I had two clothes for dry cleaning and a jacket for alteration. I dropped them off on Thursday. My pick up date was Monday but when I was there on Monday to pick up my clothes she said she forgot to do the alteration. I had to came back another day to pick them up. I asked her for a discount. This dry cleaners has been open FOREVER, it's in the same plaza as Hannam Chain Supermarket. The greatest part is that you can pull up and park right infront of it so it's great for when I'm in a hurry. The owner is a nice Korean lady who tells you honestly what alterations you do or don't need. Their prices are average compared to some super cheap places, but the quality is excellent. My clothes are always super fresh and I noticed that the owner always checks to make sure the stains came out before she gives them to me. One time I went into alter an old jacket that was wayyy too big for me, and she honestly told me that I should just use the money that I would use on the alterations to buy myself a new cute jacket that fit! She's obviously into helping people look good instead of just making money, and if you look at her wall she puts up pictures and cards from her customers. Dry Cleaning - Its typical quality, you want your stuff dry cleaned?, Well this place will do it with pretty good turn around. I've been coming here for years and would say Im pretty satisfied. A few hickups here and there but no one is perfect. 5STARS Price - Fair....She use to give you %15off if you paid up front but not anymore. Not sure why. 4STARS Alteration - Unless you speak Korean and can explain in detail what exactly you want... I dont recommend this place. My Korean is a bit sketchy, and her spanish isnt too great! lol....I've brought in a few items over the years to alter, or patches for some uniforms and even though I place the items exactly where they go she still seems to get them wrong. I dont believe it has anything to do with whether she knows what shes doing or not, I just think Its a language barrier between us. I am not very pleased with them. As much as I would have wanted to be. The lady who managed this place, was very nice, she really was. She even gave me a $5 discount however, right in front of me, I saw her stuff the coats i brought in a hamper. She just stuffed it in! It was the end of the day, I was really tired so i just let it slide. When i came back to pick up my stuff, she told me there were no damages, none of the coats needed fixing or anything like that. When I got home, one of my coats had a tear in the sleeve. Well, so no, definitely, I would not, I would strongly not recommend this place. read more

I used to go to another tailor in Garden Grove but they no longer do tailoring just dry cleaning. I've been to this place twice and so far they've done a good job on tailoring my suit pants. This is by far the best tailoring place in Orange County. In November 2011, my wife and I were referred to this place my parents and family members. I purchased a brand new Armani suit for the wedding and my wife bought a wedding dress, and they needed to be tailored & adjusted. A week later after we picked up the suit & the dress, the tailoring was flawless and the price was very reasonable. The lady has 26 years of experience & it showed. It was way cheaper than at department stores that charge outrageous fees. I purchased two new Boss suits for a business trip & left them at this shop for tailoring, since I know she will do a really good job. Just thinking about this place gets me mad! I've been here twice and I won't be making another visit again. The first time the lady gave me my clothes back with something missing, and my second visit was what just drew the final line. I stopped by (only because i was too lazy to find another dry cleaners close by) to get my skirt/pants altered and ... Yeah. I described to her how i wanted it to fit and she seemed like she knew what I was saying but obviously she didn't. None of my clothes looked like it was fixed and it was returned with string sticking out from where she used the sewing machine. To make it worse, I found a hole on the crotch area. I don't know how that happened but it was NOT there when i dropped it off. And to think she charged me $56 for one skirt and one pants is absurd. I'm actually restraining myself from driving over there and asking what kind of business she's running but I remember her telling me that she was the "best in garden grove" ...
