I probably spent less than 5 minutes total on both of my visits and got exactly what I was asking for. It was as simple as walking up, tell them what you want, they'll ask for a specified date when you want the request completed, and then you just come back. I spoke to Mike initially about getting the patch removed and he was honest about it potentially leaving a mark where the patch was initially sewn on, which I didn't mind. The turnaround rate for the services was approximately 5 days, though I did say it was a no rush service. Not sure if it would have been more expensive had I not said that. Either way, satisfied with how both requests turned out. It was around $12 for removal and $14 for sewing on.

Dennis and Jennifer have breathed some fresh life and perspective in this place. I used to take my close to Dennis's parents shop just down the street by Wise Guys and Wagon Train Feed & Pet. Dennis and his family were my go-to solution for all things dry cleaning! They are the classic story of overcoming difficult odds. They were immigrants who came here for a better opportunity--just like my grandparents who came from the Philippines! They started their dry cleaning business and never looked back. Their son, Dennis, grew up watching what true love and care should go into dry cleaning. Now he's applying all that generation wisdom into his own place at Santiago Hills Cleaners!

I recently had four sheer curtain panels shortened at Pink Panther Cleaners establishment. While I…read moream pleased with the quality of the alterations and the final length, I was disappointed to find that the weighted beads were not included in the new bottom hems. Weighted beads inserted into the bottom hem are essential for sheer fabrics to ensure they hang and drape properly, prevent flaring, and improve drapery, particularly for light fabrics and sheers. Given the $100 total cost for the service, I expected this standard detail to be included. I did not notice this until I returned home to hang the curtains. While the alterations workmanship is good, the panels feel incomplete without these weights.

This review is more for the tailor/seamstress and less for the shop…read more I brought in a dress that needed to have the zipper replaced. I was promised a Friday pickup. Which was perfect since I was wearing the dress for an event on Sunday. I came into the shop on Friday and picked up my dry cleaning and was told the dress wasn't ready, and to come back the next day. Which to be frank was annoying. I drove out from Dana Point to Santa Ana since I had read amazing reviews. Later I got a call from the shop that the tailor had to order more zippers and the dress wouldn't be ready till sometime next week. Which sucked, since I had to scramble at the last minute to find a new outfit. While I appreciated the heads up from the store, they need a better prepared tailor. I sadly will not be returning again.
