Unfortunately, a recurring issue involving a commercial cleaning company has made the environment increasingly uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe feeling. On Tuesday mornings, a commercial cleaning crew regularly occupies a large number of machines at once. 15-20 or more, which makes it difficult for regular customers to access machines during busy hours. My larger concern is the behavior I personally observed from one male worker associated with this company. I witnessed him repeatedly standing extremely close behind customers, particularly women and elderly customers, while they were loading and unloading machines. At one point, an older woman visibly turned around in alarm because of how closely he was standing behind her, and the interaction became confrontational when she reacted. The overall atmosphere felt aggressive and uncomfortable rather than respectful of shared public space. The company is also washing heavily used commercial cleaning materials like mops and dust mats in shared machines, which many customers may not feel comfortable with. I previously attempted to contact management privately about these concerns and never received a response, which is why I'm posting publicly. I hope management addresses both the excessive commercial machine usage and customer safety concerns so the laundromat remains comfortable for everyone. I will never come back here again.

They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). They also do drop-off laundry and have early bird specials most mornings. Easy, stress-free experience. I'd come back and would definitely recommend.

They expanded a few years ago and it was super nice but now the majority of the machines on the new side are broken. Out of 32 dryers on new side 16 have been out of service for quite sometime. Make that 17 down, one dryer went down in middle of cycle and when I asked the lady working there she said it never worked. I was like yes I had 9 minutes left and added a quarter to finish towels. I just removed the laundry and it stopped two minutes later. She kept saying no no no, then finally put a quarter in bottom one and said use that then. She has always had a disgruntled demeanor when every would try and interact with her. She works the early shift, then pm closing lady is always super nice and always sweeping and keeping place clean. BUT this other lady must hate life. I guess i have to look for a new spot now in the area as the machines are starting to break down frequently and not getting repaired.

Also, I strongly recommend you bring your own detergent and change because sometimes the change or detergent machine to get a small box of detergent isn't working. Whenever I go here, I usually go to the 99¢ Store and/or maybe Rite Aid a few stores down while waiting, so there are good stores in the same center to kill time. Lastly, a heads-up...this laundromat is in a kind of seedy shopping center of Alta Loma. Not that the city is seedy. It seems that just this shopping center only, so not even across the street is seedy.

I imagined since this Laundromat was located in Alta Loma (a well known upper crust suburb of Rancho Cucamonga) that it would be the Cadillac of Laundromat facilities... I was DEAD WRONG! Before even entering the place, we were met with several homeless individuals who appeared to be mentally unstable. Really having no other choice for places to go for laundry services around here, we winged. Got inside and found out over half their machines (both washers and dryers) were out of service, no outlets, NO RUNNING WATER from their sink, and no staff on site. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION like the plaque! I feel like this is the place where washer and dryer machines go to die. Negative 1,000 stars!
