I had my clothes back, beautifully folded and neatly placed in plastic bags that were contained in my laundry bag the next day. This laundromat is not only the cleanest, but the most communicative. The signs are posted everywhere around the laundromat stating that there is an authorization charge when using cards to pay for your loads. I am a seasoned laundromat veteran and has been on a hunt for the best laundromat in the area and this is THE ONE!! Pros: --Great clean and powerful Continental machines. They might look small. However, the $5.75 ones was able to accommodate six loads including sheets, towels, and clothes. Yet, there was enough room for the water to tumble around and clean the clothes efficiently. --Customizable settings. They have super wash settings and you can personalized your cycle by choosing an extra rinse, spin, or wash cycle! --Dryers are excellent too! They have the best rates in this area when it comes to the dryer. Definitely a must because a lot of laundromats scam you when it comes to that. --Cleanliness This place is SUPER CLEAN! I am so impressed that they take the time to deep clean their machines. They have to maintain their equipment well because they run a laundry service I love this place. It is going to be my go-to laundry place from now on. I have my own setup at home, but doing massive loads at once helps me save more time! You have to be weary of your surroundings. When you're inside, it is super safe and efficient!

The lady attendant is always there so if you need help just ask. I found it on yelp since I need a place that takes debit card since I berely use cash. Most washers have the card option and dryers do as well. Parking lot is well taken care of . Note that they do have a full laundry service if you need that. Prices start at 3.75 for the smallest washer and go up based on size. Will definitely return.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

Upon returning to collect my coat, the lady spent a few minutes looking for my coat and after I saw her at the corner sewing my coat (even after having it for 6 days). Upon receiving it, I examined my pocket and found that the repair was poor. Despite my explanation that this was not professional and that if they did not provide this service, I could have taken my business elsewhere, the lady still charged me the full price.

Very clean laundromat…read more Washers work great but not so much the dryers. I don't know how much I spent total to get my clothes to fully dry. They do not have too much of a folding area, very limited. Again, it is kept clean. Also, I did see they can wash and fold for a price. I do want to update my review in regards the dryers... I don't like shoving a big load on a small dryers because I know for a fact it won't dry. But it is annoying when you put a small load and they still won't dry. So maybe look into fixing dryers or getting new ones.

Went for the first time today and am so glad I decided to try this laundromat. It was a bit of a…read moredrive for me, but I was on the hunt for a laundromat that didn't have that pet smell in any of their machines. Enter the oxidized water used at Superior Laundry. TLDR its water that sanitizes your clothes and the machines ensuring that the machine is odor free from the person before and the dryers are odor free since all items coming out of the machines are odor free thanks to the water they use. A few of the dryers were out of order, I wish both of their super large dryers were in operation, but one was out of order. I used the big one to help speed dry my heavy bath towels. I saw the laundromat was featured on YouTube and had to try their biggest machine, the 9 loader. It comes with detergent and fabric softener included on the price. I think it just dispenses automatically when the machine is running? Again, it was my first time there so I was monitoring my machines as I was washing and drying and the towels that came out of the 9 loader were nice and clean along with my clothes out of the 5 loader. I was in and out in 2 hours, went during the day, didn't have to fight for any machines and was quick to load and unload my laundry. 5 stars, I'm so glad this gem exists and I hope out other laundromats in the area follow their example and spruce up their laundromats.

Me: The same stains are there and there are more little dots. Superior: Oh, yeah no, we don't clean that. Me: *confused, disappointed, shocked* Moral Of The Story: If you want your clothes to be babysat for over two weeks, bring it here. If you want your clothes clean, go to a business that cleans. When the owner responds to this post, remember that you told the manager, over the phone, to tell me that it had stains and "you can't expect it to come back all nice." LOL, Yes, that's what I expect from a laundry business, LOL! The dress came back in worse shape, possibly from them attempting to clean it with something.
