The dryer takes a really long time to dry things and you have to add a lot of coins for a single dry. They do have drop off pick up option which is cool if you don't have the time. They also charge $.25 to use the restroom and I think it should be free because sounds laundry here isn't cheap.

Then, we used one small dryer, it was big enough to fit both loads. The dryers prices were much nicer, $1.50 for 42 minutes. I think the key was for every seven minutes, add 25¢. For the total of $11.50, I don't believe it was a bad experience. It was very hot, no A/C which I could tell. They have a vending machine dedicated to cleaning supplies & a vending machine for cold drinks. I got a coke bottle for $3 (not including in the final total). This was my first laundromat with a washer card, or perhaps, I've just always used quarters. However, one of the people waiting for their clothes was kind enough to point me to the direction for the card. It was fairly busy while we were there, but not so much that we couldn't get washers/dryers. My boyfriend said he would rate this a 7/10 experience because he wants to be able to just tap his card & it's hot in here.

I'd definitely recommend calling ahead to book an appointment so you can get your items done on time. Overall, great experience--highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, high-quality tailoring.

DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED!!!…read more What I liked about this cleaners was the fact that they are open weekends which most cleaners are not, so I decided to take a drive here from Ontario to Fontana. I took my pants back in March to get hemmed and no problem. Work was good. The problem was when I took my second pair of pants this July 27th. I took one piece (one pant) for it to get hemmed and attached my original pants from back from March. I left two pieces one for sowing and the other as an original to copy. Well the lost my pants!!! I asked to have someone call me and it seamed like I had to be the one looking for them for this to get resolved. When I called the manager her name is Rosa, she had a bit of an attitude cause I was an upset customer. As I should be... she told me I had to wait 30-days to put in a claim. So who knows if my pants are ever going to be found. She claimed I only took one pant to get hemmed however, the ticket shows (copy original on waist and length). And she was very hesitant to try and help me and kept insisting that there was only one piece so my answer to that was (how can you copy an original on length and waist size if there is nothing attached?) it clearly says, copy original. If you are planning to come here, make sure people are doing their job properly because it seams like they are careless. For one, the guy at the front desk really should have put two pants. He should have been more detailed but it seams like he was in a rush. If you guys don't want your clothes lost, I suggest not to come here. This post will not come down unless this is resolved. I basically have to wait until August 27th to know if they are going to reimburse me or even return my pants. I asked her if she could check her video camera and that she would check. Let's see if this is also true. I will post any updated information as it becomes available.

What a lifesaver!…read more After a long day, our dryer at home stopped working, and we still had a load of wet clothes that couldn't wait until morning. It was already around 10:30 PM when we started searching for a laundromat that was open late. We found Arrow Coin Laundry, loaded up the car, and got there a little after 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, the doors had already been locked, and we thought we were out of luck. Then Maria, the manager, came out, listened to our situation, and was kind enough to let us in since we only needed to dry our clothes. Thanks to her kindness, we were able to get everything dried instead of waking up to moldy, smelly clothes the next morning. On top of that, the laundromat was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and all the machines we used worked great. It's obvious the staff takes pride in keeping the place in excellent condition. A huge thank you to Maria for going above and beyond. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you ever need a clean, reliable laundromat with people who genuinely care, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! Thank you again, Maria--you turned a stressful night into a great customer experience.

For one tap to pay is way to convenient, while I appreciate being able to pay with my card-- I wasn't to pleased when I was charged more then what is required. On the machine it states $3.50, however I was charged $5. I didn't want to hassle with it at the time but thought I'd share with anyone who may find themselves put in this position. Dryers cost $25 for 8 min I believe, it wasn't that expensive at all to dry a load in total was less than $1.00. During my experience I noticed that if you go early in the morning when they just open, you will have many washers and dryers to choose from and only a few people are there. The place is fairly clean and quiet, almost all of the machines work. If you needed soap, dryer sheets, fabric softener, etc they offer a vending machines that sells all of these items. They do have one restroom, and another vending machine with some snacks. This location also includes a small fluff and fold station where you can purchase a service if needed. Prices range depending on amount of items you required. They also had one attendant who was working, cleaning out the dryers, sweeping, turning on the fans, and placing carts back into their proper places. All in all I would consider coming back if I needed too!
