Very very rude customer service here. The guy who answered the phone was horrible! I just simply asked how much and when would be the earlier to have my suit pressed and ready for pick up. He chuckled VERY rudely and said "you want to do it today ? HAHAHA" "all my steamers aren't here haha" what's so funny?? I straight up hung up. He tried calling me back, what a jerk. I visited this location to drop off my coat and inform them that one of my pockets needed to be repaired. The lady responded positively and said she will clean and sew my pocket and it would be ready by Tuesday morning. Upon returning to collect my coat, the lady spent a few minutes looking for my coat and after I saw her at the corner sewing my coat (even after having it for 6 days). Upon receiving it, I examined my pocket and found that the repair was poor. Despite my explanation that this was not professional and that if they did not provide this service, I could have taken my business elsewhere, the lady still charged me the full price. read more

I dropped off 3 Calvin Klein dress shirts. I went back the following week and they couldn't find my shirts. They told me to come back the following day, I did. Now they tell me that I picked them up already and refused to reimburse me for the lost shirts! BEWARE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR ITEMS MISPLACED, LOST, OR MISSING DONT COME HERE. One time, I gave them two custom-made dress shirts with thicker buttons, which other cleaners had not dared to take, and the shirts came back 100% fine with no replacement buttons. Fantastic. Simply fantastic. Had a rush project, 33 5'x8' tablecloths, needed them cleaned ASAP, like YESTERDAY. Ah, trade shows & theatre: so much hurry up and wait. To make matters worse, some of the table cloths had this awful carpet tape on it, and a bunch of velcro buttons. For the folks at Action Cleaners (action, action, ACTION! It's like a 70's pulp exploitation film - all they're missing is a swarthy fellow with an open shirt - "ACTION gets you CLEAN!") this wasn't a problem; they noted it and let me know what the issue could be. Come to pick up and they are ready on time, as they promised (practically the next day) AND they did a fantastic job on removing all the velcro and even made sure that the nasty carpet tape didn't ruin more of the fabric. As I said, FANTASTIC. I'll always use them for any project we have - wish I lived closer to them so I could bring my dry cleaning to them! Thanks again! read more

I took my husband's suit on a Monday, a little after 5:00 p.m. to Action Cleaners. The worker that took the clothes said I could pick up the suit on Tuesday, after 4:00 p.m. I went after work on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. to pick up my husbands suit. The lights were off and the doors were locked. It appeared that they closed early despite the fact that their business hours listed being open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. I stood outside for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to open the door. I also tried calling. My husband had an interview the next day so I had to wake up early and wait for Action Cleaners to open. According to their posted hours, they open at 7, but they didn't open till 7:10. I spoke with the worker and voiced my concern, he nodded and said "okay, sorry I just work in the backroom". I asked him to give my phone number to the owner or manager and have him call me. No one ever called me, so I took it upon myself to call. I asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman that answered said he's not in. I asked him when will he be back and he said I don't know. Then I asked what's his name and he hung up on me. I called back and I said I was not done speaking, what is your managers name? The man said I don't know and hung up on me again. My husband later called me and told me that they ruined his suit. The button hole appeared yanked and there was a visible rip. I am very upset with the way I was treated and I hope no one else has to go through the same thing. read more

Went here to have some wash and fold done. The service was good, clothes were washed fine, but expect to pay through the nose if you're a tourist. Other reviews say this place is cheap, but I'm distinctly a foreigner, and got stung almost $3 per pound. Taxi was about $20 return from Sheraton. Unfortunately Another cleaner I wanted to use was closed. If you like clean clothes, go here. If you like it cheap, look elsewhere. read more

They picked up over 40 costumes and accessories daily and delivered them the next day in great condition. They are very thorough, have great prices, and are very easy to work with.
