I live around the area, so I thought it'd be convenient and I'd rather support a business near by. I usually don't calculate or question pricing, but this time around I came to do some alterations with the lady in the corner, she quoted me 35 for two pieces and kept persuading me not to do it a certain way but I wanted the dress more fitting. I picked up my items on Saturday and one of my dresses were still too big... I'm a size S and I just wanted it fitting. I came in Monday morning to tell her & right away she already had an attitude and said "I am going to have to charge you more" mind you I speak Vietnamese and the tone and the way she tugged on my dress to tell me she didn't think she should do this and that. I just left and will not be coming back. Altering your clothing should be up to the client and if you couldn't do that, say it from the get go. Not leave the item the same, she cut it down and was complaining about it. This is horrible service. read more

Did you know that you're not supposed to toss the metal hanger into the regular garbage? Why not? Metal hangers can't be recycled because they will jam the machines and get stuck when they seperaten the garbage. That's why they end up on the landfill. This place was more than happy to take and reuse those hangers that I donated. read more

I'm confused on their high score. I was absolutely RIPPED OFF!!!!! I know it's my fault for leaving my four items after finding out the price but 1- it was later on my day off and other places were closed and I don't have a day off in a while to try again and 2- I was embarrassed because the lady said it was cuz there was so much fabric to hem, implying you pay for being big (the window says $3.99 how am I paying $10?!? And not a fat penalty of like $6???) not to mention one shirt is JUST sewing a button on it! I took a sweater and a blouse here for cleaning just yesterday evening and they turned it around and it had them cleaned very promptly and nicely. Very small little mom and pop shop in a cramped strip mall. Total cost for the two items was $4.50. Didn't see a price list to take a picture of, but the price I got for the two items was extremely good, and the job they did was great. Establishment takes cash only. Looks like they get very busy due to their pricing. A gentleman came in right after me and came out with what looked to be like an entire load of laundry and he had to take 4 trips in and out of the shop. There was a sign on the window stating pants hemming was started at $3.99/ea, which I'll take advantage of next time to see how they turn out. I loved this place for years. Reasonable prices and dry cleaning done on time. Then I started to notice the same small cuts on the elbows of my shirts. One happened a year ago and they repaired it with very little questioning, then I had 3 other shirts including one of my favorite shirts with cuts over the 2 times I went. I work with a white coat over my shirts and they told me it was from my elbow bending on the desk and refused to repair it. Well if I had a sharp elbow that could cut the exact same spot with a straight line each time I could see where they were coming from, but I don't. They are great people who are very friendly, but I can't let anymore of my shirts get damaged. read more

There are times when they've left small marks on my clothes but I never say anything out of embarrassment but I brought in my trench coat that I had purchased recently and when I got it back I had a button missing from the front. So I went back thinking they would help me but the lady just said sorry I can't find it, "we don't guarantee buttons" What does that mean? That you don't guarantee your work? Holy guacamole! I got a suit and blouse dry cleaned here for $7.50! This place ROCKS. This even beats my favorite place in Rosemead, and definitely beats the place I usually go to in Cleveland, OH. I was almost hesitant to leave it with them since I have never seen it so cheap for the items I needed dry cleaned and I thought it was some joke or bait & switch. I've been to many different cleaners but this place tops them all. Professional AND inexpensive. I usually dry clean twice a month and I bring in about 12 pieces of clothing each time. It costs me $24 to dry clean 12 pcs in which cost me $65 else where. I also brought in shirt that needed a patch sewn on to the sleeve & the owner went above and beyond and secured all the other patches I had ironed on the shirt previously. I should've written a review two months ago but all in all, I am thrilled to find a dry cleaning service that's inexpensive, professional, and close to work. On a side note: I went in today to pick up my cleaners and the owner gave me a bottle of wine and a 2015 calendar to wish me a Merry Christmas! How sweet. read more

Despite the curb appeal, this cleaner does a great job. My clothes were nicely pressed with a clean fresh steamed scent. Prices are reasonable. Nice and sweet staff but when I discovered burn marks on my clothes, I asked if they could fix it and they said no.

We have a lot of rugs in the house and tried to use the laundromat nearby and the owner told us we cannot washed carpets on his machines. Bummer so we took it to this place. The min I walked in there were literally lines up to their front door. I'm like is this a burger joint or a dry cleaners place ? Anyhow they were gladly took all of our carpets rugs and other clothes. I have like 6 full thrash bags full of dirty clothes rugs and carpets that smells like rotten eggs and they say come back Monday and it will be done. That was Fri. Monday I came and picked them all up cleaned folded and were in boxes. Price is more than I expected but since it was almost 100 pounds worth of clothes and rugs and carpets which we can't take to laundromat so I thought it was a good deal. Now we have a place to bring the same stuff to the same place. Well maybe not as much like before tho. Bottom line this place gets the job done with no excuses or nothing.
