Good dry cleaning. Value: fair. Service: good. Easy to work with them. My husband has been going here and for the most part dry cleaning service was good.

Originally dropped off a work dress shirt that I needed ironed. When I came to pick it up, I was…read moreshocked to notice what a terrible job they had done. The shirt was very sloppily ironed and still wrinkled in a lot of areas. What is the proper thing to do in a situation like this you might ask? Take accountability, fix the mistake, and redo the ironing. But their employee Kayla didn't care and still expected me to pay for the awful work they did. I confronted her about the terrible quality and instead of this business recognizing their mistake and offering a solution to something they caused, they somehow found a way to place the blame on me instead. Apparently, I should have washed the shirt with them too and paid for that additional service if I wanted the ironing to be done well. Why am I going to pay extra to wash a shirt that's already cleaned and been washed when all I needed was the ironing done? Why do I have to do both things together to get decent work done from this place? That's the explanation I got but it's insane and makes no sense. Kayla had a bad attitude, was extremely unhelpful throughout this entire experience, and lacked the basic problem solving skills needed to offer an amicable resolution to this problem. Gave this establishment years of business, and it's disheartening to realize that they refuse to take accountability and do something that is a relatively easy fix. They act like it's a wild and huge inconvenience to re-iron one single shirt. I'm done here and will be looking for a new dry cleaners business!

In other words, when it's as white as new but you can still feel the stain. While I don't think they could have as been effective as they could have been and excessively delayed/ continued to manipulate the wash as a supervised "group" project, releasing each stain to undisguise/ undisclosed scents or concentrations of stains masked by cleaners, the environment of the cleaners makes it a safer place to release the stain given the amount of machines operating inside the structure using chemicals designed to sanitize the washes. You never know what the concéntrate carpet shampoo and stain remover, floor cleaning/ multipurpose disinfectant solution, automobile interior odor eliminator or leading high efficiency laundry detergent hides until it's dissolved all day. Helpful especially with secondhand buys, and rewashing projects from the cleaners, other laundromats, sewage damage, similar residential restorations, biotech backdrafts, etc. I didn't find them helpful for cleaning mops or sleeping bags. They'll look and feel clean but if you purchase other ones, you'll feel the difference with the newer ones used and stained at the same rate. I was unable to unmask a set in stain of concentrated cleansers that made a sleeping bag bearable for one to two uses. It was difficult at first to recognize that it needed to be re-cleaned because it looks so clean despite its tattered state. It's not until you can hold the stuffing of the bag in your hand that you can tell that it still needs to be re-washed. You don't have to go through it alone! We're all on the same boat. --UPDATE from 9/21/20 visit- clothes that were on first rewash smell slightly clean. Two small loads that I brought along to wash the entire day, approx 12 to 8 for drying between 8 to 9, STINK! Used more than one laundry detergent, solid and liquid. Smelled slightly off, but I usually eat animal protein and herbs. Unfortunately I cannot wear these without an additional wash as touching/ folding them MADE ME SICK! How ineffective was their wash! Totally do not have that problem at home. Not trying to exaggerate as I always try to avoid the load the staff works on, but it being in the half washed condition that it was, it was dangerous, regardless that I knew which plate that I ate while wearing it (smells like you were the cook or it was clothing you wore only through the meal). Horrible! So disappointed! Meanwhile, there are no visible stains and the clothes look clean! Not just any clean- ALL DAY clean! You can't wear them or fold them without developing foul breath. Benefit is that you can pay using credit/ debit cards and view your account activity, making it easier to bring issues like the one stated to the attention of the owner and staff. UPDATE 9/22/20: I took four pieces from three different loads to be altered to four different cleaners. One of them found the dresses to be, in her words, "ugh", and gave me a free bag to carry them around in. I can't agree more and I'm glad someone actually voiced their opinion. I would totally wear these around for someone who actually wears the load that they wore After cleaning their clothing and children's clothing After one (1) wash and on a cereal diet with whatever generic flu shot they received. I washed those all day on a super cycle with two laundry detergent and was told more than once that I use too much soap.

Not from the area, had to do an emergency load after a toddler fiasco while traveling. This place was open early on a Sunday (6am). Coin machine was working ( thank god) and there were plenty of top load and front loading options. I'm a big fan of the speedy queen washers. I was also very grateful their soap dispenser was loaded so I was able to get some detergent. Top loader washers were $3 a load, speedy queen $5 a load. Dryers a quarter gets you 8 minutes (not bad). I didn't have a ton of stuff in the dryer so I was surprised it took me 5-6 quarters to dry the blanket and few pieces of car seat. All in all the place was clean, lots of space for folding and plenty of washers and dryers for when things really get busy.

Your response is pathetic, shame on you. I came here because I like washing my bedding at a laundromat instead of at home, and I figured it was time to try somewhere new. I've been to Daisy's Laundromat down the street before, but Badillo Launderland had decent reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. I showed up around 8 in the morning hoping for a quick in and out trip. When I walked in, my first impression was that the place is pretty small. There are only two aisles of machines. The upside was that it was almost empty when I arrived. The only other person there was a woman who looked like she was working on one of the machines. I assumed she might work there, but there was no greeting, no smile, nothing. Just a very cold presence. Luckily she stepped out shortly after, which meant I had the whole place to myself for a while. I used two of the large washers that hold about forty pounds each, which cost around six dollars per wash. One thing I noticed right away is that they offer two payment methods. You can use coins or you can use a card through a smart payment system attached to the machines. Paying with a card comes with a fee though. Even if it is small, it still adds to the total every time you run a machine, so I decided to stick with coins. I exchanged about fifteen dollars at the coin machine and got started. My plan was simple. Wash, dry, and be out within an hour like I usually do when I wash bedding. While the washers were running, I started noticing things that made the place feel a little off. The cleaning seemed very superficial. At first glance it looks maintained, but once you actually look closely you see layers of dust and grime in places that clearly have not been touched in a long time. There is a vent on the ceiling that was so dusty it honestly looked like it had been ignored for years. Another thing that stood out was the number of security cameras. I counted about twelve. That is a lot for a laundromat this size, and they were not even the same type of cameras. Some looked newer and others older. Ironically many of them were dusty too, which just added to the overall feeling that maintenance is inconsistent here. Things really started going downhill once it was time to dry my bedding. I normally use several dryers so everything finishes quickly, so I loaded up six dryers at once. The price is a quarter for seven minutes. I put in fourteen minutes to start, which should be plenty for lighter bedding like sheets. To my surprise, most of the dryers barely produced heat. Out of the six dryers I used, only two of them actually worked the way they should. The others were spinning but clearly not heating properly. At that point I started burning through coins trying to figure out which machines were actually functioning. Time is valuable, and this is where the frustration kicked in. To make things worse, the coin machine ran out of coins while I was still trying to dry everything. This was around eight in the morning on a Tuesday. Running out of coins that early in the day is honestly baffling. I had no choice but to use the smart card system that charges a small fee. At that point I just wanted my bedding dry, so I threw everything into the two dryers that actually worked and maxed out the time. What should have been a quick visit ended up stretching well past an hour, and even then the bedding was not as hot and dry as I usually like it. Another issue is how cramped the place feels once other people start showing up. When I first arrived it was peaceful, but as more customers walked in the tight layout became obvious. People were basically maneuvering around each other in close quarters while trying to move laundry between machines. It made the whole process feel rushed and uncomfortable rather than smooth and relaxing. I will give them one positive note. The music playing inside was actually great. Whoever picked that playlist clearly has good taste because the songs were a vibe. Unfortunately I came here to wash laundry, not to discover new music. By the time that same woman came back later, she still had the same cold demeanor and I decided it was not even worth bringing up the dryer issues. At that point I just wanted to finish and leave. Between the poorly heating dryers, the coin machine running out early in the morning, and the overall maintenance issues, the experience left a really bad impression. It is a shame because the location is convenient and the parking is easy, but I will not be coming back. Hopefully this review helps others know what to expect. If you come here, be prepared to test a few dryers before you find one that actually works.
