I like coming here to wash its nice and clean. I just wish it was open longer since i get off work at 7pm i dont make it to wash after work

They're super rude here. I came here with every intention of washing here. I needed coins. So I left my basket of dirty laundry in the car. Came in and started exchanging my bills into coins. I was done started to head to door to get my basket to start washing. Before I got to the door The older Asian lady came up to me and said you need to wash here not just get coins here there's a lot of people who just come here and get coins and leave. I just said ok and left with my bag of coins and took my business somewhere else. Don't assume I'm just here exchanging my bills into coins and going to leave. read more

I just want to say that I have the utmost gratitude to this laundromat. The owner, her mother, and all her workers are so kind and caring. I have had to run out the door because I was late to pick up my daughter or due to an emergency and my clothes was still drying... Both times, either the owner, her mother or her workers were so kind -- to my surprise, they had take out my clothes / my daughter's and folded them. They did not have to do this, as a matter of fact... they could have taken the clothes out and left it in a corner. But they are kind people. It is so refreshing to come across human beings like them. And so.. I continue to come to this laundromat even if I have to go out of my way to do so. This location is also very , very clean. I love this laundromat, $2.50 for small washer and dryer is $25 cheap . Barely people there in the mornings.

I love lucky. They have great machines for comforters and heavy blankets. The dryers fit a lot only once has a machine not worked for me but that was fixed the same day. Great customer service in my own experience and an overall nice place to either do a quick load for make it a whole laundry day read more

Im actually sitting here waiting for stuff to dry on a Sunday evening. There are about 15 people here. Everyone being curtious and friendly. Place as well as washers n dryers themselves are very clean and working properly. Plenty of machines, washed 2 down comforters, 3 other comforters, along with regular wash and dried it all for under $15 and in under 2 hrs..thats not too bad. Would def come here again read more

This place gets crackin on the weekend early in the morning so be sure to come right when they open or be prepared to stand in line while you wait for a machine to to open up. The week days are busy but you can always find an open machine. The attendants are great! They keep the machines very clean and also help keep the flow moving if someone isn't on top of their loads. They pull the clean load out and put it to the side so someone else can do their laundry. If you are one of those people who are not on top of your loads and it has been moved upon you return, ask the attendant and she will have it safely put to the side away from the general public. I've come here late after closing in order to get my laundry which they stayed open for until I arrived to claim my things. (approximately 10 min after closing) read more

We usually come here without any issues however today was different. We walked in to do laundry at 8:31 to the attendant yelling from the back of the laundromat, "no no! We close." I replied that it was 8:31 and she said "sorry sign say 8:30, no, no more." I told her that we just needed to wash, not dry and that we would only do the 18 minute quick wash. She said "no! We close at 8:30!" I pointed out that the sign said the laundromat closed at 10:00pm and we were one minute late for the last wash and that we would be finished before 9:00 pm. Also pointed out that there were people just loading clothes into the washer then. She said "no, we closed, you go now." What TERRIBLE customer service. We will never come here ever again. read more

Good place better than the ones on G st /4th st on mountain. no bums, drugs , worth the extra mile. Everything is clean machines work good. Dryers give you a lot of time unlike the other places. Very economical. The vending/arcade machines are nice and clean. Children are not running around that much causing mischief like at other laundry places where they do as they please and don't let you get work done. Highly recommended read more

For a laundry mat it's pretty good. Love that they have the AC running on hot days. Machines are clean. There's usually someone on site here if there's an issue. The machine to exchange cash for quarters doesn't take anything over a ten. read more

We've been here about three times and our issue is always the same the rude cleaning lady. She's a Mexican lady I had my purse on top of a washer because I was putting clothes in the washer and she comes over and moves my purse rudely. So I ask her in my purse in her way and she said yes and then as my boyfriend comes over to put money in the machine she starts cleaning it while we're still using it it putting bleach so he asks her that's not going to mess up her clothes she says no with her super strong accent and rude tune I'm Mexican but there is no need for that than she starts saying something to a lady about me in Spanish and when she sees me she goes to the back. I will never come back here we wash our clothes twice we spend about 30/40 average read more

Stay away from here!! The owners will rip you off and then act like they don't speak English and walk away .. the older Asian man is so rude it's no wonder why the employee they have is just as bad. There will be times when the washing machines aren't releasing water and when u go tell them they just say "I know and walk away".. when u ask for a refund they will act like they don't know what language u are speaking .. when we spoke he the owner who is the older mans daughter as first she denied being the owner, once we let her know that he dad gave us her number to complain then she finally admitted to owning the place. She also admitted to knowing the machines haven't been working for months but that it's too expensive to fix. I reported them to the BBB .I REPEAT STAY AWAY !! Really like going to this laundrymat, it's so clean and relaxing to be here. I have been using it for a few years now. The owners seem like nice people and they are always cleaning the machines or busy doing something. The lady even wished me happy new years last year. I got change from them a few times and they have the change already folded to make things efficient. I like it. Very clean and welcoming environment. Seeing the old school snk arcade machine with metal slug and puzzle bobble takes me back to the old days. read more
