After our go to dry cleaners closed due to Covid, we decided to start coming here. In the short time that we started using this dry cleaners, the prices kept going up. In big decals on the storefront, "2.25 per shirt". This is not true. Don't get sucked in. Shirts are anywhere between $5-$7, dresses, coats, suits are $10-15. Depends who is working I guess. There are no prices listed anywhere in the store. If you are police, fire, etc.... DO NOT take your uniforms here. My wife took my uniforms for me one day, and I didn't have the receipt when I picked them up. I was told "next time, no receipt then maybe you will not have uniforms for work". Funny, when I pick up our regular clothes, no receipt needed. They also charge anywhere from .50 to $1 for debit/credit. It's just not reasonable for us to pay $100 a week for dry cleaning anymore. If you're willing to pay this much- go to Kona cleaners. At least they deliver. read more

Brought in a new 1958 wool overcoat that wasn't really doing too great after taking it to two other dry cleaners who turned me away. After dropping it off a lady called me and told me it was water damaged but they'll do their best to get it back into shape. Upon picking it up I could never have told that it was water damaged. Non-toxic and organic is important to me, so I decided to give this place a shot. Their website (not social media or an old ad somewhere, their current up and running website, which the manager even gave me the URL for) states that for washing and fluffing comforters, prices start at $15.99 and dry cleaning for $30 and up. I have always washed it at home so know it doesn't need dry cleaning. When I got there, the gal rang me up for $50. Confused, I explained again I did NOT need dry cleaning, just laundered and fluffed to get the dust off before storing for the summer. The manager insisted that is the current price, and the $15.99 price is from 8-9 years ago, and I must be looking at an old ad. I asked for her current website, which I pulled up, and lo and behold right there it said $15.99. Then she said I had a bunch of stains and they'll have to treat it several times yet can't guarantee stains to come out. it was white with some dust and no stains when I brought it to them, so that's quite concerning. I told her I will pick it up without service and suggested updating their website if that price is from 8-9 years ago, to which she yelled that she has the website in front of her and will show me when i come in, and hung up on me. At this point I don't even want them to honor the price which they are advertising on their CURRENT website, they do not deserve my business. Dry cleaners in general (in my experience) always try to "up-sell" us on dry cleaning ($2.75/shirt) versus laundering ($1.50/shirt with Valpak coupon). And that's why exactly what happened here to me. 10 shirts would then cost $15.00. But when the lady behind the counter began arguing with me, to avoid conflict I gave in, and I should not have. I should've taken my shirts and left because instead of $15, ten shirts x $2.75 = $27.50. I'm done using ANY dry cleaners that won't provide me the service for which I'm there. read more

Sheared in half all 4 buttons from the cuffs of my shirt and insisted on sticking to their policy of not responsible for damaged buttons resulting in $2 (insignificant) charge. The staff is friendly and the owner means well. The price can't be beat. They charge $2.25 an item for dry cleaning and if you go online and use the valuepak coupons it's $1.75 an item dry cleaning with a minimum of ten items. I wouldn't take my clothes any where else. My sister lives in corona Del Mar and she comes to this location as she passes it to visit my parents. Why pay 4 to 6 bucks an item to dry clean. Dry cleaning is dry cleaning. Easy on the Starch Since moving to Orange back in 2005 I was on the search for the best priced dry cleaner... this is probably my fault. The price is right, you can take advantage of their $.99 a shirt pricing, they offer starch levels, and service lead time is around 30 hours from time of drop off. I believe that they do a large amount of the dry cleaning off of their premises which would make sense for some of the quality issues and breakdown of communication. I have lost numerous buttons of not so cheap shirts, as well to pick up shirts to find when I come home that they were unable to remove a stain. The above description is my basis for the rating, I would like to add that this will continue to be my place of dry cleaning until I can find another affordable cleaner. They never lost any of my stuff (well if they did I didn't notice). I mostly use them for dress pants and they're charging $4.75 early in 2023, which is a dollar more than they used to I think from 2021 but even at $4.75 that's a pretty good deal I think. People there are always friendly. It takes them (depending on how busy they are 2-4 days to get your cleaning done longer if they have to repair). If you need your stuff back quickly, I'm not sure how other cleaners are but they're always plenty fast for me. I also live around the corner. If ur not doing dress pants or if you have to repair items, your bill can be more expensive. I'm unsure how it stacks up to other cleaners but this one has the most reviews, so they can't be too expensive otherwise people would go somewhere else. Don't use your credit card it's kinda a rip off if you do. Sometimes I don't bring enough cash and am forced to use a credit card which they charge me a dollar service charge regardless of the amount. In summary, if I thought I could get the same quality of service, and for cheaper, and in a more convenient location, I wouldn't use this dry cleaners but for my purposes they do a fine job and give me top notch service. Aside for using cash and maybe some pricier repairs to items / some items other than pants that I've dry cleaned, I think their pricing is good. I'm also trying to go to the cleaners less to save money. I love this place. Moved to the area in April 2021. I have been going to them to dry clean my suits. They do a great job and fast. The places I've been have gone in the past gets my suits done in 4 days. They have a 2 day turn around. I've seen them call their customers by their first names as they walk through the door. My wife and I got her 3 wedding dresses tailored here 2-3 weeks before we got married. They were able to get it done. I witnessed the owner telling the client when picking up an item that there was a stain on their shirt. This time the customer only did a press. They suggested to do a dry clean to get the stain out. I would recommend calling the client on the phone and asking if they would like to add the service and charge them the difference when they pick it up. I will still go back. I love that they rescued a German shepherd named Rogger. ( I think I spelt it right). He got sick had to amputate his back leg, and spent thousands of dollars to get him better. read more

We had used this cleaners for about 10 years before this. I brought a suit, dress slacks and 2 shirts to be cleaned for my son's senior portrait session. I had to pick them up the day of the shoot and when I got home I was shocked at the poor condition of the clothing. It was worse than when I brought it in. Dust balls all over the suit and shirts. One shirt was had stains not there prior to dropping them off. I was stuck. The shoot was in 2 hours so I photo'd the clothes then recleaned the shirt myself. I had no choice. A few days later I went back in with the photos and the dirty clothes we still had no used. Alejandro was rude and refused to take responsibility for their poor service. I even explained how long we had been customers and the fact we had a photo shoot that day. Didn't matter to Alejandro. I was so disappointed I filed a complaint with the BBB. I have noticed that there appeared to be new owners in the recent years which may account for the decline in customer service. DO NOT take anything here you care about.
