The staff here were amazingly friendly and understanding. They even took my number to call me when it was ready for pick up and that extra step of awesome customer service really shows why local businesses are better than the big chains. They charged me their normal rate which I super appreciate and made sure to leave a tip for their kindness. This little love story started when I left home on Jan 5th flew to CT for three days, then to CA for fourteen nights, leaving California to fly direct to Atlanta for another ten days with a suitcase full of clean clothes and having met one of the nicest people I have ever done business with. I would highly recommend this business to anyone staying in the Anaheim area. I had been working 12-14hr days since I left Vegas, and was staying in a "group rate" hotel for the NAMM Show (Anaheim Marriott) that didn't have a do it yourself laundry. Given the amount of hours I was working each day it was hard to find a place to have laundry done or even have it ready for pick up and trust that I wouldn't be disappointed. I read more reviews and searched longer than it actually took for me to get the laundry back because a lot of the reviews I saw were either old (+6mos) or not very reassuring. I had between 20-30 minuets a day before I had to try and get to sleep so I could start it all over the next day. So those of you who have never traveled for work regularly be warned, its not as fun as you think. I have been a road warrior for over 20yrs and have gotten used to it, but I hadn't been in Anaheim since 2001 or so and the work I do requires me to have at least two sets of clothes for every day I am traveling. But here's the thing, hotel laundry prices are more expensive than if I had just worn each outfit once and thrown it away and had Amazon deliver new ones at the end of the week. We're talking $6.00 for each pair of socks, $7.00 for underwear and up from there. For the same amount of laundry through the hotel I would have paid around $650.00 just to have someone throw the laundry bags in a hamper so that a local dry cleaner could pick them up and bring them back the next day. Not the same day, the next day. Her prices were so cheap that I told her she could nearly double them when picking up from this particular hotel and still have more business than she could stand. I hope it helps and I hope she will be ready for me when I show up again in Jan '21!

I contacted the owner on Sat to schedule a pick up for 9-10 am on Sun. Had to text to see when she was coming when it was close to 10 am on Sun and got a reply she will be coming after 2 pm. 2:42 pm comes and still no one or any texts. I asked what their eta is and til now (Mon 3 pm), still havent heard from her. Please communicate with customers if there are any changes of plans or if you cannot make it. Couldn't go anywhere after 2 pm because I didn't want to miss the pick up. Horrible service.
