Needed a dry cleaning place for a suit jacket close-by and found this gem! It's in the same plaza as In-N-Out and Stater Bros. It's on the right side of Stater Bros. Just look for the crown, as I couldn't make out the store name from far away. They have a bell that rings right as you walk in to the counter and will ring for a while. Didn't get the gentleman's name, but he helped with getting my jacket prepared and was soon sending me on my way with my ticket for pick-up. Pick-up was easy and quick. After moving to Anaheim, I wasn't sure where I would get my dry cleaners done. However I found this place by chance shopping at the Stater bro's right next door. This place is so efficient! They really work with your schedule. My husband needed his clothes done next day, and they got it done. Slacks and button up were very clean and press. Their prices are very affordable! Better then most! I've been going for a few months, I have never had anything come back damage. My husband has left stuff in the pockets and they called me to tell me they had it and will hold it till I came to pick it up. Great family business! read more

My daughter had an extremely oversized detailed Halloween Costume (Scoops Ahoy Robin from Stranger Things) and with the Covid restrictions Party City does not allow any try ons, returns or exchanges. Crown Cleaners was an absolute life saver!!!! Their seamstress expertly took apart the entire costume, which was complex one piece romper style, cut off the excess material throughout the whole outfit and sewed it back together in 2 days! Not only did the costume fit perfectly you could not even notice where it was altered! We are so pleased with the entire experience and the charge was very reasonable. I have to write a review about this business after what i have been put through. I have been using this cleaner for all my cleaning and dry-cleaning service for over a year. Recently i brought an expensive shirt for cleaning that i just bought and wore only one time. The shirt has some decoration on front that requires special handling. However, they just wash it with others like regular shirt and it damaged the shirt. I understand mistake happened but what happened after is what brought me to write this review. When i brought to their attention and asked to talk to Sam about the issue, he said he will ask the owner to call me back. He never called even after multiple following with sam. The owner didn't even have a courtesy to reach out to me or call me back. I finally got a hold of the owner after 4 times coming to the store. Ketam didn't not even apology for the damage they did but refused to rectify the issue because it was "cosmetic" damage according to his words even they the one causing it They didn't read the instruction on how to care for the garment, damaged it, didn't even apology or have a decency to call client back. This is bad customer service and unprofessional behavior. read more

This is a great place to take your dry cleaning. They are very friendly and always willing to do same day if you need it. The clothes smell fresh. Not like chemicals and they will let you know if it should be dry cleaned or not. The ladies will let you know how to wash it or what you should do. My husband always wants to dry clean everything like his new hoodie he got from a brewery we went to. Lol.. He didn't want the lettering to come off. The lady said we are just going to launder it because the dry cleaning will just take it off. Anyway, I found this place and tried it mainly for my husbands uniforms. They do a great job and always get the stains out. Way closer to my house then the other place we use to go to. They never loose our stuff either. Excellent Anaheim neighborhood dry cleaners with reasonable prices, two day turn around and expert stain removal. Run by a nice, honest family who will tell you if something's not worth cleaning or if there's a better way. I took a huge bedspread in to be cleaned, and they told me it would be expensive (like around $25) and cheaper if I washed it myself in large capacity washer. I took it home, washed it, and it came out great! They've never lost or ruined anything in the decades our family has used them. read more
