, which not only made me question security but also allowed the heat from outside to flood the room. With no working air conditioning, the laundromat was hot, stuffy, and incredibly uncomfortable to spend any amount of time in. Doing laundry already isn't a pleasant task, but being forced to sit in that environment made it almost unbearable. It's disappointing that a laundromat in a city with such a positive reputation is allowed to operate in this condition. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and absence of basic comfort features like air conditioning make this place one I cannot recommend to anyone. Claremont deserves better than this. Until there are serious improvements in upkeep and customer care, I would suggest finding another place to do your laundry.

They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). They also do drop-off laundry and have early bird specials most mornings. Easy, stress-free experience. I'd come back and would definitely recommend.

At the 1st fitting, it was so tight under my arms that I couldn't lift my arms and the armholes cut into my skin. She said it would be difficult for her to fix because she had cut the material. At the 2nd fitting, both sides weren't the same so she had to fix one side to match the other. At the 3rd fitting, both sides matched up but the initial problem was never resolved. It was still too big on top and should have been altered on the side seams in addition to the shoulders. After 3 tries I decided to take it elsewhere. I asked if she was really going to charge me and she said, yes. I hardly share reviews but am hoping this is helpful.
