At drop off she counted pieces that included a child's shirt with a clip on bow tie attached and she counted it as 1 piece. At pick up she counted it as 2 pieces and charged for a tiny baby's tie. If I had known I would have taken the Bow tie out but she initially counted the piece as one. She wouldn't honor the original receipt # of pieces. Will never come here again read more

I have been coming here for last 15 years and they are amazing. I have read some reviews about prices but the work that they do is top class and if you ask for prices prior to the service they always give the exact prices for everything . They clean practically everything from shoes to bags to comforters. Also the service is very personal for example I had washed my clothes at home and some oil stains did not come out so I pointed out to them they removed everything. I understand standing for your employees but you were not there so please don't make things up it's called a lie the two pieces were not two sizes to big I wear one size down from what I had. Number two it was altered yes I never said cleaned. $38 was still entirely to high for what was done and the top doesn't even seem it was adjusted which makes it even more of a rip off. All she did was adjust the bottoms which brought in the sides still not $38 worth of work. Because wit still wasn't done right. I took it to several other businesses and was quoted no more than $15 actually $18 was the highest so to get on here and say that is crazy. Again I asked before hand the price and was told one price and when I picked it up another price. The lady told me I could come back and speak with the lady who was there when I dropped it off she never said she was a manager and I told her I could not come back as I had work and it wouldn't of mattered because your website reviews confirmed how you guys actually do business and I was giving the benefit of the doubt by coming anyways just to get screwed over in the end. She was never going to give me my money back so there was no need to waste my time going back yall got yall lil $38 I hope you sleep well at night for your poor job on the outfit and outrageous prices I don't wish bad on anyone but with the way your carrying this business it won't last long. Amerige Cleaners is my favorite dry cleaning store. I've used this location for about 9 years and I am happy with their service and quality of their work. They go extra miles to remove permanent stains and staff are always very friendly. I dropped off my son's white tennis shoes and they cleaned it pure white! It was pretty impressive. Amerige Cleaners have Yelp discount, either $10 off of $30 or more, or 30% off of $50 or more items. They just don't dry clean the clothes, but also professionally clean shoes, blankets, purses, wedding dress and window curtains and draperies. This place is located inside Amerige Heights Town Center next to Albertsons and UPS. Cold Stone Ice Cream shop just opened right next to it. Service is great! BAIT and SWITCH warning. We needed some bulk blankets dry cleaned and called a few nearby places. This place was pricey but told us to use a yelp coupon. It made sense so we brought it here although we normally use another dry cleaners for our regular stuff. At pick up the coupon shows expired although on the purchase page there are no such restrictions. The counter person says "sorry must be a yelp problem" and blames them. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT! If you value your items, DO NOT bring them here. There are plenty of better options out there. I brought two brand new $200 dress shirts to be dry cleaned and pressed, and they almost ruined them. They pressed one of the collars incorrectly and left a permanent crease that they are not able to fix. They tried three times and it's still there. Their exact words are that the work is done by humans and mistakes like that happens and there is nothing they can do about it. Both shirts came with very obvious issues and neither the employees or the owner care about them. There isn't a hint of being apologetic. The owner thinks she's doing a great job because they've been in business for 20 years and many people bring expensive items to be dry cleaned. The only reason that they are in business is due to location and overpricing. Had I seen the terrible reviews, I would have never brought my items to gamble away. The owner still thinks there's nothing wrong with them. She said it's only a problem for picky people. They should be out of business and stop ruining other people's valuables!!! read more

Most brides spend a good amount of money on their wedding gown so of course it's a treasured keepsake. You don't want such an expensive and delicate item to lose it's beauty years later. Two weeks post wedding, I decided to have my dress dry cleaned and preserved. I should have done a little more research beforehand. I wasn't sure where to take my dress so I opted for Amerige Cleaners mainly due to convenience. They are located in the Amerige Heights Town Center on the west end near Albertsons and Super Cuts. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dress took a few days to be completed. After the cleaning process, your dress is packed in a cardboard box for safe keeping. The box is sealed and non-transparent. They take a photo as your dress is packed in the box to show you proof. I wished the box has a viewing slot so you can at least peek at your dress every now and then. Well, rest assured I know my dress has been through the preservation process. The pricing at this place is a bit higher than others. They won't give you the total for your items until the day of pick up. This is not a common practice that I'm used to when utilizing dry cleaning services. read more

One of them-my blouse still had a lot of spots and dirts and I asked to try to clean it again or refund for this blouse portion. And the lady told me she can't do anything. I clearly asked before that there is this spot and please pay attention to it. If they think that it's not going away. They should have told me earlier so that I don't have to spend $10 for this blouse? She doesn't even feel sorry but so confident about her way of treating customer but this is so wrong. I go to the ups store a lot so found this cleaner next door since it's convenient .. paid $18/shoe to dry clean shoes and they all look like I cleaned them at home. I will gladly pay for shoe cleaning if they are cleaned really well but they weren't and the dry cleaner lady was not helpful at all and said it's not her problem bc they send the shoes out. I dropped off about 10 pairs the first time and 2 the second so I gave it a fair shot. Also the owner told me that it was $1- 1.50 per square foot for a rug and when I came to pick up tried to charge me $1.70 a square foot than negotiated down to $1.60. Please don't upcharge me after I come to pickup. I gave this place a few tries before finally writing this review bc again, it's just a dry cleaner. Won't be coming back and will go out of my way to my regular cleaner who is amazing, helpful and HONEST. read more

Took a Burberry Trench Coat in that a huge white stain on it, was a little nervous that it was going to come off. When I picked it up, it look brand new! I dropped off three other items ( a jacket, and two shirts) the total was $55! Highly recommend plus the lady was so nice. read more

I try not to buy dry cleaning only items, but for the handful that I did, I absolutely wanted to find someone that could take care of my silks and wools properly. I messaged Candace for a quote and she immediately responded! I let her know about my dresses, as well as wools I accidentally washed to see if she could stretch them back into what they were before. After I dropped them off and before she proceeded, she let me know after examination that the wools would not be returned to exactly how they were, but that she could try to stretch them back as best as possible. So this place is in a super convenient location and I've been here a few times. I always kept telling myself that it's too expensive and to not come here but I'm lazy... Well this is definitely the last time I will come here. I just picked up my jacket and a short sleeve top. They charged me $17.33. Granted I forgot to ask them how much each item was going to be when I dropped it off, but I've had these items dry cleaned before at other places and I've never been charged that high of a price. The top was a little on the more expensive side at $5.25, but the jacket price was through the roof at $14. When I asked for the itemized receipt they charged me for a "heavy" jacket. Now I don't know what they mean by heavy because this jacket is like a hoodie and it hits at the hip. It's made out of rayon!!!! When I asked the clerk about it, she said that it might be that expensive cause of the material...huh...you mean rayon? BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. To be honest only been here once..but it was for a tire shine stain on some new khaki pants that nothing could get it out.. I thought I'd try and see if the cleaners could work some magic.. looked to yelp and found this spot strictly on location, close to work. Wow! I'm surprised by ratings! I've been here twice and I have always had 5 star service here! I try not to buy clothes that need dry cleaning but sometimes, when you have a stain that is hard to remove, dry cleaning is the way to go! Just came back from having some yummy crab legs in Vegas and realized that my favorite romper had a drawn butter stain from it that was (by this time) 3 days old!!! Ugh! Nooo!!! But fear not, I went to Amerige Cleaners! I knew it would probably be a bit pricier than other cleaners but I didn't care because all I wanted was to get the stain out! The gal that helped me was such a sweetheart! She told me, they'd try their best. About 4 days later I came back and voilà...my romper looked as good as new! I dropped off my clothes here the other day to get it cleaned bc of the promotion they had. Picked it up today and came back in immaculate condition! I've noticed a few complaints regarding their price, but maybe its because it's a "green" dry cleaners? They use different machines and non-chemical solutions to clean our clothes unlike traditional dry cleaners. I like to think of it as organic and fast food. At the end of the day, it's the same looking food, but quality of what goes into our body is extremely different. Will def. be returning to get other things cleaned! read more

I use to go to this cleaners because it is right by my house. However, the cost of dry cleaning has caused me to go elsewhere. I recently went there for shoe cleaning since it is nearby. I was told the person who cleans shoes picks up/drops off shoes every Tuesday only. So I was told I'd have to wait a week and a half. That isn't a problem. My ticket, however, said pick up available on a Monday oddly enough. I waited till Wednesday instead to pick it up. Shoes not in, told me to call tomorrow and they'll have it. What happened to pick ups and drop offs only done on Tuesday? Anyway, I went back to pick up on Thursday. Lady in the front was working on some shirt, saw me, but didn't help me. Not even a "give me a second." Took 5 minutes for her to help me, which normally, wouldn't be that bad. But in 93 degree weather and the dry cleaner refusing to use A/C. I was more than irritated... Several years ago we tried this cleaner and had a terrible experience. They lost my wife's favorite sweater and blamed her. We then stayed away until last week. Wanting to support small business, we decided to give them another try. Disaster! I left two pairs of pants and requested they sew a new button on the waist of one and clean the other. Not only did they fail to sew the button, but they lost the second pair and tried to blame me for losing it. Only after making several phone calls and speaking with the manager, were they able to locate the pants on the floor on the business. The old saying, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I will NEVER give them my business again. For those who are willing to try them, make sure you inspect each hanger for clothes every time you pick up your stuff. If I can give zero stars, I will. DO NOT go there. A few years ago, I dropped off my sweater along with other clothes. When I picked up my clothes, there was a hanger without any clothes in the mist of all the other clothes. Seeing that I had the same number of hangers as the number of articles dropped off, I just thought my sweater was among the clothes. Big mistake. When I returned and told the cleaners that my sweater was not there. They claimed ignorance and blamed me for losing the sweater. So, I stopped going there. Well, a couple of weeks ago, I decided to give this place another chance, another big mistake. This time, an empty hanger was in the middle of other clothes. I called the business and again, they blamed me. I insisted that they looked for my pants. After many requests, they finally did and located the pants on the floor a couple of days later. They actually had the audacity to ask if I want it back dirty or clean...yes, I had already paid for it to be cleaned. I would not have written this except, when I picked up my now finally cleaned and found pants, I also picked up my other pants that was dropped off previously. Those pants needed a button to be sewn on. However, it was not sewn when I first picked it up and paid for. So, this is the second time that I picking it up. I decided to check it before I left the store. What do you know, it was still not done... Long story short...although it is not possible with the place. DO NOT GO THERE. Horrible cleaners with absurd customer service. Terrible place. Not sure where some people are going but if you have expensive garments DO NOT go to this cleaner. We asked the owner (Korean woman) when we dropped off two garments if she would be able to get very light food stains from the front of shirts. After telling us it would cost $7.25 each she said most likely they will get them clean. When we went to pick up they looked exactly the same, no lighter in stain shade and she refused to try again. The owner did however charge us the full price for an incomplete and VERY POOR job. Whats the deal? Learn ethical business practices lady!! Terrible lack of ethics and nasty about it too. Had some shoes that I really need to get cleaned by a certain date. I clearly told the manager when I dropped off the shoes that I needed to have the shoes cleaned by a certain date I offered to pay extra to have them done within one week she said no. She said that the shoes would take a week no matter what. So I said OK let's get the shoes cleaned then a week later I stop by to pick up my shoes and my shoes are the same way I left them DIRTY. Tried this place for the first time and I loved it! I walked in there near closing time with pants I had to have dry cleaned by the next day and was told I could pick it up at 8 a.m. the next day. And the pants looked good! They were not over-starched like other places. They were the same size they were when I turned them in for dry-cleaning. And the price was comparable to other places. What I loved most- the lady at the front speaks English- which I meant that I could explain in detail just how I wanted the pants to be cleaned and she understood everything. Love it. read more
