I don't want to leave a bad review because they are a small business owner but I am so mad right now. This was my first time here and I should have read the reviews before coming here. I have 4 colors of the same jacket and I brought two in, material is wool and cashmere, they shrunk my jacket and the materials is no longer soft, the armpit is tight and they shrunk the length by 4 inches. I feel something was off when I picked it up and confirmed my suspicions when I brought it home. For reference the light pink/beige is the one i brought in and the Carmel is the same jacket and look at the pics to see the difference. It's my favorite jacket too!!! read more

Finding a good dry cleaner with a fair price is something we all have a hard time to do, but if even the price is not fair you expect at least some minimal amount of respect from the owners. I am their neighbor and used to take my cloths to their store since it was very convenient for me and never questioned their pricing . Today when i took my cloth over there I explained to the young gentleman working over there which seems to be either the owner or related to the owner that he is charging me a lot for my jacket and polo and i am hoping he give me some discount in return of being a loyal customer, and his response was if you dont want us take ur cloths to an other dry cleaners... wow such an amazing customer service i am really hopping your business will continue doing great with this customer service since you just lost a loyal customer. Unacceptable! I was staying at the Doubletree nearby. This is, unfortunately, the laundry service the hotel has chosen to do business with. Hopefully that will change. I sent in a couple of jeans, long sleeved T-shirt, and base layer leggings, and a cotton long sleeve. Nothing fancy AT ALL! I sent them in my own reusable bag. As instructed by the hotel Guest Services, I wrote specifics on the invoice - no fragrance or perfume, no hangers - JUST FOLD. NEED BAG BACK. Being environmentally conscious, I wanted to avoid use of plastics and paper. Plus, the fragrance from laundry detergents give me a headache immediately. What did I get back? Each item was individually wrapped in plastic and on a hanger, AND, they reeked of chemicals. The hotel Guest Services had been primed to apologize - they said the cleaner didn't want the items to get wrinkled. WTF! I INSTRUCTED THEM TO BE FOLDED FOR A REASON! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I want to share my experience at this dry cleaning business. Originally my husband recommended them. I took my jumpsuit/dress and my husband 2 dress jackets to get cleaned. The price on my jumpsuit was $32.00 and my husbands jackets were $23.00. I found price for my jumpsuit was grossly over priced. I called other dry cleaners in my area to get a price. The highest pricey I got was $14.50. When I asked Orange cleanings why was the price so high. I received these answers. STAY AWAY I'm sorry to say this place looks like a great place to support a mom and pop place but they will ruin your clothes. I didn't bother to go back to avoid getting upset before my Thanksgiving trip, it's not worth the $4.75 per shirt they would probably offer me. Grrrrrr!!! There are two yellow stains the appeared on my shirt, looks like yellow pee!! I was told because they are short sleeves it was hand press.. It looks like they might have used too much heat that through out the shirt there are many wrinkles like when u leave something in the dryer way too long and the material shrinks into a crunch. It's a very amateur job.. There was still wrinkles on the back of the shirt where one sits. Your better off throwing it in the laundry and barely ironing it your self. I'm so upset! Yes, every time I go here, God loves me. Wait a minute ... They print that on every receipt! I've been going to this place for four years. They've clean my suits, my shoes, and they've even done some of my alterations! I haven't had a problem yet. In fact, one time, I brought in a suit that had an already existing button missing. After they cleaned my blazer, they noticed the missing button. They fixed it (for free) and told me about it afterward. I also like that they use clips to hang the skirts to the hangers. No poking holes into clothing with safety pins! Customer service is pretty good. Always nice and friendly. The place does get pretty warm, but they have cute pictures of dogs behind the counter! They also have some religious sentences here and there (exhibit A: the receipt). Plus, they're in a Ralphs parking lot, so you can grocery shop before you pick up your suits. Price is reasonable. I've never been shocked by their prices. I just dropped off a skirt to be cleaned, and the bill was about $3. Yes, there is a $15 minimum for credit card use (which is annoying), but that's the only bad thing about this place. Overall, this place is a winner! read more

I am sure there are more corporate ran places you can take your clothes to and the price will reflect it. Make sure to tag what you would like done to is as this will help with the results. I transferred my business from Crystal Clear Cleaners to Orange Cleaners next to Ralph's because Crystal Clear shut down due to plumbing issues. Anyways I took my shirts in to be pressed and I got it all back the same day. Not sure if I got there the right time, but I did get the best service from this location. I have started working at the office recently and they are suggesting me to wear a suit two-three times a day, depending on the week. I have crossed by orange cleaners on Chapman at the Ralph's parking lot and I wanted to see if I can get my shirts clean and pressed. Little did I know, the staff told me they can get it done later today. So I came after work the same day and I got back a well done fresh clean white shirt so I can go in for work. Dry cleaners are not the first business you think to review so no surprise you find some negatives out there, but these guys have been my go to spot for the last few years, so I thought I'd share some support... Pros: - Easy to park with a large lot right there - Pretty reasonable hours except for late evenings - Computerized system, phone based so no tickets to worry about - Lots of "on site" work so they can speak to the process & special requests - Super friendly staff that really want to deliver Cons: - Prices are on the high side for the area but very average for Orange County and more importantly, they get it done right. $3.75 for a pair of pants and $3.85 for a silk blouse. I thought that was reasonable. Picked them up and they both had a funky smell to them..... almost like pee. The pants still had the existing crease lines in them which really makes me wonder if they truly cleaned them. Plus, I think they shrunk them a bit too... DON'T GO HERE! read more

We dropped off some shirts and dresses and were overcharged as jackets. The owner refused to correct the problem. Orange Cleaners was a lifesaver! I wore this skirt to work one day, only my 7th day on the job, and randomly, about two inches long of the stitching on the left side of my skirt that runs up along the side of my thigh completely ripped open! So like two inches of my upper thigh was showing; it was so awkward because I had to hold the stitching close to be decent at work. At lunch I rushed around trying to find a tailor because I only had an hour break, but I could not get a hold of one for the life of me. I visited one cleaner and they said they didn't stitch. Miraculously I came upon Orange Cleaners and Jenny took my skirt and stitched it right up in like a matter of 5 minutes. I really love Orange Cleaners for all of my dry cleaning and sewing needs. First, it is in a convenient location, right next to Ralphs and also UPS. Second, they have sometimes just done something really quickly for me, like a button, right there on the spot. I also really like that they print out this yellow receipt with your number on it, and if you just bring that right back they can find your stuff really easily. I have had dresses and pants hemmed, new zippers replaced, and stains removed. They have always done a really great job! Finally, I would also like to note that the owners are just a family of good people. They even helped me out in a pinch one time when I needed to borrow a phone and let me use their personal cell phone. read more

I'll try to keep this review as professional as possible, despite how heated I am.... Been going to this place for two years now, haven't had a single complaint. Ya, might be a little pricey. But hey, you get what you pay for. Last week I took a bunch of clothes in, but decided this time around I needed to clean my Ducks jersey (had been way too many games since its last cleaning). Anyways, when I took it in, I specifically told them to be careful. The back of the jersey had been signed on the number. All I wanted them to clean was the neck of the jersey and the sleeves, as those parts of the jersey get dirtiest the quickest. We were totally on the same page - he even put pieces of tape on the areas that I wanted cleaned. Came in today to pick everything up, and something was out of the ordinary. EVERY time I go in, I hand them my ticket, they pull my clothes off the belt, hang them there in front of me, and then tell me my total so I can pay. This time however, something was out of the ordinary. They ask for me to pay first. I didn't think anything of it at the time. I pay, then she pulls my clothes off the belt and then proceeds to yell back to have someone come talk to me. He pulls the jersey out and points to the number and says "Sorry, we tried to be careful but the ink smeared". How the hell does that even happen? I specifically said to NOT clean that area. Look, I'll shoulder some of the blame because I took it to an ordinary dry cleaner and not some jersey cleaning professional or whatever. But all I wanted was the sleeves and neck cleaned. Now, had they have said, "Sorry, we screwed up. But here, we'll comp your dry cleaning this time around or next time get half off your next order..", then I would understand. We're human we mess up all the time. But to just say sorry and that's it... that really blows. I'm glad your dry cleaning tickets say "Jesus loves you", and you're super smiley and nice to me when I come and give you my money, but terrible customer service. Had you comped my measly dry cleaning bill of $40 to at least try to demonstrate that you actually felt bad, you probably would have kept my business. I've been a loyal customer here for over 3 years; since my then-Assistant turned me on to the great service and the great people. I've been bringing my clothes here for alterations and dry cleaning for two years. They always do a great job. The woman who is always working there is very sweet and customer service oriented. I have noticed the last couple of times my clothes have been dry cleaned, they have smelled very strongly of chemicals afterwards. They said it has something to do with their eco friendly system.
