It was as simple as walking up, tell them what you want, they'll ask for a specified date when you want the request completed, and then you just come back. I spoke to Mike initially about getting the patch removed and he was honest about it potentially leaving a mark where the patch was initially sewn on, which I didn't mind. The turnaround rate for the services was approximately 5 days, though I did say it was a no rush service. Not sure if it would have been more expensive had I not said that. Either way, satisfied with how both requests turned out. It was around $12 for removal and $14 for sewing on.

I had 24hrs before the ceremony and stopped by here after a quick google search. They don't typically do super rush jobs but told them my situation and they took care of me. My 2 piece suit and shirt were dry cleaned and pressed next day , I was able to pick it up in the afternoon and made it to the ceremony in time. Total life savers. The staff here were amazingly friendly and understanding. They even took my number to call me when it was ready for pick up and that extra step of awesome customer service really shows why local businesses are better than the big chains. They charged me their normal rate which I super appreciate and made sure to leave a tip for their kindness. Always love supporting local businesses, and if I lived in the area this would be my go to spot for dry cleaning. As far as I could tell area was save and easy to park and cash only. Been coming here for years for the free dry. But it now seems like whoever owns this laundromat…read morepretty much has given up on it. 90% of the washing and drying machines have been out of service for years and to make it worse the coin machines are usually empty. Place is pretty run down. The restroom is also out of service. The laundromat is usually clean of trash in the am, but by around noon, the trashcans are overflowing and there is food and dryer sheets all over the folding tables and floor.

I don't typically come to a coin laundry, I just went in to wash a rug. I also don't typically leave reviews, but management needs to clean this place up. People that rely on a laundromat for their regular washing deserve better.
