She is a very kind and generous business owner who genuinely cares about her customers and community. Today we went in to get alterations on three of my dresses and she was so happy to see us. Honestly, I haven't had a need to get any dry cleaning done since the pandemic began, but it turns out I had forgotten a dress and she remembered! She brought it out upon seeing me. She didn't have my phone number so she was never able to contact me. I made sure she has my number now. I felt terrible about imposing an item for such a long time. I had planned to pay her anything beyond the cost of the cleaning but she said no and that it was a gift. She was just so happy to see me and know me and my family were all ok.

Will continue to come to A&B for cleaning and hemming services. Thanks George! -------------- I've been using this cleaner for hems and dry cleaning for years with no issue. I recently dropped off 5 pairs of pants for hemming on Saturday with a Tuesday pick up. I stopped by on Wednesday and they weren't ready. I came back this morning (Thursday) and they are missing 1 pair and asked me to come back later. Luckily I'm not on a time crunch for these pants but I'm annoyed that I've returned TWICE and they still aren't ready. I couldn't even call the number to ask beforehand because their voicemail is full and no one picked up. Extremely disappointed considering they still charged me full price ($15 per hem) and offered no discount for my inconvenience.
