I had 24hrs before the ceremony and stopped by here after a quick google search. They don't typically do super rush jobs but told them my situation and they took care of me. My 2 piece suit and shirt were dry cleaned and pressed next day , I was able to pick it up in the afternoon and made it to the ceremony in time. Total life savers. The staff here were amazingly friendly and understanding. They even took my number to call me when it was ready for pick up and that extra step of awesome customer service really shows why local businesses are better than the big chains. They charged me their normal rate which I super appreciate and made sure to leave a tip for their kindness. Always love supporting local businesses, and if I lived in the area this would be my go to spot for dry cleaning. As far as I could tell area was save and easy to park and cash only. I totally recommend this place, they are fantastic!

They have regular side loading machines and top loaders. Lots of dryers that don't get very warm even on the highest setting. You will feed the dryer quarters for a while. The washer did fine. I had a machine that stopped accepting my quarters when I was half way through feeding the required amount to start a load. I had about $1.50 to go and it was jammed. I saw the sign stating the money would be refunded if there was a problem so I moved to a machine to get started. Moved all my clothes out, started a wash on a working machine and went to the service door to fill out a refund form. Just then a lady folding clothes said what's the problem. I said the machine wasn't accepting more money to start the wash, so I need a refund for the money I inserted. She rolled her eyes and asked which machine. I walked her over and she began banging on the machine, tired to put quarters in herself. It didn't work for her either. The she pulls out something like a nail file out of her pocket and begins to insert it in and out of the coin slot. After a while it took the quarter. She looks at me and say see it's not broken. I said yeah well I don't have your little file tool and you saw it did not accept your quarters either until you wiggled your file in there. I didn't want to break your machine. Customers are only supposed to insert coins not bang and jam objects in the slot to get it to work. She continues to walk away saying it's not broken. Well I told her I have no more washing to do so I need the money back since it wasn't working properly. She refused. I pointed at HER SIGN and she said it's not broken and to find a customer who needs a wash and have THE OTHER CUSTOMER GIVE ME THE REFUND DIFFERENCE. Like what the actual heck. Terrible service. Unprofessional and did not honor her own policy. Then asks me to negotiate a refund with another customer. Wow. Stay away. Plenty of other places to do business with.

Claiming it was from laundry they did for me back in September with no proof. No resolution even after contacting owner. Grateful my credit card company stepped in to help. I also canceled their services because they kept overcharging me on 2-3 occasions. They would also often mess up my laundry and give me other peoples laundry. There are so many options out there I would recommend using someone else. Some other great services I have used are Bubbles laundry and LaundryUp. Both of these companies do a great job.

I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred this morning at your laundromat…read more I have been a regular customer for some time, typically visiting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. I was recently discharged from the hospital and am still recovering. When I arrived today, I was met with a hostile look from one of your employees. As I was placing my 20lb detergent bottle on top of a machine, it briefly slipped from my hand and made contact with the unit. Your employee immediately approached me and accused me of kicking the doors and being violent with the equipment. Despite my explanation that I am physically weak and that the bottle simply slipped, she continued to accuse me of lying and stated she would be checking the camera footage. I found her accusations to be unfounded and unprofessional, especially given that there were witnesses present who saw I was not being destructive. I simply wanted to wash my clothes and return home to continue my recovery. I did not expect to be profiled or harassed during my visit. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure other customers are treated with more respect and empathy in the future.

I asked what their eta is and til now (Mon 3 pm), still havent heard from her. Please communicate with customers if there are any changes of plans or if you cannot make it. I thought she might have missed or something else happened and therefore, I called her again and texted her on October 11th'25 and sent a text at 12:25 pm. Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

When I picked up my dress, it legit looked like I JUST bought it. I also had some loose threading that pulled from my previous event, I didn't even mention that but somehow they fixed a lot of it!!! I won't lie, i was really nervous about the dry cleaners because my last place I went to last minute did a terrible job.. they did things that weren't asked of and didn't really clean the clothing at all..... But Frank and his team really out did themselves. Thank you guys SO much for fixing my dress, I got many compliments and how great my dress looked that night :-). The customer service here is so exceptional too. Frank remembers you and you can tell this guy pours his heart into his business.
