I probably spent less than 5 minutes total on both of my visits and got exactly what I was asking for. It was as simple as walking up, tell them what you want, they'll ask for a specified date when you want the request completed, and then you just come back. I spoke to Mike initially about getting the patch removed and he was honest about it potentially leaving a mark where the patch was initially sewn on, which I didn't mind. The turnaround rate for the services was approximately 5 days, though I did say it was a no rush service. Not sure if it would have been more expensive had I not said that. Either way, satisfied with how both requests turned out. It was around $12 for removal and $14 for sewing on.

I understood his observation: I originally bought the jacket used from an app. He suggested not tailoring or repairing it at all because opening up the jacket would be a big risk. However, Mike said I could bring the jacket in any time for a FREE PRESSING/IRONING if I lucked out & the jacket did end up getting repaired without coming undone etc. I made a mental note of Mike's generous promise/offer. Weeks passed before I got around to getting the jacket tailored & fixed. The jacket did withstand tailoring, so I decided to take Greenway up on the free pressing--assuming anyone there remembered I had been there or what Mike had said. I brought the jacket in; Mike happened to be at the front desk. He seemed to recollect the free pressing offer, & he handed it over to other Greenway staff. They carefully pressed & packaged my jacket while I waited. A pleasant 10-15 min. wait. When the staff completed the pressing of the jacket, the jacket looked good as new. Impressive customer service is the hallmark of Greenway Cleaners. 5 stars for unrivaled professionalism, tact, & dignified treatment of customers.

Very clean laundromat…read more Washers work great but not so much the dryers. I don't know how much I spent total to get my clothes to fully dry. They do not have too much of a folding area, very limited. Again, it is kept clean. Also, I did see they can wash and fold for a price. I do want to update my review in regards the dryers... I don't like shoving a big load on a small dryers because I know for a fact it won't dry. But it is annoying when you put a small load and they still won't dry. So maybe look into fixing dryers or getting new ones.

The one thing i am most not satisfied in this place is its coin changer machine because it does not GIVE you the right change all the time. Like today i put in two, $10 bill and i got ONLY $9.75 each. I am not sure if they calibrate their machine to ensure customer like us get the right change. I dont want to believe that they are aware of this short change or probably it is a hidden processing fee for using the coin changer. All the customers do not count their coins. I had 24hrs before the ceremony and stopped by here after a quick google search. They don't typically do super rush jobs but told them my situation and they took care of me. My 2 piece suit and shirt were dry cleaned and pressed next day , I was able to pick it up in the afternoon and made it to the ceremony in time. Total life savers. The staff here were amazingly friendly and understanding. They even took my number to call me when it was ready for pick up and that extra step of awesome customer service really shows why local businesses are better than the big chains. They charged me their normal rate which I super appreciate and made sure to leave a tip for their kindness. Always love supporting local businesses, and if I lived in the area this would be my go to spot for dry cleaning. As far as I could tell area was save and easy to park and cash only.
