Omygosh reading some of these reviews some of you don't know how to remain professional and review laundromat properly compared to other ones in my opinion This laundromat and the one in Downtown Upland is always clean when I come in I see some reviews saying it isn't but EVERYTIME I've came within normal business hours it's been clean and there's a number posted I'm sure if you texted number if EVER "dirty" meaning lazy ppl can't throw away their own dryer sheets/ laundry soap and pick after themselves because they're so helpless because honestly that's all I've ever seen used dryer sheets on floor right by the trash can or under some of the dryers like come on do better ppl. I have also experienced seeing homeless ppl but they were actually paying customers and washing their laundry only other time was when they were being asked to leave because they weren't paying customers and I felt so bad I honestly would have let them sleep by back door but this establishment does not and I see they try to stay on top of the homeless problem . As for the washing machines not working they started phasing out the old ones I see the new ones are really nice I'm sure harder to keep clean I even catch myself putting unnecessary finger prints all the way around the door just for shits and giggles sorry guys but honestly you guys are doing great and I felt the need to come on here for the entertainment after last night that lady was not happy she overfilled that washer and broke it I also read her review God forbid workers have a life outside of the laundromat . What I overheard was the maintenence man was not able to come in until the next morning but the manager left a family dinner she was at to figure it out with her nephew is what i believe she said young boy which they did and I was surprised they were able to figure it out so quickly without having any prior experience to opening up a washer and I seen the clothes they took out of that ONE washer that was stuffed in TWO carts I took a picture management can't post but I can so I am like keep in mind these clothes are also soaking wet just imagine her stuffing them in while all of it was dry i wish i was there to see her stuffing it full like that probably took a lot of work definitely more than 10 loads that's why the washer broke I'm laughing because she even had a pillow in there but anyways getting help within 1hr is not a long time when it was your fault some of these reviews are so funny I will continue to go here because my experience has been good I do think a bench should be added for seating tho I know you probably removed because of the homeless but we need at least a bench. As for The bathroom maybe find a way so we can only access with an active laundry card so the homeless aren't able to go in them because I'm also sure that's why you can only use when a laundry attendant is in there? read more

I put my money in the machine and it only gave me half of my money in quarters, i text the number and they got back to me only to tell me that I wasn't at that laundromat when i was. Needless to say, i won't be going back because they stole my money and tried to say i was at another laundromat location. also their machines are always breaking down, and it doesn't even look like what the pictures above look like. read more

This laundry mat is ghEEto. What's good about it is the hours it's stays in operation- 24 hours. Also the machines work so that's a star added. A few machines had an old, funky stench to them but fortunately I found one machine that was worth me washing some clothes. I don't judge others by appearance, it's their actions that give off who they are. With that said transients that use illegal drugs seem to use it as a place to hangout. Hence, the few fellas hanging out inside and outside of the laundromat. As I folded my clothes, the men and one woman were hanging out in the mat, started smoking a substance from a glass pipe at the entrance of the laundry mat. The smoke clouds were so intense, I held my breath to keep myself from getting second hand smoke of their drug. The woman then proceeded to light up a cigarette and smoke inside of the establishment. It was a choice I made due to our washer not working and this place being open at a very early time. Would I wash here again? Absolutely NOT. Would I recommend it? Unless you are not afraid and are open minded to the situations I encountered. read more

First time there. Went early on a weekday. Lots of open machines, and the place was clean. Some machines can accept credit cards, others need coins. They do have a change maker and there was an employee on duty. Very smooth easy transaction. They apparently offer fluff and fold too, but I didn't ask about pricing. Only weird thing is the parking. Most of the spots are tagged for the adjacent 7-11. Wasn't a problem for me because it was slow but I guess it could theoretically be a problem during peak hours. read more

I needed to do laundry when the winds knocked out the power at my place recently, so I came here. There are lots of machines, and the place was clean. Parking was easily found, but I can see it filling up quickly. Having recently gone to a laundromat in Hawaii, I was a little surprised at the prices for some of the washers. $6 for the biggest ones I saw which is slightly higher than what I remember in the Aloha State which is known to be expensive. That being said, the dryers are fantastic even though a number of them were not working. They are huge and dry your clothes quickly, so you don't have to put in too many quarters. Didn't see too many carts available if you use those, but I don't. read more

Its a nice laundromat, but there were a lot of faults. It's small but not very busy which is good. They have a change machine but it doesn't accept 20$ bills and we had to go to 7/11 to get change. I had to use the restroom, but they didn't have any. I understand that there might be homeless people that might abuse it, but I'm here for a while doing my laundry so I am going to have to use the restroom eventually. Ok so I visit this wash house somewhat often and when I visited today, the associate on duty let a homeless lady use the restroom. Now this is not ok this restroom is for customers only to my knowledge its bad enough that there is only 1 restroom but to let a homeless person use it is just not ok. read more

After reading reviews and despite my mom's reluctance after showing her reviews from this facility versus others, we went to try this place out. This is partially because the reviews for our local coin laundry places were not at a high review. Keep in mind, for those who are first timers, parking is small and shared with 7-11. Personally I had no problem with the parking but we got in around 1:30 in the afternoon on a weekday so fortunately we were able to use a number of machines to do our laundry. We don't use coin laundry places often but overall the place was clean and the machines were in good condition. Will be back when we need to be. read more

I choose this laundromat over several others that are even closer to my house than this one. It's always clean it's inexpensive the machinery works and the employees are extremely helpful. I recommend this laundry mat to anybody who is looking to get their clothes clean in a refreshing none threatening environment. I dont regularly use Laundromat's only if I need to wash the big comforters or blanket. Very clean and staff is nice and helpful... Just make sure when you throw your clothes in the washer is clean lots of the machines need cleaning. Holy Moly! Suddenly I'm in love with laundry. Kenny and Tom clearly understand customer service. Previous to doing my research on local laundromats I had no idea what the heck fluff and fold was. I made my appointment online, got a confirmation call from Kenny, threw my dirty laundry in three bags, Tom picked it up from my house, and BAM it was done by the time I was off from work. Because I was in the area I picked it up at the facility itself where to my surprise it was handed back to me in these super cool laundry bags that had all my family's clothes perfectly folded inside with the under garments and socks bagged separately inside. Smelled fresh, the bags were identified with cool laundry bag tags on the front, and my original bags neatly folded inside as well. Tom took the time to give me a tour of the facility, showing me their secured drop off area for their fluff and fold service, free Wi-Fi, clean facility, with charismatic owners who clearly take pride in what they do, and who maintain their customer service principles. They are invested in their business, interested in their community and the folks they do business with, it was a pleasure to find a great conversation and service from a simple chore that I despise doing and will no longer do because I've found these folks to handle it for me. read more

The laundry room at my apartments is currently down... So of course, I was extra frustrated with the inconvenience of having to haul 5 loads of laundry to a laundromat. Except that there was nothing to complain about because this little laundry spot is fantastic! I don't live in Upland, but I work in Upland, and drive by on my way home everyday... so I figured I'd make the 5 mile drive on a Sunday afternoon because the laundromat by my house is 1) ghetto, 2) dirty, and 3) always jam packed. So glad I made the trip, because even on a Sunday afternoon being a little busy, there were more than enough machines/dryers to accommodate everyone. The place itself is super clean too! This place closes at 10 but Closes its doors at 8:30. At 8:29, me and another guy were told that they were going to shut off the water soon-- do not to bother coming in. He suggested we come back at 6am. And ...Don't come randomly expecting to drop off the fluff and fold--- people are rarely there during the day. You have to make an appt. then you have to make appt to pick up. Usually first thing in morning and then 6-8pm. They are very friendly and try to be accommodating, but this hassle is enough to make me just do my own laundry at the other laundromat that is actually open all the posted hours . read more

Well my stuffs gotten stolen twice. And im giving it one last chance as i write and just the juju in this area is so bad! Lots of people coming up to my car asking for one thing or another...ride, cigarette (even tho i dont smoke), or money. On top of that, im feeling the hatred a bit. They have one for laundry soap and fabric softener and another for snacks. And they also have free Wifi but they do not have a restroom for customers. read more

I decided to give fluff and fold a try. It was the first time I've used such a service, and it was wonderful! As a first time customer, I received 20% off on the pick up and drop off service (which put me at $1.60/lb). I booked online and received a call the day before my pick up appointment to confirm and discuss preferences for laundry detergent/bleach. Debbie, the person who did my laundry, was very friendly and professional. Everything was picked up and dropped off on time. She did a fantastic job--my clothes and sheets smelled AMAZING, and everything was folded neatly and grouped by item type in plastic bags. To top it all off, she even line dried my bras (which is really the only way to go since those things cost an arm and a leg). Unfortunately the regular price per pound ($2.00) is a little steep for my budget to use fluff and fold regularly, but I will definitely be utilizing this service when life gets busy and I just can't find the time to spend my Saturday at the laundry mat. read more

The washer I used ended up breaking towards the end of my wash 12 min left and just stopped and wouldn't drain, dryers took my money didn't turn on and didn't dispense back money back. Best laundromat around! I've been to many laundromat places and NONE as nice as this one. They have a TV, free WiFi, very friendly store manager and security cameras. It really feels safer going to this laundromat because there is always an attendant there. Tom, the store manager, was very nice. It was my first time there and he helped show me around and explained the machines too. He keeps the place clean and a great environment for locals. Many of the people there were regulars and loved the facility as well. If you're looking for a laundromat, this is the place to go, FOR SURE. Only bad thing is that the parking lot isn't big and there is a 7/11 next door that doesn't like to share parking spots. So plan accordingly. read more
