They always do a great job. Best tailor I've ever been to. I've had so many dresses & jackets tailored here. Also lots of pants hemmed.

I don't trust just anyone to tailor my clothes--I'm very picky when it comes to alterations. But after discovering Zip Tailor and working with Rose, I've found my go-to tailor! I first brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed, and I was so impressed with the quality of her work. She did such an amazing job that I decided to bring in my Carhartt pants for alterations as well, and once again, she exceeded my expectations. Rose is truly talented at what she does. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a skilled and reliable tailor! read more

My dress was tailored perfectly, quickly and for a reasonable price. I absolutely recommend Zip.

I brought a double breasted suit in for a fitting and I've been happy with the work and result.

She seemed unhappy to help me from the start. Said "maybe you should get another style dress" after I explained the small changes I needed. All I needed was the neckline pleated so there wouldn't be so much fabric. She offered to take in each side and add pleats down the middle. I show up and I can see the zig zag horrible stitching AND it was now stained! She just kept saying that's how it should be and ignored my comment on the stain. Then rudely said she could just take it out. Forced me to pay before she took it out, only to find ANOTHER stain once she removed it! She told me I could take it to a cleaner!! I of course said NO, the event is tomorrow and it was not stained when I dropped it off. So she washed it with water and said it would go away in an hour. Brought it home and had to rewash it myself and can still see the stain! Wedding is tomorrow so not much I can do. I definitely will not be going back! Very unprofessional, rude and bad work. read more

I had three pairs of jeans that needed to be hemmed and was hesitant to try a new place. Decided to come here since it was on the way to my gym and was pleased with the service and results. Upon telling the owner what I was looking for (shorten length, keep original hem), she asked me to try on each pair of pants and suggested the best length for my height and the style. She is very flexible and collects payment after the job is done to ensure you are satisfied with the work. It's not the cheapest place I've been to, but you definitely get your moneys worth. Owner is so sweet and funny, will be coming back in the future for sure! read more

It's hard to find someone that can alter Jean and put the original stitch back on. I was afraid to take my jeans just anywhere to get altered. Thank good I took a chance on Zip Tailoring! They did a fantastic job shortening my jeans. Very clean work! My jeans are exactly the right length and the hems are perfect. I'll be bringing all my alterations here from now on! Thank you! read more

8/9/12 My bf and I simply love this place! I had a pair of shorts I planned to wear for my birthday lunch but I noticed the left side kept riding up on my leg only to see that the threading was undone...I brought them over and begged her to help me out and thankfully she re-hemmed my shorts in a matter of minutes...and such great prices too! I almost don't want to tell anyone so I can keep her all to myself! =) read more

Zip has been my go to tailor for yeeeeeears. Shes the best!

I was a faithful customer for a few years until one day my pants were altered way too short. I went in and let the owner know in hopes that there would be a way to fix them. When I told her the problem, she looked at the pants and said "No! You washed them! No! This is not my fault. You washed them." I was just like "Are you serious?" I had been coming to her for years and never had a problem. You would think that all my pants would have shrank when I went home and washed them. But they didn't and neither did these. She messed up and treated me terribly when I tried to bring it to her attention. I haven't been back since. read more

This place did an excellent job. I found this place on yelp hoping to get the pants shortened. The stitching he used matches the stitching already on the pants. You cant tell that it was shortened looks as if you just bought them at the store. They all fit perfectly in length now. I highly recommened this place. They are a bit hidden from the view on la palma but its where little ceasers is at. Thank you guys! read more

Wow! This place is horrible with customer service. I needed to get a shirt altered and it was like pulling teeth. She kept trying to simplify the process for herself that she kept going back and forth about what looked good on me. I know what fits and feels comfortable on my body shape. Well, she wasn't having it and completely dismissed me. Decided to go somewhere else after the rude service. Maybe they had a bad day but geez, wasn't because of me! I was trying to give you my money and business! Bye read more

Came in to get some suspender buttons sewn onto my new pants for a wedding this past weekend. Rose greeted me with a smile and assured me this task could be done. I went today to pickup my pair of pants that I had dropped off a few weeks ago for hem repair, and they lost my pants. I had the receipt but the lady at the counter kept insisting that I had picked it up earlier to cover up her incompentence. I guess she's not aware of it. I'll never go back again. read more
