I would be cautious of giving this business your credit card info. They charged me 3 times a few months after me canceling their services. Claiming it was from laundry they did for me back in September with no proof. No resolution even after contacting owner. Grateful my credit card company stepped in to help. I also canceled their services because they kept overcharging me on 2-3 occasions. They would also often mess up my laundry and give me other peoples laundry. There are so many options out there I would recommend using someone else. Some other great services I have used are Bubbles laundry and LaundryUp. Both of these companies do a great job. read more

I used to be a twice a week user and I am now moving into the once a week category. Their prices are very reasonable and I love getting my bag back with all my clean clothes... TO THE RESCUE!!! My wife and I just installed flooring and didn't have access to the laundry machine for a week. When it came time to reinstall the washing machine and catch-up on our 4-kid household. The washing machine wouldn't go. Imagine 1 week worth of kids clothes piled up! I found them on Yelp and explained my situation. They immediately said no problem and we were even going to head toward their address and drop off the clothes. It's taken me sometime to write this review, I am still so upset but thought if I waited I'd be less angry... so I got an offer from Groupon because my coworker recommended it. I only had 1 load of laundry what I really needed was dry cleaning. I have a beautiful Austin Horn Collection comforter that needed some loving. I opted for the 48hour dry clean.... I dealt with a Chris Hill. 1st problem was a call from him letting me know there had been an issue with my comforter and it would take a bit longer to get to me. He let it slip they had "laundered it" a DRY CLEAN ONLY 400$ comforter. 2nd he said if I had a receipt Incase the damage to the comforter could not be salvaged ( the whole comforter has a tassel fridge all around ) and I said no I don't I purchased over a year ago but you are welcome to google the price - I bought it as a set and it was over 1k 3rd he then called and let me know they had gotten a seamstress to fix but he still wasn't aware of a timeline I'd be getting my comforter back (we are talking day 4 now ) 4th I called the number he had been calling me from to inquire more on when and wtf was happening WELL SOME LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE I asked if I could speak to Chris hill and she responds " what do you want with Chris ?" No joke, she said that verbatim At this point this company screwed me because if this comforter is ruined my whole bedding is ruined. I have the set! I'm talking all pillows, sheets, matching this I was kind of taken back by her question so I said, I need to talk to him about my comforter? Well this woman simply says "I'll call you back" and HANGS UP ON ME. No "what's your name? Or he will call you back " nothing. Just the worst customer service ever!!! A week later I get my comforter- the thing looks so cheaply done. They should have never washed it. I chose dry clean on the website, they should have been apologetic but they didn't care. Well now it's time for everyone to see how this company works. The customer isn't important to them. Gets our clothes clean and tidy, easy to sign up. Nothing lost like a previous service we used. As long as this service gets our clothes cleaner than what we do and back in 3 days, it's good for my family . Used them 8x. Recently had my dry cleaning taken care of by Laundrylicious as well as some regular laundry with pressing. Came back perfect. Loved the ease of pickup and delivery. The reality is actually getting to the dry cleaners is my biggest obstacle. And this made it simple. They came to me. I booked the pick up online. Which works very well for me as I prefer to do things online without having to actually call people. They gave me a window of time for pickup and they came well within the window. Delivery of my clean clothes came promptly and also with great communication from the driver via text message. I did wonder if this was a something I should have tipped for. Update: Owner has been harrasing me with calls and emails non-stop. She has sent me essays about her personal life and struggles. She is extremely unprofessional and delusional if she thinks I will allow her to touch my laundry again. Please leave me alone and refund me to the original price that I was told I would be charged. This place is a total scam. I reached out to them when my laundry machine broke to wash 3 loads of laundry, which was really more like 2 loads. I asked for the 24 hour service and nonscented detergent. My clothing arrived late, way past the 24 hour mark. All of my clothing smelled like cheap scented detergent!! One of my shirts was destroyed (gave it to them blue, returned bleached!!), And the rest we're shrunk! It was folded horribly leaving creases everywhere. They also decided it was a good idea to wash my hamper!! They destroyed it completely and it is now unusable and I had to buy a new one. I was quoted for around $70 for the service but a few days later they charged my card for $150 and told me they did 6 loads!! Why didn't they contact me before to let me know it would be double?? This place is a horrible scam meant to take advantage of people who book online. Save your money and frustration and find another service. I have been so incredibly busy with work that my laundry has just been piling up. I booked a pick up not really sure what to expect, given I haven't used any kind of service like this before. I just put my laundry out on my doorstep when I left in the morning, they picked it up and got it back to me within 48 hours in a nice, big laundry bag that I can reuse with all my clothes separated neatly. It was actually a little bit cheaper than I had estimated with the amount of laundry I had too, which was nice. I would have typically expected it be reversed, so I was pleasantly surprised. Overall I was very happy with my experience, not missing any clothes, no new stains or anything of that nature. They actually pointed out a couple stains I already had on a couple shirts with a little tag saying something along the lines of they will need special cleaning if I choose.
