THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER... I'm a small business owner myself & never seen anything even close to this manager/ owner attitude. VERY IMPOLITE, VERY RUDE. BTW... that's the location my family has been using for a while! She doesn't deserve even a one star. This place got too big now, serving north Tustin & villa park area, their prices are expensive & still they don't care about their customers or their reviews (can you believe this is what the owner told me!) Even a friend of mine that own a cleaner in a different area, called her afterwards (she hanged up the phone on him), he wanted to tell her it's inappropriate to claim that customer wore the cloth & claiming they didn't clean it well! How can she says it's deodorant marks, if it's a skirt that has a zipper all the way along the side? How can it get deodorant marks? She was so rude, very unprofessional & when I told her I'll write a bad review, she said GO AHEAD.... SERIOUSLY!! She doesn't care. Then why would anyone give her more business? My cousin send all his medical office staff coats for cleaning, she'll loose this account for sure. We had used this cleaners for about 10 years before this. I brought a suit, dress slacks and 2 shirts to be cleaned for my son's senior portrait session. I had to pick them up the day of the shoot and when I got home I was shocked at the poor condition of the clothing. It was worse than when I brought it in. Dust balls all over the suit and shirts. One shirt was had stains not there prior to dropping them off. I was stuck. The shoot was in 2 hours so I photo'd the clothes then recleaned the shirt myself. I had no choice. A few days later I went back in with the photos and the dirty clothes we still had no used. Alejandro was rude and refused to take responsibility for their poor service. I even explained how long we had been customers and the fact we had a photo shoot that day. Didn't matter to Alejandro. I was so disappointed I filed a complaint with the BBB. I have noticed that there appeared to be new owners in the recent years which may account for the decline in customer service. DO NOT take anything here you care about. My husband and I were regular customers for about five years until we noticed a significant change in service. I'm not sure what happened in the last 6 months but something changed and we are no longer customers of this dry cleanings. Reader beware - if a place offers prices that are almost too good to be true, it's because they're probably so. We would get our clothes home and noticed a really bad odor in the clothing. We'd air out the clothes in our walk-in closet after taking them out of the bags and then the entire closet just... smelled. It was so bad that I wouldn't wear the clothes and ended up trashing about 5-6 pairs of pants and a few shirts because the smell was just terrible. I've had a couple of super cute sweaters and shirts ruined by the place over the years but then it started to happen regularly. I had a skirt lost to a brand new suit that was never found. I have to agree with the previous post by Cameron. I have gone to this dry cleaner several times out of convenience and each time I go I say I'll never go again. The combination of cheap prices and pure convenience are the only reason this location doesn't get a 1 star from me. Again, like Cameron I have lost several buttons from this location. In addition, the collars around my neck and cuffs always seem to be just as dirty as when I dropped them off. Even when I give specific instructions to focus on those areas specifically. Last time, I even went as far as to take the red tape to mark up the shirt myself so they would remember to clean it.....however this attempt failed miserably as the lady behind the counter scowled at me and the shirt still came back with stains. This is not my dry cleaner of choice, I usually use the one near my old office in Irvine but when you are in a bind and need your shirt with a one day turn around, this is the place. It's cheap and comes back quick....but that is maybe why the shirt is usually still stained though. The expression, "you get what you pay for" truly applies to this dry cleaner. read more

Like others, I was looking for an inexpensive dry cleaner with a good location. I tried this place 3 times and found it to be annoying inconsistent and the employees very cold and almost rude at one point. One time the clothes were ready the next day. Next time, it was 3 days to get the cleaned. The day of the week was same, there was no holiday or weekend, just suddenly 3 days instead of 1. When I asked why 3 days this time, all the employee told me was "Thursday". I quickly found another cleaners that was even more convenient, very reasonably priced, and extremely friendly. read more

I've been coming here for years. I agree with the collar not being as clean as it can be, but if you were your shirts more than once before getting it cleaned, then it is pretty hard to get those stains off. If you want to get those stains removed then get the shirts dry cleaned and not done laundry. I have never lost any buttons and the tailor service is a plus. read more

I have been coming here for years after using other dry cleaners. They do a high-volume pre-paid business and do a good job. I have never lost buttons, however there have been some stains that they couldn't get out. I miss the horribly worded sign that said that they take "at most care" with my garments. The new sign is grammatically correct. They staff there knows me and my wife and always comment on my pants to shirts ratio. I don't bring my alterations here so I can't speak about that. read more

This is a follow up to a review I wrote last year. I have used this dry cleaners for several years and have always been very happy with their cleaning of my everyday shirts, cashmeres and other basic items. I had been using another cleaner for my high end items...but that cleaner ruined a very expensive Max Mara coat. I decided to take my chances back at Dryclean Express with a couple of Valentino dresses and they did a beautiful job! I have been coming to this location in Orange for over 6 years. The other day I went to drop off a bagful of dry cleaning. Inadvertently, I left one of my items at home and ended up with 9 pieces. I tried to apply the Valpak $1.75 coupon, but the counter lady named Jasinia (sp?) refused to honor the coupon because I had only 9 items and the coupon requires 10 items. I explained that this was an inadvertent error and I wasn't about to go back home to retrieve the 10th item. She still refused to honor the coupon and said I'd have to pay full price, seemingly wanting to squeeze a few extra bucks out of me. I wonder if anyone ever taught this moron anything about proper customer relations, especially with a long-term customer. read more

I've been using this dry cleaner since 2001 and I've always had a positive experience! I love their new computer system which has me in and out in minutes. They even send emails to remind you when your cleaning is ready. I've also used them for alterations and to clean a large quilt that needs a big machine. Always on time, not even a broken button. But the moment you have a problem it becomes yours and they don't care. I have been 2 weeks trying to get an $85 shirt that they inadvertently sent to someone elses house. That person keep saying they're going to bring it but they don't. They haven't figured out that they simply could drive to this person's house take my shirt back give him his shirt, which I got in incorrectly and I brought back immediately, yet they will not do that at this point. I have been coming here for about 5 years. The previous management was not always great, but about 1.5 years ago, they got a new manager and did a remodel. I really love it now. Prices have always been excellent and the quality is consistently good, but now they are very professional and usually finish my clothes before they are due. They also send you an email reminder when your clothes are done. I recommend this dry cleaners. If you used to go and stopped for some reason, try them again, I think you will like the changes. read more

After many years of going there, they have made changes that have caused horrible service now and overcharging. Not sure if it's new owners or what, but new staff is terrible. Female manager has zero customer service. They are now sneaking in extra charges for the same shirts I've taken there for years. After arguing with them about these charges, they still add up the numbers too high and I had to correct them with their calculator and show them correct amount. I used to LOVE this place BUT something has happened there. In the last six months they have damaged at least 7 of my expensive Ralph Lauren Polo dress shirts. The owner blames me. I ask him how can it be that over and over they come back damaged in the exact same spot-makes no sense. Then they lost a few items and I got a few items that weren't mine. I submitted a beige jacket w/ black trim to be drycleaned. The clerk made no mention of any risk of the black bleeding onto the beige fabric. But it did. They claim that it wasn't their fault, would not do anything about it and would not apologize. No compensation was given, no fault admitted. The jacket cost over $300, and the manager claimed that the black material was cheap and was the reason why it bled; clearly, he was trying to place the blame on the manufacturer. ONLY bring clothes that are made of cotton, that are not complicated, and those that you do not care if spotting mysteriously comes onto it. As they have mentioned multiple times, they clean over 1500 pieces a day and will NOT perform any special treatment or spot checks on those garments that you care about. read more

The prices have gone up too much, and I had a blue/white striped shirt that I put in to be dry cleaned, and the Navy bled onto the white. They have lost a couple of my husband's shirts also. This place gives you the worts service. Do NOT go here. You will like the cheap price but they will NOT fully clean your clothes, LOSE your clothes, DAMAGE your clothes and they won't admit it or try to resolve it with you. I had several items cleaned there recently and they lost a very valuable sweater of mine. They told me to wait a MONTH to see if somone would return it but they didn't and then they still wouldn't admit that they LOST it or DAMAGED it. After using this cleaners for about 6 years, my husband noticed a horrible smell on his shirts. It smelled like vomit. (of course he didn't tell me until about 2 weeks after he noticed it). I took the shirts back to the cleaners and told the manager about it. He smelled one and said it was my husbands "odor." If he dry cleaned it, shouldn't that take out odor? And this isn't human odor, it's vomit smell. He smelled each one (I had 12) and he said he didn't smell anything. After a round about of words, he finally agreed to dry clean the smelly shirts at n/c. I refuse to go back in there. If you read other comments, they have said the same thing. I felt like something wasn't right, like they are scammy. When I stopped back to pick up, I learned I couldn't have my clothes without the yellow ticket. Why bother to ask my name and phone number?? I had to return another day after retrieving the ticket from my desk at home. It never dawned on me I'd have to have it. Other cleaners track you by phone number. What if I had tossed my ticket at a car wash? Do they get to sell my clothes and pocket the cash? Really irked me. I won't be back. read more

I know the prices are cheap BUT...............I took in a shirt to have a couple of buttons replaced. They charged a few bucks. When I got the shirt back they had put the buttons on crooked. I took it back and left it - I came back two weeks later and no one knew anything about it. I left my phone number and someone called me a few days later and said I would have to pay again. Obviously that was the last straw for me. They have damaged items, lost items and now this - they will take zero responsibility for anything so you are taking your chances. read more

I am normally a consistent patron of this business, but when I get back three shirts that all have on the left sleeve burnt holes, and the owner claims there were there from before , then that is when I stop coming here. My shirts are silk of a very expensive brand. I take care of them very well..but when you hire an employee that is new, or you are about to fire an employee , then these things may happen in any business, and the owners should take care of this issue. They even said that their surveillance video does have evidence that the holes were there before they cleaned the shirt, and when I turned in the shirts to be cleaned and pressed. I asked to see the footage, I have not received any response now, and it has been over two weeks. So I guess my next step is to take them to small claims court and claim the value of the shirts that I paid for, by the way they were just purchased, this was their first cleaning, I collect these shirts. I owe over 30 of them over the years. And it is too bad because the value of the three shirts are not over 600.00, but now the court costs and his reputation.. read more

I took about thirty items pants, blouses, shirts, etc. as I always have. The garments weren't ready on the day they said it would be. I had to return. When I got home with my "dry cleaned" garments and took them out of the plastic to wear, they had a smell. Also, the garments weren't ironed very well or dry cleaned very well. You could still see the worn creases on the pants, from when you sit down, which means they didn't dry clean them or iron them. The quality of the dry cleaning service isn't like it use to be. It's a shame because I have been going to this dry cleaners for 24 years. I also noticed they don't have many finished dry cleaned garments hanging ready for the customers like it use to be. In fact, it's very empty compared to the way it was before. It use to be packed with garments. I know why now, people are going elsewhere due to the inferior quality of service. It's a shame because they use to provide a quality service for a reasonable price. I found a superior dry cleaners, as I'm sure others have as well. read more
