I have to back for the 4th time hoping they can fix my jeans. Here's my experience 1st visit- employee pinned my waist gap to my liking to fix my waist gap 2nd visit- jean were really tight on my hips and the waist gap was not fixed. They explained they sewed the hips based on the measurements on the waist gap. 3rd visit - waist gap was fixed but the butt lining was curved. 4th visit- butt is still not straight and my there's a bubble in the middle of my butt I'm not sure how to explain my waist is a lot smaller my hips. My only request was to fix the waist gap. Unfortunately the employee who's been helping me isn't the seamstress. I am beyond frustrated and they may have ruined my expensive jeans. read more

This place is horrible, the customer service the pricing and the work is just terrible. Make sure you check your stuff before paying and leaving. I took two items one jersey and one starter jacket, and all it had were dirty spot that needed to be cleaned. The items had no stains was just dirty with maybe two or three spots on the number 1 part of the jersey, keep in mind that I only wore it once for a football game. I returned with the items to show the owner or worker that they ruined my jersey and all he could tell me is that it's not his problem and to take them to court, and if he loses, then he will reimburse. He also was trying to blame the NFL shop, as you know these NFL jerseys aren't cheap, but he could care less. To top it off he hide it behind the starter jacket so that I don't see it and I didn't realize till I got home and looked at it. I am so disappointed & pissed off in how they were not gonna hold themselves accountable for their mistake. On top of that, he charged me an arm and a leg to get it done. I will never ever ever recommend this place to anybody and I advise everyone to check their stuff before paying these greedy people. I wish I could give them negative stars they are so awful! My mother and I just had the two owners scream at us after they completely ruined my moms dress. They cut & hemmed the dress crooked while having the lining stick out at some areas at about 2"! Not only does it obviously show on the hanger but the lady owner dismissed my mom's statement that it was cut wrong and yelled at her to try it on. To show her how bad it was my mom did go in to put it on only to plead her case further and as a result: it was visibly wrong. The lady owner first tried to blame my mother for hemming the dress wrong in the first place (fact: my mother bought this dress at JCpenny for $79 + tax, so no, that is wrong). While my mom was changing I laid out the cut pieces to show the lady owner her how uneven the cut was and she quickly snatched it up without even looking. She then began yelling at my mother,...that she cut it or "someone" cut it and it was not there problem but the original person who hemmed it. All the while, my mom is standing there with a hack job dress (lining sticking out, with the dress running at a rough 30 degree angle from the left leg toward the right leg... I mean it is bad!) and other customer's are there and noticing the hack job and shaking there heads at how bad of a job these people did... yes!! In front of customer's they are attacking my mom and I. I was trying to take the high road by asking them over and over, this job is obvious... what do they propose as a solution??? Although it was evident that literally as my mom is standing there the lining was like 2" longer underneath and the dress ran roughly at a 30 degree angle from her left leg to the right leg, I mentioned, 'ok so if you cut this (not sure if it was her or someone else) and say she hung it, wouldn't you say, "hmm... that doesn't look right" or "oops..." or "somethings not right here?", but instead basically they,1) said 'F*** it', 2)bag it up & 3) hoped that my mom wouldn't notice!? So after a brief discussion between the owners I guess it was the husband's turn to yell, so after my mom changed back into her original cloths, he snatched the garment out of my mother's hands and begin to play the blame game just like his wife. Look, we came here for a resolution, not a screaming match and let alone for us to be blamed for the dress, come on, MAKE IT RIGHT! Don't blame the customer or the garment for their own mistake! So here was FINALLY his resolution, 1)they cut it again... (um... nope! we have seen your work, let alone it would be way short and not modest for a women her age) and when we said no, you know what the guy told me and my mom? The same thing he told to others here on yelp I now see... he said for us to sue them!! For a measly $79!!! I mean, this company ruined her dress, so it wasn't just the $79 but also the $25 on top for this job and they couldn't and wouldn't make it right! In the end, my mom just decided that this wasn't worth it anymore and asked me to ask him for her $25 for the hack job so that we can finally leave. So moral of this story: 1) Horrible customer service 2) They are sneaky and oblivious to their mistakes 3) When they do mess up, they blame the customer 4)They will yell at you to sue them! Therefore, be warned by a couple of us on here and trust me, there are more places to get your items cleaned, pressed or altered, please avoid the drama and stress, use someone else. read more

Expensive. I had brought a canvas bag that I got for free online to have zipper sewn to it. The girl at the front desk couldn't give me an estimate as the seamstress wasn't there yet. So I was thinking $5- $7 max $10. Came back 2 days later to a bill of $15 and they used some cheap plastic zipper that you could buy for 99 cents. I should've purchased my own zipper at Michael's, gotten a really sturdy one and still have change left to buy needle and thread and sewn my own $#!+ by hand. It would've also taken me two days to finish but hey I would've saved on gas. I never tried their dry cleaning service so I wouldn't know about that, but if I am to judge them on the basis of the sub par materials they used on my bag and charged me $14 for labor, then I am definitely not coming back to this establishment. read more

So expensive and very bad customer service. I am new in town and have been doing dry cleaning for a couple months as it is on my way. Although I know they charge a little more than what I usually spend, I never bother to put up with them. Last time I got a loose button and broken loop. The button is about 1.5 cm in diameter and I brought button. The attachment of a button costs $2 and the loop for 1.5 cm button costs $4. When I asked why it costs $6 to attach a loosed button and a loop, I was told that the button is expensive. Then I replied that I supplied my own button. At that time they played dumb and pretended like they no longer speak English and only understand the numerical for the transition. This will be my last stop at that store. read more

This dry cleaners is pretty close to my house and super convenient. They have a pretty good turnaround time in getting your clothes cleaned as well! My slacks were ready less than 24 hours! One time one of my slacks got damaged here, and they also fixed it at no cost! The staff in this location are very helpful and friendly as well! Great customer service! read more

This place is a business ran by thieves, so take precaution. I brought two higher end garments to get cleaned on a Thursday. The owner checked in my items and said they would be ready for pick-up on Monday. The following week, I sent someone else to pick up my items and the staff could not find the two dresses that I had brought. Yes, the person that was picking up my clothes didn't take the receipt, but I assumed finding my information would be effortless since I've taken plenty of clothes to get cleaned before. The young lady claimed she couldn't find neither of my pieces. The owner could not find them either and claimed those items were never brought to their location in the first place. The records didn't reflect that I had brought two dresses. What a coincidence? Two expensive garments all of a sudden gone missing? Hmm. They spent a good fifteen minutes looking for the garments until they miraculously found them. The two garments were abandoned in the back; separated from the rest of the clothes. Tell me about horrible customer service. Trying to steal customers' clothes by pretending to lose them. Never taking my things here again. Or if you plan on dropping things off, make sure you take pictures and document everything. These owners are filthy liars and thieves. read more

Ridiculous prices! I took 4 summer dresses to cut 3' in, from the bottom ONLY (they were too long) so..she was charging me $15 dlls each $60 Total, for me it was extremely expensive. This is always my number 1 spot for dry cleaning. The people are friendly and the service is great. The prices are probably on the higher end but ive never had a problem with any of my dry cleaning. They have same day service if you bring in your clothes early enough. One good thing about this place is that they do everything in house. This place customer service sucks!!! I went in with my winter jacket to get dry clean 2 weeks before I left to New York. I went in to pick it up the day prior to leaving. The lady at the counter goes back and it takes her a good 5 minutes to find my jacket. Why you ask, well because they had not cleaned it, it was hanging right behind her! In the abandoned rack. She explained to me that they could not do it because they were concerned about the button. Are you freaking kidding me!!! You guys had it for 2 weeks to give you alot of time to clean it and you are telling me you could NOT clean it because you were concern of the buttons? Oh and then the clerk said they wanted my permission...Yeah have you ever heard of a freaking phone....yeah you can call someone and ask them right through that little device! first off....i've been coming here for about 5 years now. for drycleaning its great and in the begining the alterations were too. here we are 5 years later and the quality of their tailoring has gone down. few months back picked up my slacks the freaken left leg was shorter than the right. being that i really think this place is good for drycleaning not to mention its very close to home I decided that maybe this was a one time thing someone made a mistake. so i brought a few more pairs of slacks for hemming. and holy crap out of 4 slacks 3 of them the hem fell down after my first wear. I again gave them another chance and right now I am wearing a pair that I jsut picked up last week from getting them hemmed and the damn hem has come down. I took a leather jacket to get cleaned at this location. I was very upset when I saw that they ruined my jacket. My jacket looked like it had round circles burned into the leather. I asked to talk to the owner to find out what happened. The owner said that this kind of things happen. He tried to give me $10 to refund me for the cleaning. I've been going to this cleaners all my life. It's changed hands a couple of times, but it's still the best cleaners around. They've always been exceptionally friendly to me, and try very hard to be of service quickly and efficiently. Yes, they may be a little pricey - but they always do a perfect dry cleaning job and try extra hard to do a good job - so whatever the price, it's way worth it. Other dry cleaners charge almost just as much anyway, and they can't be trusted. I know. I've tried and they damaged my expensive stuff. I can't count how many times I've taken my clothing to McDaniels - 1,000 maybe? And never ever once did they mess my stuff up. Ever. If I took beaded stuff in, they always told me that maybe the beads would melt in the dry cleaning process, but they never did. And they'd tell me the lining of my coats would get bad if I dry cleaned them - and the lining did shread - after 10 years of having them cleaned! Everything always came out perfect. As long as I live in this area, I'll be going to McDaniels. read more
