This place has done a good job on some of my pants that I measured there. I was disappointed recently because I trusted the tailor to could cut my pants based on pants previously tailored there. I left a sample and the pants I received are a lot shorter than the sample. I recommend showing the person helping you while wearing it there at the store so they can pin it in front of you. They do not know how to cut pants using a sample or other piece of close for the desired tailor. read more

Jenny is amazing and her shop is a hidden jewel. I have brought a variety of articles to her shop ranging from simple repairs, small hems & a full on jiu jitsu gi. More people need to give Jenny a yelp review so that you will know with confidence that you've chosen an awesome tailor. I purchased a dress for a family wedding. I don't usually pay a lot for clothes, so it's a big deal to me. I bought it at David's Bridal and it needed alterations. They wanted $40 and it was a rush job and an extra $25. So, I decided to look around the neighborhood to see what I could see. I got a quote at one tailor $75!!! I'm sure he's good but the price was unreasonable. I tried Jenny's and at first she quoted me $15. I pointed out some additional work and after giving it a study, Jenny quoted me $25. I was nervous because I've never had an expensive dress altered. I worried all week. My worries were in vain. Jenny agreed to have it a day early for me and when I tried it on - it was perfect. It fit like, well like it was made for me, because it was. Jenny completely remade the dress and it fit beautifully. Better than I could ever have hoped. I insisted she accept $40 for the work because I know she did more than we discussed. I will now have special clothes altered to fit me! Why not? I've found a professional and friendly tailor who does superb work. Please give Jenny a try for your alterations. My first visit to Jenny was for a rushed alteration to a bridesmaid dress I purchased online. The dress had a lot of layers and it swam on me. She did a great job of making the dress fit and also with rushing the turn around so fast. The price was about $30 which was $50 cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. My second alteration was for a romper short set and Jenny spent time really trying to get the fit right. The cost was about $20 which was too expensive considering how much I paid for the dress but I like her attention to detail so I'm okay with paying it. read more

I had a 'made to order' tee shirt that was to long. I took it to another tailor who attempted to shorten it, however, come to find that he did not have a hem-finishing machine to do it properly. So I was a bit hesitant on getting a $400 jacket hemmed but what I got back was perfect. She even reinforced the flimsy buttons for free. I also had a vest washed and her prices are great. Have been taking my items to Jenny for a couple of years and cannot say enough kind words about her. Her work is simply fantastic, reasonably priced, and she is always smiling and charming. Jenny has altered my suits, jackets, shirts, sweaters, and even arranged shoe repair services for one of my favorite pair of dress shoes. I needed a simple hem 2 inches for my bridesmaid dress, and the lady charged me $35 (for comparison, the other bridesmaids got their dresses hemmed for less than $25 in other locations in Orange County, including one bridesmaid who got her dress expedited). The hem was fine, but there appeared to be some light markings on the bottom. Wouldn't recommend for the price, especially since it was NOT an expedited request and was ready for pickup in a week. read more

I recently took in a dress I needed tailored for my pinning ceremony she did a good job but when I took my boyfriends work shirts in I was totally disappointed with her work. He picked up the shirts and one of them still had a stain on it plain as day. Not sure how it was ironed and not seen. (Can you say a half ass job) Not only that but she was also unable to remove a stain off one of his ties. She did offer to try again and after an additional 3 days she still didn't get it off. When you go inside to inquire the lady says that was a special and it's no longer available and jacks up the price to $7. If it's no longer available why have a 8 foot banner hanging on the outside advertising it? The description below is also inaccurate, there is no special discount.
