I was always coming to Clockwork cleaners . Multiple times a week I'm a long time customer, first the broke my zipper on one of my zip ups . It's not a normal zipper it had the brands logo as the zipper . The zip up zipper as 300$ . I called them and told them about it . They only gave 50$ credit . I brought 2 more zip ups and a vest and the broke the zipper on both of them and the vest was damaged the elastic band to tighten the vest . I called them and tell them about it and they ignore me for 1 week and when I finally get ahold of them they say there is nothing they can do . All together the clothes are 1500$ all damaged . First of all, it's $4.50 per shirt, which is higher than most places that I've gone to. Secondly, when I returned to get my laundry, they were missing one shirt. They could not find it. Then they said I had to pay for it even though when I dropped them off, I paid for it and it says paid in full right on my receipt. The lady says I'm sorry that's not right. You still need to pay. I checked my American Express bill. It showed that yes, I paid them preciously. She still said i had to pay even tho they lost my shirt??? What kind of place is this?? I'm not going to go to an overpriced place where they lose your shirts and try to charge you twice. Gave the place one chance they totally blew it. read more

I have been coming to this cleaners for many years, I bring about 40 pieces every 3 weeks. Lately they lost 2 shirts and the gave me a paper requesting the receipts for the shirts and to be notarize. Also they ruined a pleated Kate spade skirt, instead of steaming it the washed it and iron it. We used their pay per pound laundry service. The price was extremely competitive at $1.50/lb with a 10% off yelp check-in. However, a lot of our clothes came back destroyed. An expensive pleather jacket came back in shreds, clothes with beading hanging loose, loose threads on clothing, pilling on fabric, tags hanging off, cashmere sweater shrunken, etc. I'm sure none of the washing instructions were followed and everything was just thrown into one giant wash. A lot of the clothes we dropped off I've washed at home before many times and have never seen this kind of destruction after. They also use a very strong smelling detergent, so everything has an overwhelming detergent smell to it. I don't know about their dry cleaning service, but I I would never use their pay per pound laundry service again, and wouldn't recommend others to use it either. read more

Unfortunately, their prices reflect the level of quality. The lady who works there is very nice, but it was clear that the clothes weren't aired out after they were dry cleaned. Brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned at the advise of a nearby bridal store. I have to admit that I called around a bit before I came in and the prices here were the most decent. $85 flat for any type of wedding dress. You do get the option to pay $10 extra I believe to get your dress in a box to keep it from falling apart if you're keeping it. My dress was pretty soiled on the bottom from getting dragged on the ground and the top had a bunch of bronzer on it. I wasn't sure if it would all come out and was pleasantly surprised that the dress looked absolutely spotless! It took about 10 days for the dress to get ready. They ask for your ticket on pickup but if you don't have it they use your info to look up your clothes and you sign a sheet to check out. Everyone working there is very pleasant. I do have to say I did see that they stopped accepting a few credit cards recently, one being Amex. Just fyi. The hours don't seem to be affected because of covid. Masks required. read more

One Sunday afternoon (Super Bowl Sunday!), my husband decided that he wants all his suits and sports coats dry cleaned. I rarely use dry cleaners and I don't even know if dry cleaners are even open on Sundays. After some research on Yelp, I found Clockwork Cleaners on Tustin, not too far from where we live. I called and confirmed that they are indeed open. So I drove there and dropped off all the suits and coats. They charge $4 for each dry cleaned clothes, prepaid. I would say that is a very reasonable price! I picked up on Tuesday and they took care of all the stains! Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the price and the quality of the cleaning, and they are open 7 days a week! read more

I'm disappointed in having to change my review from what was previously my favorite Dry Cleaner however I recently had a bad experience getting some Sleeping Bags cleaned. I dropped them off on a Thursday afternoon, was told they'd be ready for pick-up Friday at 5:00. I showed-up just before six on Friday, the girl at the counter said they wern't there and I should try again on Saturday. I told her I needed them for a camping trip I was leaving-on that weekend, she shrugged and said they might be there by the time they closed at 7:00. No apology, no explanation why they were sent off-site. I asked her to call me when they arrived. Again another shrug. I called twenty minutes before they closed, the same girl says they'd arrived. I drove down there to pick them up. Again, no apology for the delay, no offer of a discount just there they are. Honestly it's they're lack of customer service which will keep me from returning. They do good work when it comes to cleaning. However, I go in every week, sometimes twice for my uniform. And every week the I am told my uniform costs more. First it was because it's laundry and dry cleaning, then it was because it's a long dress, then because of the type of material. What started as $2.50 became $9! I confronted the woman asking why is it everytime I brought the exact uniform in it costs more? She stumbled upon her words and I didn't understand then have me $9 for all my clothes. Came here bc I was looking for somewhere open on Sundays so I Took uniforms here that needed to be military pressed. I made a mistake and didn't look at them before taking them home the first time and they were not correctly pressed. When I called they offered to fix it. Worst experience ever with a dry cleaner place if I could give zero stars I would. I've sent shirts before only a couple times but I didn't check them since they weren't really expensive but this time I sent a monclear polo shirt that is $200 that I only wore once and never again, and I decided to send it to them since I wanted to wear it for a college meeting, the other shirts I've sent before seemed okay but again I didn't check them since they aren't really expensive to me, but this time with this monclear shirt they just treated it like shit and seem to didn't care about it but first it started off with a stain on the right hand sleeve and it was done later I went back the next day since they told me it was going to be ready the next day and when I check it has a hole and you can also clearly see it in the pictures. read more

I rarely go to the dry cleaners, but this place might have changed my mind. I usually only go to one if I need to get stains removed, and this place did a great job with my sweater and jersey, which had some pretty nasty yellow stains. Anyway, there are lots of reasons why I'm probably going to be a regular here. I mean, $2.50 for everything? That seems like a great deal. Like I said, I don't go to the cleaners a lot, but when I do, I end up paying $4-$5 a piece. Outside of price, Clockwork guarantees same day completion if you bring your stuff before noon. This place is also opened on Sundays, which is super helpful for weekend drop offs. There are a bunch of cleaners in the area, but when you filter for only those that are open on Sundays, Clockwork is one of the few that remain. Finally, the owner is great. He's a dude I'd hang out with. Definitely haven't yet, but he's been really fun to talk to. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable, quick, and flexible dry cleaning joint, this is the place to go. Things to note: 1) There's a $10 minimum for card charges. 2) It may be smart to give your phone number so that they can call you for tough jobs that might take longer than usual. One of the stains on my sweaters was hard for them to take out so when I went to pick it up, I was told they could keep trying (free of charge) but it'd take another day. Giving them my number would have saved me a trip. 3) It can be a little tough to find but it's immediately south of the plaza on the southwest corner of Walnut and Tustin. read more

I used their Fluff and Fold service. This was a first for me as I've never trusted my laundry to anyone else. They were great! They followed all of my instructions. T-Shirts and tops were pulled from the dryer, smoothed and hung as I had requested. They looked as good as if they had been pressed! Everything was nicely folded and grouped. Putting away was a breeze! So MUCH better than a laundromat! I will be back. Three weeks in a row - and the Fluff and Fold service continues to be awesome! Dry cleaning service was also prompt and exceptionally reasonable. They even managed to make a favorite white sweater with an unfortunate lasagna stain look perfect again. read more
