The best laundromat I've ever been to! Everything is extremely clean, organized, and well sanitized. The customer service is excellent! Thomas took great care of me -- he was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. You can really see how much they care about their customers and keeping the place spotless. 100% recommended! I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Went in to wash my bedsheets. It's been overdue... but my personal hygiene aside... I like this place because they have machines that fit everything, the app is cool because it tells you how much time is left, anddddd everything always comes out super clean. The guy there was super friendly and informative. 11/10! read more

No longer THE best. Not sure what happened but it is Soooo disappointing. I originally came here because they HAD (operative word HAD) air conditioning. All the machines were operable. It was almost spotlessly clean and in great shape. On the rare occasion I had to charge my phone, I could. Well this is no longer true. Not sure if it's to deter the homeless (they really began hanging out here because it was so great), make everyone want to leave ASAP or saving as much money as possible, but they haven't had AC this year while the place is slowly declining- and they are still the most expensive place around. What is also noticeable is how dirty it has become. Used to be super clean now it looks run down. The staff is nice, but nice does not make up for what has changed in the past year. Multiple machines non-op or designated for staff only. Fans that do very little to help with the constant heat. Price increases. Just to name a few. If I'm going to be hot, sweaty and miserable I can go elsewhere and save money in an environment more pleasant. read more

WaveMax Laundry - Clean, efficient, and fast machines - Laundromat Near Me - Tustin, California

My first time using a public laundromat. Easy to use and clean facility. The person in charge was also very helpful getting me setup and providing quarters. Seems like they have an app too if you want to avoid cash or quarters. Wash was pretty quick for the medium size at 17 minutes. $4.5 for the hot option. There were premium washes to choose from also. Perfect for washing sneakers if you don't want to do it using your home washing machine. Will be coming back. read more

Once again, I found pet hair all over the door. As I mentioned in my previous review, I strongly recommend that management either designate specific washers for pet items or completely prohibit washing pet-related items at this business. It's very disappointing to see this place go from being extremely clean to noticeably dirty. Every time I come here to wash bedding and clothes, I encounter the same issue with pet hair. This ongoing problem really affects the overall experience. read more

I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred this morning at your laundromat. I have been a regular customer for some time, typically visiting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. I was recently discharged from the hospital and am still recovering. When I arrived today, I was met with a hostile look from one of your employees. As I was placing my 20lb detergent bottle on top of a machine, it briefly slipped from my hand and made contact with the unit. Your employee immediately approached me and accused me of kicking the doors and being violent with the equipment. Despite my explanation that I am physically weak and that the bottle simply slipped, she continued to accuse me of lying and stated she would be checking the camera footage. I found her accusations to be unfounded and unprofessional, especially given that there were witnesses present who saw I was not being destructive. I simply wanted to wash my clothes and return home to continue my recovery. I did not expect to be profiled or harassed during my visit. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure other customers are treated with more respect and empathy in the future. read more

Clean, bright, well-maintained, and with on-site staff. I was there on a Monday at lunchtime and the place was "hopping." All of the machines were working, as was the TV. I drove about 5 miles to get here -- I will be coming back. read more

Our washing machine broke so we had to find a laundry mat. We did 4 large loads of laundry in an hour. The wash cycles are under 20 minutes. The place is clean and the machines are in good working order. They had an employee Thomas who was constantly wiping down the machines and tidying up the place. He was super friendly and accommodating. We were very impressed with this business read more

I came here recently to do laundry and I was pleasantly surprised. Who knew laundrymats didn't have to be sketchy, smelly or super expensive! This place was not crowded, very clean, and not too badly priced. Our laundry took less time than at other places, it was clean, and we had no issues with the machines. Almost didn't want to review it to keep it under wraps but it's too good to not share. They offer drop off services as well. The attendant there on Saturday was professional and kept cleaning several times while we were there. The place is small but everyone there was courteous to each and mindful of the space they were using. Overall a good experience, would definitely come back! read more

WaveMax Laundry - The washing machines and dryers. It's a long corridor with machines on both sides and an assistant's booth in the back left hand side. - Laundromat Near Me - Tustin, California

I've been coming to WaveMAX Laundry on 1st Street in Tustin for a while now and have always had good experiences. However, today I had a very disappointing interaction with an employee (Jessica). I arrived at 6:35 PM to pick up my clothes that I dropped off yesterday. As soon as I walked up, she locked the door and went out to her car. I approached her and let her know I was here to pick up my clothes. She told me, "I can't talk with you right now," and said she would be back at 7:07 PM. I politely asked if she could hand me my clothes before leaving, but she repeated that she couldn't talk to me and rolled up her window. I completely understand and respect that employees need their breaks, but the way she spoke to me was unnecessarily rude. This kind of behavior is disappointing and not what I expect from a business I've been loyal to. read more

WaveMax Laundry - Laundromat Near Me - Tustin, California

This was my first time at this laundromat. I was looking for a location near me that had large washing machines to wash two large floor rugs. From the pictures, I could see that they had the right machines. When I arrived, it was a little crowded, but very efficient. There were only two of the largest washing machines that I thought would be appropriate for my rugs. They have QR codes and an app that you can use to pay, which was convenient because I did not have any quarters or cash. The machines were awesome, easy to use, and did an amazing job at cleaning my two carpets, one of which was an outdoor carpet that was extremely soiled. I use normal liquid detergent and softener, and these machines cleaned the rugs better than anything I've ever seen. On another note, there seem to be only one employee working, which I didn't even notice at first because he was dressed as any other patron. Once I got settled in, and as there isn't much to do while you're waiting for your laundry, I noticed that this gentleman was not only working there, but he was running the place and keeping it looking meticulous he was going around nonstop cleaning the top of the machines the outside of the machines the inside of the machines lint traps, the floors, everything! Not only that, but this gentleman was also helping out anyone looking lost, do the drop off laundry, and tending to drop off customers and customers picking up. I hope that he is the owner of the successful business, or at least being compensated handsomely because its worth ethic was unmatched. I know it's just laundry, but I have been to many laundromats and this is the cleanest and most well run location I've ever been to. I will definitely be back even if it cost 10+ dollars to wash a couple carpets. read more

I discovered this laundromat and absolutely love this place. I prefer to come here if I have to do laundry. The place is very clean and typically empty. The price for washes are affordable, there's no cash involved you just download the app they have. They have a point system for you to accrue points and use them towards your dryer time ! Theres been time where I have dried my loads for free. The time it takes each load to wash is less than 30 minutes. It takes me about an hour to wash, dry and fold my loads. The parking lot is quite small so be mindful going during prime hours read more

JESSICA!!! That's all y'all need to know. She made my life so much easier by completely walking me through the process as a first timer to this location, and helped me find the perfect settings and wash time to protect my duvet and mattress pad. It's nice to see someone who cares about what they do enough to help you find the perfect fit for what you need, in order to care for nice things! I had no idea that a standard wash could potentially harm my duvet. She'll walk you through everything without making you feel clueless (Elder Millennial me thought she'd be able to figure things out, but over my head it all went!), help you transition your items from washer to dryer, and make sure you're fully satisfied before leaving. Thank you, Girl! I won't procrastinate this for as long, now that I know I'm in good hands! read more

Cleaning place, great machines for large loads and comforters and rugs. Parking is a challenge in front check in the back of building.

The employees here are absolutely are friendly and extremely helpful! The facilities are very clean.

I'm not sure why anyone in the area would consider going anywhere else. This place is well-maintained...in fact spotless...the machines are in top working order and the facility manager, Alejandra, was absolutely wonderful. She made sure I stayed on the right track and got things done correctly. Great experience. Thank you, Alejandra! read more

WaveMax Laundry - My two HUGE blankets I washed and dried. They're perfect! - Laundromat Near Me - Tustin, California

I had a great experience. I last came here a year ago to get the rugs washed. I came back to do the same and had forgotten how to use their machines. The attendant, Jeremiah, helped me by thoroughly explaining their system showing me the tricks to get more for my money despite the fact that the place on Sunday afternoon was packed and many people had questions/requests/demands for him. He was patient and pleasant with everyone. The wash was efficient. The rugs are clean. The machine was just as good as last time. Cost: very economical. I had hoped to spend the rest of my Laundry Wallet ($7) but Jeremiah would let me. Instead, I only spent $4.50 (including an upgrade). I guess I will have to come back to use the rest of my wallet. I highly recommend this business. read more

I needed to find a place near where I was located and found this place on Yelp. It had great reviews but I was skeptical after reading people say that they have never had their laundry come out feeling as clean as it did after going to this laundry mat. I didn't think washing machines could make that much of a difference but boy was I wrong. You truly will feel the difference in your clothes. It is unbelievable how these machines work. Hands down the best Laundry spot in OC. I would also like to point out how helpful Jim and Jeremiah were for me on Sunday. They literally went out of the way to make sure I had everything I needed and answered a few questions about laundry I never knew about. Do you know how many times I have had issues and never even heard back from places. Here you nave one of the owners there helping you. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed. The only thing I worry about is that it maybe busy at certain times, but what do you expect when a place is that much better than the competition. Thank you both for all the help the other night. I just wanted to acknowledge you both for going above and beyond what I ever expected and make everyone aware of now much more advanced your equipment is than anywhere else I have seen. The place is very well taken care of also which important. I will be a repeat customer that's for sure. read more

We drove all the way from South Orange County because a friend recommended this place when our kitchen and laundry room flooded! Great place to do laundry, plenty of machines and clean, too. The only gripe would be parking, but that is not the laundromat's fault. We came on a Sunday late morning once and it was packed, there was no parking so we actually had to leave. But otherwise, great laundromat, will continue going for our bulky washes! read more

He was very friendly. And also a very convenient location for me. I will be definitely back when I'm back in town again. Thank you.

The machines are new and the cycle washes fast while being efficient leaving the clothes smelling and looking clean after every wash.

Awesome customer service and reasonable prices!! They were able to get 10lbs washed and folded and back to me over night!!

This is probably the best laundromat in the OC. I started coming here when my laundry machines in my apartment were broken. I moved out of Tustin to Anaheim and I still make my way over here to do my laundry. The app is so convenient and I never worry about needing cash for quarters. The app also has a point system so I often dry for free. If not, drying costs less than a dollar! There are limited machines in the building though, 16 washers in different sizes and 16 dryers. I haven't had a problem finding a machine but I usually only have 1-2 loads. The parking is also limited because they share parking with other establishments. There is usually parking on the street. Everyone working here is always so nice and helpful. It's always clean and quick, laundry only takes about 1 hr to wash, dry, and fold for me. There is plenty of seating to wait and three folding areas. read more

Wow! was I pleasantly surprised when I entered the WaveMax laundry on 1st Street in Tustin. I stopped in to check it out. I had an unusually large canvas tarp. Wow, what a pleasant surprise to see a very clean and efficient laundromat. $2.50-5 per load depending on size. Dryer is $0.50 cents per 14 min. Best thing is, you can download the app, BUT they also provide a coin machine in the back which was great, as I only had a Ruggable to wash. The machines are also high powered and faster than some other places and I believe they even have a water softener system. Rug came out like new! read more

Lots of washing machine capacity options and big dryers. I went there to wash a king size bed comforter and it came out very clean!

Very friendly. I go every 2 weeks. Would recommend to anyone, especially the wash and fold. The fold and can hang clothes too.

All workers are kind and helpful, and the place is the best for cleaning. So this place is clean and nice.
