Came with my boyfriend to do laundry. It was our first time here. We came to just used the small washers & dryer. We used 2 washers, $5 each for normal washes. Then, we used one small dryer, it was big enough to fit both loads. The dryers prices were much nicer, $1.50 for 42 minutes. I think the key was for every seven minutes, add 25¢. For the total of $11.50, I don't believe it was a bad experience. It was very hot, no A/C which I could tell. They have a vending machine dedicated to cleaning supplies & a vending machine for cold drinks. I got a coke bottle for $3 (not including in the final total). This was my first laundromat with a washer card, or perhaps, I've just always used quarters. However, one of the people waiting for their clothes was kind enough to point me to the direction for the card. It was fairly busy while we were there, but not so much that we couldn't get washers/dryers. My boyfriend said he would rate this a 7/10 experience because he wants to be able to just tap his card & it's hot in here. read more

I've been a regular customer here because the laundromat itself is clean, well-maintained, and the attendant is always courteous. Unfortunately, a recurring issue involving a commercial cleaning company has made the environment increasingly uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe feeling. On Tuesday mornings, a commercial cleaning crew regularly occupies a large number of machines at once. 15-20 or more, which makes it difficult for regular customers to access machines during busy hours. My larger concern is the behavior I personally observed from one male worker associated with this company. I witnessed him repeatedly standing extremely close behind customers, particularly women and elderly customers, while they were loading and unloading machines. At one point, an older woman visibly turned around in alarm because of how closely he was standing behind her, and the interaction became confrontational when she reacted. The overall atmosphere felt aggressive and uncomfortable rather than respectful of shared public space. The company is also washing heavily used commercial cleaning materials like mops and dust mats in shared machines, which many customers may not feel comfortable with. I previously attempted to contact management privately about these concerns and never received a response, which is why I'm posting publicly. I hope management addresses both the excessive commercial machine usage and customer safety concerns so the laundromat remains comfortable for everyone. I will never come back here again. read more

Very clean, definitely was busy on a Friday evening, but no complaints from me. I liked the cleanliness.

I love this laundromat they have new machines and almost all of them were working, which was awesome considering I had gone to several laundromats where half of them weren't working or old and cruddy and junkie and they actually had an attendant that was visible that could assist you read more

Visitors, this my first time doing laundry outside in 40 years. In time things has changed. Machines are clean. Staff on site very helpful. I guess the aisles to me was very narrow for double carts to go through. Open doors for both side machines will definitely clog up the aisles movements. But overall I think this place was better. Highly recommended. 01/30/11:30. read more

I like this place. The machines are easy to use, clean, and not terribly over-priced. And the staff is super helpful. My only quibble is that you have to reach the top of the washing machines to pour in your detergent. The machines are tall. So it can be difficult if you're short or use a wheelchair read more

Clean! Clean! Clean! Staff was present to help other customers with issues when needed. Definitely coming back here to do laundry!

Came in today because my dryer belt snapped and of course it was bedding cleaning day :) I haven't been to a laundromat in many years and this place is exactly what you're looking for when you want to clean your blankets in my case. It's very clean and really well maintained. The attendant that was there was extremely helpful and understood exactly what I needed!!!! Thank you and would definitely make the drive here again when I need to wash/dry when my house is out of order read more

Let's face it. Nobody wants to go to a laundromat if they don't have to. But sometimes, that weighted king size comforter needs washing, or the machine at home is broken. Drive the extra miles, and go to Teddy's in Fontana. They are much better than the laundromats here locally in Rancho. They have a lot of machines, and I only saw one that was broken. The attendant is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean. The machines are also clean. The industrial washers are pricey (10.50) but they are clean, and made short work of that comforter, and as a matter of fact, you could probably wash two or three comforters at once. I will visit again, and just bring all of the big stuff that needs to be washed in one trip. read more

The laundry mat has been updated. All machines work, are new and well kept. It is a 180 from what it was before. New owners have done a great job! read more

Fantastic new laundromat! I didn't try the new machines, but they look brand new and all working. You can use cash, coin or card. The fluff and fold service was excellent. I brought my own soap and softener, but they include their own with the price. It was $1.50 a pound and they weigh it there for you. It was done in a day. Everything was cleaned, folded and put into a clear plastic bag. Too easy!! Love this place read more

Machines worked well. $5.50 for a large wash and $1.00 in all to dry. For sure caters to Latinos as most everything was in Spanish. No help or assistance for English speakers. Relatively safe area in the daytime. It gets very hot inside. Clean and well kept machines. read more

I honestly happy they finally got someone fixed it up they've change the name and all the washers and dryers work. I remember it was struggle to get a dryer and washer because there be only 8 washers working and two dryers working. But now in new owner shipper it's so fast and easy to get my clothes done !!! I love it read more

I will highly recommend this Laundromat. Now that is under new ownership is just awesome. New washing machines and dryer s of all sizes to accommodate your big, medium and small loads of clothes. I love the feature that you can add more time to the washing machines for just a little bit more money, I like my clothes to be really really clean so this is just great, also you can get a Teddys card and load it with your credit card and don't have to worry about quarters. I do this every week. The place is spotless and the assistants are awesome so helpful.the owner is such a gentleman he helped me to bring my baskets full of clothes inside. I love that the assistants are always there to help you. I'm so glad is under new management I won't be leaving anytime soon. read more

Teddys Laundry has great washers and dryers. The place is always clean. I want to thank the employee that works in the morning Thank You. Very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this laundry. I have been in places that the washers and dryers don't work very real. Next time I go I am going to buy one of the cards. It will be easier than bringing quarters.
