Which was perfect since I was wearing the dress for an event on Sunday. I came into the shop on Friday and picked up my dry cleaning and was told the dress wasn't ready, and to come back the next day. Which to be frank was annoying. I drove out from Dana Point to Santa Ana since I had read amazing reviews. Later I got a call from the shop that the tailor had to order more zippers and the dress wouldn't be ready till sometime next week. Which sucked, since I had to scramble at the last minute to find a new outfit. While I appreciated the heads up from the store, they need a better prepared tailor. I sadly will not be returning again.

Unfortunately, I was told the streaks were from the pants being burned (probably from ironing) which was done by a previous dry cleaner. They still took it back again and I was not charged for it. Also one thing to note is that if you pay with a credit card, they do charge a small fee for it. The dress pants came out better than last time when I picked it up even though they couldn't fix the burn streaks. Great price and service. I will come back again.

The lady at the counter couldn't give me a price, but said she would call me back after she spoke with someone. She was guessing between $300 to $60 dollars (huge variance). I said, please call me with a price before you do anything (this is a machine washable rug that can be done at a laundrymat for about $25, but would rather drop it off than hassel with it). She said ok, no call and two days later, I return (Wednesday) and ask what is happening with the rug, and she says "no one called you!? It's going to be $60 dollars". I say, "ok, when will it be ready?" she says "Monday". I call on Monday (of the next week), asking if my rug is ready, she says yes. I come in. I ask the front desk lady for the rug, she says its ready, and looks for it... it is where I left it a week ago (in the front, still folded) - still dirty. She goes back into the computer and says, "oh, this needs to go to the other store, they have the large washer, and it will stay overnight and comeback." ok.... "it will be ready on Wednesday." I go to pick it up on Thursday (almost 2 weeks later), their store hours on google are on the picture attached (Thursday 8-7pm), they are closed, the sign says 6pm. I show up on Friday to pick it up, and she is like "no one called you?" I reply, yet again "no, no one has ever called me" - she replies "oh, we couldn't wash it. we couldn't get the machine going"... she stares blankly at me, and I say do you think I can get my rug back then? "oh okay, lemme look for it". Almost 15 minutes later, she brings back the rug in a balled up mess, and I say, I can't even get it back folded? Get your hours posted correctly. Call customers back when you say you will or if there is a problem. Have your stuff ready when you say it will be ready. If you can't do something, its okay to say this isn't a service we can provide. This was literally the worst service ever, mostly because of complete lack of communication.

Given the $100 total cost for the service, I expected this standard detail to be included. I did not notice this until I returned home to hang the curtains. When I picked it up, two buttons were missing, and on top of that, one of my blouses came back stained black, which was not an issue when I dropped it off. I understand that accidents can happen, but repeated issues like missing buttons and stained clothing show a lack of care and quality control.
