This laundry mat is under new mgt in the last number of months. The staff are great when you find one to help you. I am here this morning and 32 washers are taped off and not working. It appears that all of the large ones that cost$6.50 are working but 32 of the lower priced ones are not. I was here yesterday at the same time and the same number of washer did n work. The prices here are kinda high. $4.25 for a small sized wash ($4.75 for the Speed Queen). $6.50 for a regular sized wash (Speed Queen same price). The dryers seem to work well. It's clean. One of the machines ate my coins and the release button didn't work. No staff on-site to assist, which was disappointing. I had another issue with the change machine one before, and the staff was very rude to me when I asked for help. Will not be returning here. read more

Definitely go to another laundromat! I came in and there were less than half of the washers working. I wanted the traditional small machine but NONE except 1 was working and was in use, ofcourse. So I found a small 2 load washer in the back that said it was "$2.50 Mon-Thurs" So atleast I was getting a deal, NOPE, that was false, i found that to be a lie, and no I didn't do a extra wash. I filled up my washer and was hesitant on putting in the money but decided I was here, so in the coins went. But just then I heard 2 people speaking to each other about the dryers not working and how they havnt worked in a long time. They one guy just gave up after $2 in the dryer and took his clothes out. I'm so sad I put my quarters in. I'm only leaving 2 stars because of a table and chairs in the back, There were 2 workers present which is nice BUT too bad they can't fix the machines, the parking was easy and because of how many folding space there was, but what's the point of folding space when 1/2 of the washers don't work. I walked past the bigger washers but most were broken and what was left was in use. I'm almost positive I will have to dry elsewhere because I was told the dryers were trash! I wonder if the customers here are just here because this is in proximity to where they live!? This will most certainly be my first and last time at this location. I should've driven further to a better FUNCTIONING laundromat. It's sad because while I was there a man came picking up all his quarters in buckets but not to fix anything :( I've never seen so much blue painting tape in a place that hasn't seen paint or repair in years! Ps oh I needed to update that the guy did come back to fix something!!!! He came to fix the machines that takes his quarters from these customers!!! Go some where else! The dryers do not dry. I put almost 2 dollars to dry three towels and they didn't even dry. I used to come here all the time. Just because it's close. But then I noticed that every time I came. I spent a lot of money trying to dry, all the machines are outdated. When I told the worker about the issue. She said "oh it's drying, look touch the front and you could feel it hot," I said yes I can fill it hot, but when you open up the dryer door and feel the clothing they're cool. So she's just brushed off what I said like it didn't matter, so I'll be going to different one from now on. Thank you. read more

There under new owner ship. So everything changed. I put the same amount of coins to keep my clothes dry and for some reason it's not dry. I think they move something in the dryers. The old owners should come back. They were fair and will listen if you had a problem with the dryer or washer. The new ones don't do shit and just ignore you or tell you to pay again. I like that its big and has alot of washers and dryers but its really dirty. Theres signs everywhere saying $2.50 for double load but thats not true and i came during the week. The dryer is 25 cents but its only for 6 minutes and wirh HOT HEAT - it didnt even feel warm after 3 cycles. It smells in here and kinda creeps me out. Im not coming here again. read more

It's a great place to wash lots of space and washers and really huge dryers! Prices are good! And the washers even have a Presoak or heavy duty button! Plus it's always clean and they have snacks and drinks and an arcade in the back! Bonus is being able to change the ty channels! However I am taking one star because there's a lady who comes and takes clothes out the dryers and washers claiming someone mixed her clothes. So beware and very attentive of your clothes, etc! They charge extra for warm or hot water yet the water going into the machine is cold and the door on the machine is cold so, they are ripping people off. I bought a snickers bar in the vending machine and I swear to god it was 10 years old I'll never come back the laundromat on mountain and 9th is way better and you can use your card instead of pumping quarters read more

I notified staff, but she refused to pay me back and said I probably put "extra soil" but it happened to my partner the same day.... To dry its .25 for 6 minutes but the dryers DO NOT DRY PROPERLY. Good and clean place. Went here with about 15 regular loads and got it done in 3 jumbo load machine and 1 large one. Dried all 4 loads in two massive dryers. Everytime I turned around someone was sweeping, mopping and tidying up. Lots of funky smells but that's to be expected from a laundromat. read more

Come to this Laundry Mat for convenience because of location shopping center easy to get in and out plenty of parking. The people who frequent this business are hard working everyone there just want to get their laundry done and move on with their day. The owner of this establishment seems like they don't care. Took sink out of bathroom and bathroom is not clean they charge a quarter to use it toilet is gross always unsanitary floor never mopped smells bad. Price on laundry has gone up totally understandable everything on the rise. This place is tucked away in a mall and seems to be a family place. Staff super friendly and helpful. Outside it's another story. Bikes being stolen and people lying on the sidewalk. Nice and clean but there is no place to sit and there is no WiFi. This place would be great if it had those two things. My washer won't be repaired until tomorrow so today I'm here. I wish it was in a better neighborhood. There are some scary people sitting outside. Thank goodness my hubby came with me! Oh, there should be a big NO SMOKING sign outside by the front door. The dryers are 0.25 for 10 minutes of drying time. You can buy detergent, snacks and drinks from vending machines. There are TVs to pass the time. This is a great place to wash your oversized comforters and pillows that won't fit into conventional machines at home. This laundromat is in the corner of a Stater Brothers plaza, kind of hidden and looks small from the outside, but it's actually rather big on the inside. For a quick bite to eat, try the Pho place next door-- fast and filling! read more

The best coin laundry in upland i have been to. Huge space, well maintained floor and very clean machines inside and out. I would see an employee wipe the insides of the machines continuously. Also, unlike other coin laundry out there, you could take the carts to the parking lot which is really great if you have to carry heavy stuff. They're also right beside a poppa johns, big lots, nail salon and so many more so you wont get bored waiting for your laundry. Great place! Will be coming back here every week! read more

We have been coming to this location every week at the same time due to our work schedule and there has never been any issues. Today however because it was empty and im pretty sure the lady working (who sees us every week) already cleaned the washers, wanted to deny us of washing our clothes. While its pouring rain she comes outside and takes the baskets in...then proceeds to ask us how many washers we are going to use as if that makes a difference in time. It only takes 20 minutes to wash and about 20 to dry the time was 8:45. The worker said They close at 10:00 pm and the last wash is at 8:30 but there was no sign posted.Thankfully my partner speaks Spanish and was able to talk to her and explain all of this to her. So frustrating as we just wanted to wash our clothes. She ended up letting us wash but you could tell she was upset because she had to clean the washers again. Don't be trying to do you're job early if you don't close until 10 and we will be out before that. read more

it feels unsafe to be washing here. Today 2/20/2021 there was no attendant on duty from about 12 to 2:30. During that time there were 2 men that showed up. One of them was covered in tattoos including devil horns on his head Upon arrival he begins to play loud music over a portable speaker and it's not the kind of music that anyone except ghetto cholos want to listen to. The cherry on top he was drinking beers in the building. I saw the cameras there but I think they are there for show only because if I saw some drinking at my laundry I would call the cops. Honestly this person seemed armed and dangerous, and usually when a person is acting that ballsy it's because they have a weapon. I guess this is the price to pay for being poor and not being able to afford to live in a house with my own laundry. It's very sad that people have no respect but, as an establishment owner there should be steps taken to protect the decent people that are patrons of your business. I honestly would not want to go back unless there is a security guard there to address this type of issue. read more

Clean. Fast. And lots of folding space. The washing machines washed faster than expected and the drying machines dried in less time. In total I probably spent less than an hour in half doing 4 loads. They have a few classic arcade games with multiple TVs all around. Just like any other laundry mat, you'll have to be aware of their busiest times to beat the crowds. read more

Clean and functional machines. Few places to sit. Undisciplined teenagers were playing basketball inside as I did my clothes and basketballs were bouncing all over the place.
