I had a king size comforter picked up from my porch and dropped off the same day. Very happy with the service! Communicated very well and took pictures and sent me while washing drying and left on porch. Lowest price from comparison of many others read more

Very clean. Staff and owners are very nice. One of the owners was kind enough to go around handing out lollipops to everyone there. I accidentally forgot my change that I didn't use from the preloaded cards they use here. I had already stepped out and while I was stepping into my car I was stopped by the owner. For her to chase me down, all the way to my car to just give me my $1.25 change back was really nice considering not many other places would do that over a small amount of money. read more

Very clean laundry mat... very empty as well I love that it isn't over packed for a Monday Night (: forsure going to be my go to laundry mat ! read more

Sadly the laundromat I go to was close & came here First off it's over priced, I needed assistance & messaged the number on paper & no one came out The touch less pay didn't work Only good thing is the cleanness read more

Very clean spot and they provide TVs for your wait. 10/10 would recommend and would use again! Owner was there and really nice also!

Needed to wash my Cal King comforter and found this place on Yelp! Amazing clean, washers always clean no mess any where. This is my 2nd time here and for about $10 (beats the dry cleaner at $50) I washed & dried my comforter here. I now bring my pool towels here too! There are no bathrooms. read more

I love this laundromat! First time here, so glad i found this hidden gem, hard to find well maintained laundromats. Everything is so clean and put together, and the worker was friendly. Will be coming here more often! read more

i use to go to this laundromat all the time. it was my favorite and my first familiar spot since moving out here. despite there being no workers whenever i went i was always alone, but that might be where they fall short. last time i was there a homeless man from the area came in and changed his clothes right in front of me, then proceeded to smoke something in the laundromat that burned my eyes, nose, and throat. needless to say i haven't been back since. read more

Went to do my laundry and picked this one from yelp. It was awesome. Clean! The owners gave everyone who was in the place a free drink since it was so hot! I love seeing a mom & pop thriving and and being kind! Thank you nice lady!!! read more

Got the job done while we await delivery of our new washer. A longer cycle with a faster spin would be nice (dried the laundry at home). Suggested upgrade when the time comes for new machines: "menu" washers with pay-as-you-go options like a super hot wash, soil level options and a longer faster spin. I would gladly have paid extra for those. read more

Second time I had to use a public washing machine for very large blankets. I rarely go yo laundromat but this one waa very clean quite and I am sure since it waa a Monday morning it was very empty. I placed items in machine abd waited in my car. Picked this place since reviews I my area were not thst great and this was the only one that has more than 3 stars read more

This is the cleanest public laundry mat I've been to in a very long time. There is an attendant that speaks English and is actually helpful in maintaining order and the clean environment. It does cost 25 cents for 6 minutes of drying time. Most places do give 10 minutes. read more

I rarely need to go to a laundromat, but due to mine breaking down. Last minute I decided to look for one with good reviews. With a pandemic going on you would think the owner would be wearing a mask but she wasn't. Also there are a few other people washing not wearing a mask. A call to the Department of Public Health will be made. I had to leave read more

Very clean inside and all the machine are well maintained. Went here to wash all my comforters and sheets and they came out amazing. Will definitely come again. read more

I am sure not to overload the dryer and it is okay I do not want a refund. I will try the other set of dryers and see if they work better for me. Thank you for replying. I had an issue today and contacted the owner and I received a response immediately! Very helpful and recommend Great customer service, clean facility. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I come to this laundromat to do my laundry every week and the white lady who works there always has a problem when we go and wash she has a problem when I get change I don't know if it's because I'm Mexican she waits at the door when she sees my husband or myself show up. I feel she does it out of racism we are not doing anything wrong but washing like everyone else today she denied our service and I had it!! She does not deserve to work or even keep this business if this is how she runs it!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional. After coming here for months every week I will take my money elsewhere this lady does not deserve to work around customers!!! read more

I went to others laundry and this is the BEST .Is always clean and the owners are very nice.If you forgot something keys, laundry, cellphone and they get it.They always hold it. read more

I came to this place because I currently moved to Rialto but I give this place 2 stars because is clean and your able to pay with card but other wise this laundry mat is expensive the small ones are 5.50 medium ones are 6.50 the dryer is a JOKE they only give you 5 minutes for 25 cents. Just put a dollar and 25 to actually dry all your clothes good. It's small that your bumping into everyone when drying. read more

Way to expensive for the service you get. No one physically works there, so the less that's made by customers as well as the machines that break stay broke. With no sign to tell you they're not working. Spent $40 on 5 loads of clothes. First and last time using this place. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!!!! If i can give none stars i would !!!! Obviously what you expect for the area , however there's really none good laundromats good anywhere in the area . I wanted to go somewhere new & else since the one i been going to i just get stares from the damn owners can't mind their own business but this one HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN !! The washers are what $3 for the white ones & like $6 for a medium , then the damn dryers DONT EVEN WORK !!!!!!!! .25 for 6 mins come on ! I'm new to the area. I just moved here from Whittier CA. It will be a while before I buy a new washer and dryer but I heard of this laundrymat by my next door neighbor. She told me it was cleaned and the owner really took care of its customers. When I went there, I was very impressed by the kindness and gratitude of the ownership. Not only that, but there was a security officer assigned to this place at first I was concerned but later it was explained to me that the owner wants to provide a safe and healthy service for its clientele. The officer opened the door for me and greeted me at the door. Everyone in inside was helpful and courteous with each other. So far I've been coming in here for the past two months and I don't think I will buy my washer anymore. I feel safe and happy when I come here. I get to meet new friends and the owner knows me by my first name. I highly recommend you this laundromat to everyone interested in having a new set of friends in the neighborhood. By the way, they also have free WIFI. What a great place. read more

My washer quit working a couple days ago and left me in a bind. I am pretty picky when it comes to laundromats. The last one I went to was pretty dirty and the dryer almost started on fire. So I knew I had to try a new one this time. I live in Bloomington/Fontana. I drove all the way over to this one bc it had high reviews even though there was only a couple. I'm glad I came. There was only a couple people in here and the place was very clean! The lady that works here was very nice and was thorough in wiping out every washer while I was there. They have 3 big washers for 5.25 and I used these. They seem to work really good. They have the medium washer for 3.25 and the normal washers for 1.75. The dryers are 10 min for .25. The dryers do seem to run pretty hot on high heat. It took about 3 quarters to dry the big washer loads. All in all... I like this laundromat and will be back here the next time I'm in need of a laundromat. Hopefully that is a long time from now. read more

$4.50 for the 4 lb washer / $2.50 for the agitator 2 lb washer . Very clean and would go again if needed

I used to come here before the new owner took over, it's like a whole new laundromat. AC WORKS hot water works and the owner is super nice. Definitely recommend this place to all read more

Very clean, alot of open machines but it was early morning during the week. I gave 4 stars because the is the most I've ever paid to wash lol. In LA we pay about 2.50 for the small machines, there smallest machine was 4 dollars and it wasnt even big enough for a small load, i washed a sheet a 2 pillowcases in it. Largest machine was 7 but i was able to wash 2 comforters and a pillow. read more

This was the cleanest, well kept laundromat that I've ever been to. The machine's were clean ( no junky soap or fabric softener build up) they didn't smell like dirty washing machine ( if you wash at the laundromat often you know what I'm taking about it ). It was just so super clean I just couldn't believe it . Had a chance to meet the owner ; very nice woman she gave us a little run down of her business and where we would find the number to reach her if we need the sink water turned on , the a/c turned on or off . I spent $20 for 1 extra large washer that fit about 4-5 loads of my colored clothes ; then 1 medium size washer to do 2-3 loads of light clothes and a small washer to wash 1 twin blanket and 6 towels I used a total of 7 dryers I think I put .75 in each and they dried well (expect for the towels had to put and extra.25) but I'm very satisfied with this this place and would recommended it . Oh p.s didn't see a restroom ( that I so badly needed ) but there was a vending machine of sodas and snacks read more

Love this laundry! Clean, neat, no homeless hanging around asking for money, safe, and all machines are operating and quick.

Super clean place with someone on site to sanitize all the machines. Change given at machines and an active line to contact if any problems arise. Best thing is this doesn't seem to attract the same type of people as others. read more

I dread laundry day because all the laundry mats in my area are disgusting. Found Shasta Laundry on Yelp and came to check it out. I am so glad I did. This is the cleanest laundry mat I have ever seen. The owner even came down to redeem the free top load wash coupon they have on yelp. The worker that was here could of been a bit friendlier, but I will definitely be coming back. Definitely recommend coming here. read more

Very Clean. Has A.C. Love it. The manager is very nice and they also have t.v for entertainment. Best laundromat in Rialto. Would give it 5 stars if the manager DIDNT tell me how much soap to put in MY clothes. telling me I could only put 1/3 of a cup in the 4xLoad Washer. What?????? read more

I needed to wash several king comforters and they would not fit in my washer. My husband and I found this place on Yelp, and decided to give it try. We were so impressed with Shasta Coin Laundry. It is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen. They have ceiling fans, AC, televisions and the best attendant ever, she was always cleaning, sweeping and she was so helpful (since it had been years since I had been to one) advising me on which machine would be best for my needs. I brought my own detergent pods and she eased my concern on how many she thought I would need. I will be back when the need arises. Just Awesome experience. read more

A four loader is $5! Most expensive loader (6 loader) is 7 dollars. Cheapest I believe is $2 but for a really small load. To be honest, I feel that this place is way too expensive & I don't plan on coming back. I'm not sure if the prices are high to make up for the new machines but it's not worth it. I came here because I thought 6 loads were $7, as in I can use 6 washes for $7 but it only covers one wash. I'm better off just washing at my apartment for $1.75 a load. It's still relatively clean & in a good area. Also, drying is .25 for 9 minutes. read more
