I went back and blamed me saying that I didn't tell them and that they forgot to charge me in the first pair. They charged me $20 more dollars to fix. Honestly there was a line so I was like whatever....just fix pants please. First of all prices aren't cheap so for them to dryclean a coat, dress shirt and "fix" 2 pants was $80 then another $20 to fix pants. I will never go back to this place again.

They were able to give me a good deal since we had multiple pieces. My wedding gown turned out beautiful in the box! I also like that it has a window. The only downside is that it's a pretty large box to store but I'm also unsure if that's just because of the size of my dress. They did an amazing job and gave great customer service. For my second look outfit, I had gloves, a corset, scarf, and skirt. They were very dirty after the wedding. Full of my foundation and self tanner. I honestly did not think they would be able to get it all out but they did!!! I was in awe and very happy.
