Very clean. Staff and owners are very nice. One of the owners was kind enough to go around handing out lollipops to everyone there. I accidentally forgot my change that I didn't use from the preloaded cards they use here. I had already stepped out and while I was stepping into my car I was stopped by the owner. For her to chase me down, all the way to my car to just give me my $1.25 change back was really nice considering not many other places would do that over a small amount of money. read more

This is my 2nd time here and for about $10 (beats the dry cleaner at $50) I washed & dried my comforter here. I now bring my pool towels here too! There are no bathrooms. read more

Got the job done while we await delivery of our new washer. A longer cycle with a faster spin would be nice (dried the laundry at home). Suggested upgrade when the time comes for new machines: "menu" washers with pay-as-you-go options like a super hot wash, soil level options and a longer faster spin. I would gladly have paid extra for those. read more

This is the cleanest public laundry mat I've been to in a very long time. There is an attendant that speaks English and is actually helpful in maintaining order and the clean environment. It does cost 25 cents for 6 minutes of drying time. Most places do give 10 minutes. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I come to this laundromat to do my laundry every week and the white lady who works there always has a problem when we go and wash she has a problem when I get change I don't know if it's because I'm Mexican she waits at the door when she sees my husband or myself show up. I came to this place because I currently moved to Rialto but I give this place 2 stars because is clean and your able to pay with card but other wise this laundry mat is expensive the small ones are 5.50 medium ones are 6.50 the dryer is a JOKE they only give you 5 minutes for 25 cents. Just put a dollar and 25 to actually dry all your clothes good. It's small that your bumping into everyone when drying. read more

I'm new to the area. I just moved here from Whittier CA. It will be a while before I buy a new washer and dryer but I heard of this laundrymat by my next door neighbor. She told me it was cleaned and the owner really took care of its customers. When I went there, I was very impressed by the kindness and gratitude of the ownership. Not only that, but there was a security officer assigned to this place at first I was concerned but later it was explained to me that the owner wants to provide a safe and healthy service for its clientele. The officer opened the door for me and greeted me at the door. Everyone in inside was helpful and courteous with each other. So far I've been coming in here for the past two months and I don't think I will buy my washer anymore. I feel safe and happy when I come here. I get to meet new friends and the owner knows me by my first name. I highly recommend you this laundromat to everyone interested in having a new set of friends in the neighborhood. My washer quit working a couple days ago and left me in a bind. I am pretty picky when it comes to laundromats. The last one I went to was pretty dirty and the dryer almost started on fire. So I knew I had to try a new one this time. I live in Bloomington/Fontana. I drove all the way over to this one bc it had high reviews even though there was only a couple. I'm glad I came. There was only a couple people in here and the place was very clean! The lady that works here was very nice and was thorough in wiping out every washer while I was there. They have 3 big washers for 5.25 and I used these. They seem to work really good. They have the medium washer for 3.25 and the normal washers for 1.75. The dryers are 10 min for .25. The dryers do seem to run pretty hot on high heat. It took about 3 quarters to dry the big washer loads. All in all... I like this laundromat and will be back here the next time I'm in need of a laundromat. Hopefully that is a long time from now. read more

This is by far the cleanest laundry mat I have ever been too they have the ac running and it smells great in here. We love that it isn't packed in here at all and all the machines look brand new. In LA we pay about 2.50 for the small machines, there smallest machine was 4 dollars and it wasnt even big enough for a small load, i washed a sheet a 2 pillowcases in it. This was the cleanest, well kept laundromat that I've ever been to. The machine's were clean ( no junky soap or fabric softener build up) they didn't smell like dirty washing machine ( if you wash at the laundromat often you know what I'm taking about it ). It was just so super clean I just couldn't believe it . Had a chance to meet the owner ; very nice woman she gave us a little run down of her business and where we would find the number to reach her if we need the sink water turned on , the a/c turned on or off . I spent $20 for 1 extra large washer that fit about 4-5 loads of my colored clothes ; then 1 medium size washer to do 2-3 loads of light clothes and a small washer to wash 1 twin blanket and 6 towels I used a total of 7 dryers I think I put .75 in each and they dried well (expect for the towels had to put and extra.25) but I'm very satisfied with this this place and would recommended it . I needed to wash several king comforters and they would not fit in my washer. My husband and I found this place on Yelp, and decided to give it try. We were so impressed with Shasta Coin Laundry. It is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen. They have ceiling fans, AC, televisions and the best attendant ever, she was always cleaning, sweeping and she was so helpful (since it had been years since I had been to one) advising me on which machine would be best for my needs. I brought my own detergent pods and she eased my concern on how many she thought I would need. I will be back when the need arises. Just Awesome experience. read more

A four loader is $5! Most expensive loader (6 loader) is 7 dollars. Cheapest I believe is $2 but for a really small load. To be honest, I feel that this place is way too expensive & I don't plan on coming back. I'm not sure if the prices are high to make up for the new machines but it's not worth it. I came here because I thought 6 loads were $7, as in I can use 6 washes for $7 but it only covers one wash. I'm better off just washing at my apartment for $1.75 a load. It's still relatively clean & in a good area. Also, drying is .25 for 9 minutes. read more

This facility is clean so that is the positive, but it's not in a very safe area, there are no bathrooms and it is hotter than heck in here. It's 102 degrees in Rialto and there are tons of dryers going and it's just miserably hot in here. There are some fans but this place needs central air conditioning. read more
