Really clean laundromat with genuinely nice staff. The woman and man working there were awesome. The machine that you have to have to use the washing machines and dryers got stuck and she immediately gave us a new card and showed us how to load it. They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). They also do drop-off laundry and have early bird specials most mornings. Easy, stress-free experience. I'd come back and would definitely recommend. read more

I have three large comforters that didn't fit in my regular washer and dryer, so I started looking for a laundromat with great reviews, a clean environment, and a location in a well-trafficked area for safety. This place checked all the boxes! When I arrived, it was fairly busy, so I asked the staff for help since it was my first time there. The staff member was super helpful and explained how the card-operated system works, you load the card with cash, credit, or debit and use it for the washers and dryers. I didn't have to wait long for one of the large 80 lb washers, and both the washing and drying cycles were quick. While waiting, I noticed the staff constantly cleaning the floors and machines and assisting customers, which kept the place spotless. I also felt very safe while there. Even though this laundromat is a bit farther from my house, it's definitely my new go-to spot for washing bulky items. I recommend going early in the morning to beat the crowds! read more

I didn't have the best experience here. I needed to wash my large bedspread and I didn't understand why my laundry card wasn't working. I went to front desk and a customer said the woman stepped away and is at rite aid. I had to wait to be helped. She finally came back and told me it wasn't working because there wasn't enough money to fulfill the wash. I was shocked to see it was $4.65 for one load. That's EXPENSIVE! So whatever I drove all the way out here to do laundry so I paid it. Then I didn't understand how to add minutes to the dryer. The worker lady came over to help me but walked away to help someone else. She came back and noticed my dryer said 50 minutes she began shouting at me!! She made me feel dumb. I hit the button a couple of times didn't understand and now instead of waiting normal 20 minutes I waited 50 minutes for one bedspread. read more

This is a great laundromat. Because of that, it is very crowded and super busy. The floors are kept clean. Majority of the machines worked the last three times we went. The attendant is very nice, helpful and stays busy cleaning. I did notice, like all laundry facilities, the time on the washers and dryers are off. Some run faster than others.‍ It's in a shopping center. You can get groceries, clothes, or food before, during and after! There is more parking in the back. They machines are coinless. They run off a card system. You can get a new card or reload you old card with a vending type machine in the facility with cash or your debit card. I'm not sure, but I believe you can upload $$ online too. Not sure about the restroom, I haven't had to use it. read more

First timer here came To wash my large blankets and sheets and they have a nice clean set Up here, they have a couple of employees here to help out in anyway and they also offer a fluff n fold service , plenty of equipment the workers are always wiping down the equipment they have tvs to pass the time only complaint is in the back they have a few parking g spots to off load then your suppose to move your vehicle well some people don't and it's kinda annoying but what you gonna do??? read more

Came here on a Sunday night since our dryer broke down and was faced with a wall of people waiting for washers/dryers. If you can avoid coming here on Sunday's I'd recommend it, but I did notice there was a laundry room attendant and she really kept tabs on the washers and made sure the clothes were taken out right when the washers were done. She would try to find the owners first and if they didn't appear, I believe she would take the clothes out and throw them in the dryer. That really makes a world of difference and minimizes angry situations. They have a big flat screen television and it was playing Sunday night football, so if you're a football fan, the bar isn't the only place to catch the game! This place is very clean and the attendant was there until closing and kept wiping down counters/tables and cleaning washers. They are located next to a Round Table Pizza so you can get dinner with your kids and do laundry at the same time. Parking is not ideal, but there's plenty of spots since it's in a strip mall, but if you have a lot of clothes it can be a little difficult to transport your laundry from the car to the entrance. Also, they have giveaways! They advertise winning money and Disneyland tickets via raffle which is a first. read more

I have been using this facility since it first opened. I've started noticing that the machines smell really bad.a couple of weeks I took my clothes home and realized as I was putting them away that a full load of light smelled horrible. I ended up putting it back in the dirty hamper. The following week I went to do my laundry, I tried to smell the machines before I use them to weed out the really bad smelling ones. Ones again one of my loads smelled really bad. I brought it up to the lady that was working and she put it into another machine to re wash it. That's fine but I don't have the time to stay and re wash my clothes. I mentioned to her that something needs to be done in regard to the smell. I haven't used laundry mat services in probably over a decade. I suppose the foofy-ness in me was trying to hold out on doing my laundry at other peoples house until me and my roommates fix our house one. The dependency on relying on other 20 somethings (myself included) is that 6 months later, no fixed washer and people are getting tired of seeing me show up with my laundry. Like you reader, we looked up our local laundry mats and really saw only one with perfect stars. And there's a reason. Card friendly machines The fact that I don't have to roll out change makes it accessible to the 20 something person (or the like) that never carries cash and uses their card for everything. Very clean (you may even say it is Super Clean) The friendly associates not only make sure each machine is cleaned and wiped but they keep tabs on the machines left unattended. In fact, they're very attentive! Which goes into my other point... Very friendly attendants! The associates who work here are awesome. Anytime I struggled with simple basics button pressing, they either sensed my frustration or checked on me regularly enough to make sure my newbie self was getting along well. They wipe down the machines after use and make sure everything is tided up. variety of machines You have 35lb machines as the standard, a couple larger machines for the blankets, between a 65lb machine and a 80lb machine for the blankets. Drying is 45lb machines and a few larger ones for again, blankets etc. drying is pretty good IMO. The price is neutral to me Let's face the facts that it's definitely on the pricier side. $3.25 per wash (for the 35lb standard machines) $0.29 10min drying (for the 30lb standard drying machines) And it goes up from there with the larger machines. They do have an early bird special 5am-8am up to 30% off (except Wed and Sun). I personally, think there's a justification in the price just due to have the ability to have attendants on stand by, making sure everything's clean and so on. But that's ultimately a preference I suppose. Parking a bit of a bummer. It is in a shopping center, if you do come in, try to come through the pharmacy entrance on 4th street, they have a back area for additional and less stressful parking. Not enough sitting On the busy days I wish there was a bit more additional seating. It's reasonable for sure but maybe it's because I come on busy days that it wore on me a little. odd smell in the washing machine The first time I came there was an odor I couldn't place, it made me hesitant to use them at all. It wasn't mildew but it was strange and it made me use the larger washer instead, which had no smell at all. Every other visit since, I haven't smelled that again, or any other odor. I wrote this just for transparency, as I've been pleased with the cleanliness otherwise. Okay that's about it. Been coming regularly and pretty happy about it overall. If and when my washer at my house gets fixed, I'd probably still come back for the larger machines to do my blankets and curtains. read more

I got a $20 card and when I went to load my washer someone stole it. I notified staff less than ten minutes after purchase, and asked her to transfer my balance to a new card. She refused. One of our four loads of laundry in the dryer was stolen last Thursday evening 11/16/23. Yes, we are in disbelief. This is not meant to target the laundry place but a notice or warning that this can happen. We have been coming here once every week since 2016 when it started. I appreciate this place because it had helped us a lot and it's convenient. We usually time our laundry and come back for it when it finishes and so we can do our errands as we're all busy and try to do all things we can. Lesson learned. I have to be watching closely to it from now on. My husband and I had asked the attendant and he had tried locating it if anyone had returned it but no luck. we left our contact info but honestly it's not going to be returned. We work hard in getting the things we wanted to make it comfortable. While this is just a material thing and replaceable.. my husband and I felt we're violated. It's frustrating. When we look around for it.. we saw on the table 2 things from that load.. it was a heating pad case and one handkerchief. The rest was taken. The attendant suggested to come back and check the CCTV camera but haven't gotten to it. I appreciate this place as we have been coming here for 7 years... But now I feel scared but it's inevitable sometimes. I hope this won't happen to anyone. Also, this is just me venting from that experience. Wish this won't happen again. read more

My dryer was not working so I had to bring 6 loads of clothes to wash. The staff was very friendly and help me with get acclimated with bring there the first time. Lisa was the manager whom helping me I was very surprised how great she was . Place was pretty busy but they have so many machines no need to wait. Payment : You'll need to get a free card from them and load it with money. You can load it with your credit card, debit or cash. Very easy to use especially Lisa helped me. Its located in a strip mall next to El Super Market, bakery place, so parking can be there is plenty of parking. Inside the laundromat is very clean and they have many washers to use. They have washers that can washer 80 lbs of clothes at a time which is great. They also have medium and average size washers. All washers looked very well maintained and clean. They also have many dryers as well. Biggest load for dryers was 75lbs one and 45lbs, 30lbs. They also offer free wifi. They have vending machines for snacks as well. They have couple TV which you can watch wrote waiting. Average wash cycle is about 30- 35 minutes depending of you choose double wash. Dryer is up to you choose 10 minutes increments. I used 20 minutes for delicates and 30 minutes for regular clothes. Price: very decent and reasonable. I'm very pleased!! I will be back to wash some big comforters soon. Needed to wash a comforter and thanks to Yelp, I found this Laundromat. I brought my bag of quarters with me but they use a card based system. Luckily, Lucy the attendant was able to help me. She was very friendly and helped me figure out all of the settings on the machines. The store and machines are clean and do a great job. Wi-Fi is complimentary and fast. Conveniently located in a busy shopping center with a Rite Aid, El Super and La Michoacana. You can do some shopping, pick up a prescription and a paleta all in one laundry trip. I was pleasantly surprised to have found the cleanest, most friendliest laundromat in the area. Being a newbie I was a bit confused to discover the machines did not take quartets, but a reloadable cash card. Ms. Debbie was the nicest lady you'll meet, ready to assist. Super Clean Laundry employs super people. On Saturday June 25, my family and I came to this laundry and did several loads of laundry. As usual the staff was very helpful and making sure for our sake that we used proper equipment. On this day though, my bag of laundry was not taken out to dry and therefore forgotten all together. This morning I realized my clothes were missing. The person I talked to found them still damp in the washing machine. When we picked up the large load, she had put the laundry through a rinse, then dried, folded and wrapped them up. She would not take payment for all of this!!!!!! Staff members greeted me as I walked in, they were nonstop cleaning and sanitizing, and checking in on customers needs. I haven't been to a laundromat in years so I was nervous I wouldn't know how to use a washer that wasn't mine, and it's literally so easy! Very detailed instructions, 1, 2, 3 steps and done. I especially liked how I didn't have to carry change or single dollar bills. When you first walk in you get a card and just add money onto it.
