However, she left two stains on my dress that I didn't notice when trying it on. Prior to bringing it in the shop, I kept it in the plastic shipping bag that it came with so this stain was NOT there before. She charged me $90 overall so I'm pretty upset that she was careless with my dress thats for such an important event. I was charged 40 dollars to get my bridesmaid dress hemmed. She ruined my beautiful dress and put a pant stitch in my formal dress! It was done quick Lu which I guess is the only positive thing I gave to say about the service, but after calling around for $40 dollars I could've got the job done correctly and had it dry cleaned for the same price and this was only for the alteration. Well first let me say it's in a residential neighborhood so there is 0 parking unless you want to hoof it in from parking around the corner which in 106° heat and needing a mask on I was not a fan of. But I needed a patch redone on a shirt for my husbands work that night ( thanks cheap security clothes) same day so I went. The sign in their window says same day. But they tried not to do a 15 min job same day while they sat there doing nothing but talking to each other when I walked in. Finally convinced them to do it same day and it took them 45 mins for it to be ready... not that impressed since they barely speak English. But at least I got it done.... read more

My new favorite spot for quick and affordable alterations. I randomly found this spot while driving in the area. What caught my attention is the 3.99 pant alteration sign. I decided to give it a try with a few of my jeans that needed simple alterations at the bottom. After picking them up - am I glad I stopped and gave this place a try because they did a good job on all my alterations. The bottom was neat and most importantly the stitching did not come apart after washing and dry cleaning them. The turnaround time depends on how many items you bring, I usually bring 2 - 3 items and they take a week or so to finish them. They do ask you when you need it by so maybe they can finish it sooner if it is an emergency. If it is a simple alteration it should be quick otherwise give them 2 weeks as there are not that many ladies working there. The ladies that work here are all so sweet and helpful. I explained to them what I needed and how I wanted them done and the seamstress was able to do them all. The inside is small and only one fitting room so you might need to wait if there are other people before you. They also have shoes to try on for pant alterations if you need help figuring it out how you want it hemmed. As for pricing, it also depends on the materials and if there are a lot of work to be done. The times I have been here they do not accept credit cards only cash so be prepared if they have not change their policy. They do not have a big sign you can see from the street. The sign is located above the entrance gate and a stand-up sign outside the door (you might have to drive a few times to spot it). The parking lot is small and you park wherever you see a spot as there are no parking lines painted on the ground to help you. read more

I wanted to get some pants altered and it was clear at drop off that there was a langauge barrier. I was extremely apologetic and appreciative of her kindness as I explained what I needed done and I could tell she was not happy we didnt speak the same language. When I picked them up I noticed a lady getting her size measured and i asked if she would be able to measure me too and she flat out said no. When I left I felt so bad. I remembered how when I called there was no english speaker who could confirm if the pants were ready. I feel very strongly that I was unable to get the same level of customer service as the customers who speak her language. Call first to confirm your needs will be met before you go....i left this tailer shop and drove to another one because she could/would not do my measurements.which made me cry.
