Let me update my review after the owner's response. Crazy they still think they're in the right. And my fault for giving them a chance because they walked in with their whole family despite my boss saying she'd just continue to take them home and wash them herself. They tried to claim they had to scrub them, meanwhile regular detergent never made our towels ORANGE. The old man who dropped the towels off was extremely rude and English was not his first language, on top of that he had no customer service whatsoever. None of the cleaners we previously worked with returned our towels ORANGE. It still had stains but never did we have our towels returned WORSE. So if you want my honest review, I'd say you're a terrible business and should really change your profession. read more

I would have given 5 stars before the last 2 months but we had them clean a comforter and duvet cover for our summer blanket and we're gonna use a different comforter for winter. I was given a duvet and comforter back in August but didn't open it until January and realized they had given us the wrong duvet cover. The cover itself was close to $400 and fairly new. They are refusing to acknowledge they lost it and are not even agreeing to reimburse us. I have even given back the crappy old cover that is someone else's back and offered me that cover back. The owners have been absolutely rude in this process despite the amount of business we have given them. I will never use them again and will work with others to ensure they don't get our business. read more

I just moved to Anaheim and started a job where I need to dress professionally. I don't feel comfortable washing my work clothes so I needed to find a dry cleaner that wouldn't break the bank. After searching, I decided to go with Vista Cleaners based on the Yelp rating and nothing less than a 5-star review from every reviewer. I'm so glad I did!! I came in with my clothes and there were 2 gentlemen and a woman behind the counter. They asked how I heard about them and told them Yelp. The younger gentleman was nice enough to give me 20% off as a first time customer. I told them I needed them the next day to wear to work the day after. It seemed like that wasn't the normal turnover time but the older gentleman assured me that I could stop by anytime after 2 to pick up my clothes. I arrived the next day around 4:30 and they were ready to go! 4 pairs of slacks and a blazer only $25! This seems to be higher than other cleaners, but it's worth it. I brought in my sleeping bag which had a large motor oil spill on it. They said it would be ready in 5 days, it might need to air out for a day after (since sleeping bags are so thick) and that it might leave a little stain since it was oil. Well 5 days later my sleeping bag is clean and there is no stain! They did a great job and totally worth the money! I'm airing it out but it doesn't even smell! Great job! read more

I called to ask how much it would cost to hem a pair of pants. I was told $6. I drove all the way over after work and when I got there the same guy who told me $6 said that he thought I was talking about cleaning and that hemming was $12. I asked him if we could split the difference and do it for $9. He said no. I said goodbye. I can't patronize a place that engages in bait and switch. read more

July 2015 update: Ownership of the store changed about a year ago now, but the service has remained excellent ... maybe better. They now offer delivery and pick-up, and the new management also recognizes me and quickly finds my clothes. I've had a delicate lace dress cleaned perfectly, as well as the daily business wear. They're open until 6:30pm in the evenings during the week. It's easy to park in front of the store, and I'm usually in and out in minutes. read more

This is probably the worst dry cleaners I've ever been to. First of all, this place like cigarette smoke because the owner smokes inside and also reeks of smoke. My clothes come out smelling like smoke, and I tolerate it because of the convenience. My $200 dress is completely ruined and I will not be able to wear it again. Extremely poor customer service, the owner who reeks of smoke laughed at me when I asked if I could get my $12 back since he ruined my dress. read more

Owners are always friendly and have good knowledge about what's best for your clothing. My clothes never smell like chemicals unlike some of the places I've been to. They also do tailoring. Our family has dropped off an assortment of suits (men & women's), silk blouses/dresses, slacks, designer jeans, men's shirts for laundry EVERY WEEK for the past year. The cleaning of the clothes is superb - all items are actually clean (even oil spots on silk items - darn salad dressing!) smell incredibly fresh and perfectly pressed and hung. Not sure how they do it, but there are no "broken buttons" on the men's shirt (this was a problem with another dry cleaner we used previously). All work has been completed on time and our occasional request of "i need an item sooner" have been met with pleasant smiles and assurance. The owners are conscientious and personable. read more
