I don't want to leave a bad review because they are a small business owner but I am so mad right now. This was my first time here and I should have read the reviews before coming here. I have 4 colors of the same jacket and I brought two in, material is wool and cashmere, they shrunk my jacket and the materials is no longer soft, the armpit is tight and they shrunk the length by 4 inches. I feel something was off when I picked it up and confirmed my suspicions when I brought it home. For reference the light pink/beige is the one i brought in and the Carmel is the same jacket and look at the pics to see the difference. It's my favorite jacket too!!!

Finding a good dry cleaner with a fair price is something we all have a hard time to do, but if even the price is not fair you expect at least some minimal amount of respect from the owners. I am their neighbor and used to take my cloths to their store since it was very convenient for me and never questioned their pricing . Today when i took my cloth over there I explained to the young gentleman working over there which seems to be either the owner or related to the owner that he is charging me a lot for my jacket and polo and i am hoping he give me some discount in return of being a loyal customer, and his response was if you dont want us take ur cloths to an other dry cleaners... wow such an amazing customer service i am really hopping your business will continue doing great with this customer service since you just lost a loyal customer. Respect means more than anything to me since with this inflation we all going through a lot and helping your neighbors should be the nicest thing you can do to thank their loyalty to you! Anyway i took all my cloth to Crystal clear cleaning which was near by in this neighborhood , and guess what! not only they treated me with so much respect, they also gave me more than fair deal on my cloths. They charged me $7 to dry clean of my jacket where this store had planned to charge me $16... please see the picture so you can see it too! Please before going to these guy double check other dry cleaners ! I can promise you , you will be much more happy with Crystal clear cleaners since they at least treating you with respect

Have been coming here for years with no issues, timely, reliable service. They've rushed things when asked, they do hemming etc, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the fixed a very delicate garment when they saw it had a hole that was unraveling.

What a waste! I specifically asked for clothes to be returned folded in my reusable bag.

Unacceptable! I was staying at the Doubletree nearby. This is, unfortunately, the laundry service the hotel has chosen to do business with. Hopefully that will change. I sent in a couple of jeans, long sleeved T-shirt, and base layer leggings, and a cotton long sleeve. Nothing fancy AT ALL! I sent them in my own reusable bag. As instructed by the hotel Guest Services, I wrote specifics on the invoice - no fragrance or perfume, no hangers - JUST FOLD. NEED BAG BACK. Being environmentally conscious, I wanted to avoid use of plastics and paper. Plus, the fragrance from laundry detergents give me a headache immediately. What did I get back? Each item was individually wrapped in plastic and on a hanger, AND, they reeked of chemicals. The hotel Guest Services had been primed to apologize - they said the cleaner didn't want the items to get wrinkled. WTF! I INSTRUCTED THEM TO BE FOLDED FOR A REASON! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! On top of all that - they changed the description of the items and wanted over $60.00. What?

    Two yellow spots and crunched

STAY AWAY I'm sorry to say this place looks like a great place to support a mom and pop place but they will ruin your clothes. I didn't bother to go back to avoid getting upset before my Thanksgiving trip, it's not worth the $4.75 per shirt they would probably offer me. Grrrrrr!!! There are two yellow stains the appeared on my shirt, looks like yellow pee!! I was told because they are short sleeves it was hand press.. It looks like they might have used too much heat that through out the shirt there are many wrinkles like when u leave something in the dryer way too long and the material shrinks into a crunch. It's a very amateur job.. There was still wrinkles on the back of the shirt where one sits. Your better off throwing it in the laundry and barely ironing it your self. I'm so upset! This was a $50 shirt, I'm just hoping my regular cleaners by work will be able to fix this

They were fixing this sign today.

I asked for medium starch on my jeans and to have them washed. They turned out great! The previous dry cleaners I tried didn't do as good of a job as Kona did. $10 per pair of jeans wasn't bad especially for the quick service! I'll definitely be back. Thanks!

In the past, when items were lost or damaged, they handled the situation professionally and took responsibility. Unfortunately, that level of customer service appears to be gone. We recently had a brand new custom sport coat cleaned -- a very expensive jacket specially made for my 6'6" husband. He wore it only a few times on vacation, came home, took it off, and I immediately sent it to Kona for cleaning. When it was returned, there was a noticeable burn mark on the shoulder/deltoid area along with a streak running from the top of the shoulder, exactly like damage caused by an iron that was too hot. When I called, they immediately picked the jacket back up, which initially made me believe they intended to resolve the issue fairly. However, after keeping it for five days, Carlos called and stated that he "asked the production staff" and because they claimed they didn't do it, Kona would not reimburse us. The conversation was incredibly disappointing. Carlos was rude, dismissive, and openly implied he did not believe us. He stated there was no one else we could speak to. After spending thousands of dollars with this business over the years, being treated this way over a clearly damaged item was shocking. To make matters worse, their customer service system is a mess. No one answers the main customer service number, and when calling individual stores, the employees often seem confused, difficult to understand, or act as though they have no idea what you're talking about. During this process alone, this happened to me at least five separate times. In one instance, I was placed on hold and never helped -- I finally hung up myself after waiting 17 minutes. The quality of service at Kona has slowly declined over time, but this experience confirmed that customer loyalty and accountability no longer matter to them. I would absolutely not recommend using their services, especially for high-end or custom clothing.
