Went for the first time today and am so glad I decided to try this laundromat. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I was on the hunt for a laundromat that didn't have that pet smell in any of their machines. Enter the oxidized water used at Superior Laundry. TLDR its water that sanitizes your clothes and the machines ensuring that the machine is odor free from the person before and the dryers are odor free since all items coming out of the machines are odor free thanks to the water they use. A few of the dryers were out of order, I wish both of their super large dryers were in operation, but one was out of order. I used the big one to help speed dry my heavy bath towels. I saw the laundromat was featured on YouTube and had to try their biggest machine, the 9 loader. It comes with detergent and fabric softener included on the price. I think it just dispenses automatically when the machine is running? Again, it was my first time there so I was monitoring my machines as I was washing and drying and the towels that came out of the 9 loader were nice and clean along with my clothes out of the 5 loader. I was in and out in 2 hours, went during the day, didn't have to fight for any machines and was quick to load and unload my laundry. 5 stars, I'm so glad this gem exists and I hope out other laundromats in the area follow their example and spruce up their laundromats. read more

(11/23/25) Me: Hi, can you clean this dress? It has a few stains here and here. Superior: ok (11/28/25) Superior: It's ready. Me: It still has the stains. Superior: Oh, you wanted it clean...ok, we'll send it off to get cleaned. Let's put tape on the stains but we can't guarantee it will be clean. (12/8/25) Superior: It's ready. Me: The same stains are there and there are more little dots. Superior: Oh, yeah no, we don't clean that. Me: *confused, disappointed, shocked* Moral Of The Story: If you want your clothes to be babysat for over two weeks, bring it here. If you want your clothes clean, go to a business that cleans. When the owner responds to this post, remember that you told the manager, over the phone, to tell me that it had stains and "you can't expect it to come back all nice." LOL, Yes, that's what I expect from a laundry business, LOL! The dress came back in worse shape, possibly from them attempting to clean it with something. I had a really frustrating experience here. I added money to the laundry card, and only after the attendant watched me do it did they tell me the machines couldn't be used because they were closed. No heads-up, no sign, nothing. I ended up wasting money and time. Definitely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. Would not recommend. read more

I hate having to give a review like this. I've been coming here for 2 years now and I've never had any issues. I came to wash a load today and asked the lady if I can use the restroom since it was locked. She kept walking and was mumbling. I told her that I couldn't hear her and she yelled at me very rudely telling me to just open the door. I always respect people working in customer service because I know it's not easy, but this I cannot tolerate. Especially when you are treated bad in front of a lot of people. read more

I like this place but sometime their dryers don't work very well. The staff for the most part is nice and helpful. Mr. Miguel who works Saturday evenings is very helpful he knows the equipment very well and is very willing to help you. On the other hand, the daytime staff on Saturdays, they are not very nice. I know they don't get paid to be nice but sometimes they be giving attitude when pointing out issues with the machines; they make people feel dumb. I don't know their names but one is short petit lady and the other one has a very loud laugh. The daytime Sunday lady is also super nice, she treats everyone with respect. read more

I had been using their pickup/delivery service for a couple months and was super happy in the beginning. However, the last couple times I used them, they shrunk my sheets and then they overcharged me. I had emailed with them about the sheets and they offered a $25 credit, which was never applied. Then after they overcharged me, I emailed them 3x and they never replied. I've started using another company now. read more

I've been coming here for about a year now and although it's pretty pricey, my clothes were not getting this clean at my apartment complex. At Superior Laundry, each load is sanitized and it's a fairly quick process. They have several machines so I've never had to wait on one and there's plenty of seating to wait on your laundry like I do. They have jumbo dryers for the same price as regular sized dryers ($1 to dry) and they run for 10 mins so I usually cycle through the dryer 2 or 3 times. They also have huge washers (around $8) to wash big load or comforters/bed sheets and I see people utilizing those all the time. A regular load is about $3.30 to wash. They have lots of carts to move your laundry around and the staff is always very friendly here. Another high point is that you get "bonus" dollars for adding money to your card over a certain amount and then you can use that as a "free" wash. It's very clean and well-maintained as also. Definitely recommend this laundry mat. read more

Worse laundromat I have ever went to. Workers are nowhere to be found when you needed assistance with the machine. When you add $20 (the promotion on the machine says that it would give you $3 extra credit), no it won't. If the business doesn't honor the promotion anymore, they should take it down. I added three times of $20 (separately) and none was credited $3 extra. Why added so much? Because this place is expensive :( Tips: they don't use coins so you have to load your laundry card and keep coming back here because there is still money left that you don't want to waste. And God forbids if you accidentally lose your laundry card :( read more

I just dropped off my laundry at the harbor location. The guy they have right now makes you want to look for another area. This is the second time I've had problems with him. First, he was rude to my daughter (she doesn't speak Spanish) and made her uncomfortable. I noticed the fee for a comforter was too much; I went back right away and requested a refund. He didn't know how to perform a refund!!!!! read more

First off i been coming here for about 4 years since we moved to Anaheim and it has its good service good prices and nice and clean but recently the homeless problem started moving inside the laundry. You can't sit down anywhere because every spot is taken by people that don't even wash here and just want to charge their phones. What happened to the good old days. read more

I've used their laundry pick up service twice now as I just can't keep up with all of my family's laundry at times. They are always arrive as stated and return my clothing the next morning. I have been coming to here for about 3 months now and it's very clean. The staff are helpful and the owner is very nice and helpful as well! I would recommend their laundry service for bulky items. They are reliable & efficient. I like the fact that they pickup & deliver.

Okay, so now I am washing up at the State College laundromat.. my heart is at Harbor Blvd. with my favorite attendant Betty, but she doesn't work Tuesday mornings. Also, my double wash/rinse washers are here. I like the women who works here she is a kick to chat with. I need to catch her name. The dryer's are a bit more expensive, but the facility is clean and well maintained. The music is different then before, and it's the wave I like it much better then the that was playing in the past. Plus it has an area I can sit and fold at. read more

I have been coming here for a few months now and I've liked the laundromat overall. However, today (6/21) at around 7:30 pm I had the most upsetting encounter with an employee. I had started my washers in one section while I then went to another washer I had to start. As my dad left, I had made my way to the first washers I had started. I was wiping down my hamper when a worker walked over and very rudely asked me to remove my detergent and softener from the top of the washer as he was going to clean them. I then informed him I had yet to add softener because I prefer to add it when the water rises. (As many people do as well). He told me it didn't matter and that softener can be added whenever while rolling his eyes. I told him he shouldn't be speaking to a client in the tone and manner he was doing. While this happened my dad walked back in and the worker never approached me again. This worker is Spanish speaking so this is a synopsis of what occurred. Previously a couple months back he had already accused me of leaving dryer sheets on the floor. I told him I always pick up my trash if I drop any. After I took my clothes out of the washing machines, neither of the workers were in a rush to clean them. They were chitchatting with customers and eating. All while he came up to me the floor in that same aisle was dirty. I prefer to wash to my likely which is why I don't pay to have my clothing washed. For this worker to have that attitude towards me for preferring to wash a certain way. This afternoon worker really needs to be trained with better customer service. Just last week I had found a washer with either human or pet feces. Now with this encounter I will have to look for a new laundry mat. read more

Great service great value our washer broke so we tried out the drop off service the price & turn around time is a little (higher) longer then competitors but they did not disappoint the clothes were so clean and returned to us folded so beautifully. It saved us so much time they do have options to only wash and dry (no folding) which will save you some money. The laundromat itself is very clean with lots of large washers. There are no small top loads and I couldn't find a washer that could wash my delicates. But overall we are very satisfied. read more

Night shift attendant is rude & lazy. He denied me access to the restroom because it was "out of service" I highly doubt it, I've washed here in the day and they have never had that problem. Not to mention he plays loud music and locks the doors 30mins before they close, what's that all about. I completely understand his just doing his job but come on don't be lazy about it. read more

My family and I have been loyal customers for years, but due to the disrespectful behavior of your employees, I have made the decision to no longer wash here. During my visit on January 27, I encountered an employee named "Alicia" who not only failed to assist me with a malfunctioning washing machine but also displayed a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. I paid for two loads and both machines removed my funds however one did not commence the wash. Despite paying for two loads, I faced unnecessary reprimand for seeking assistance and was met with mockery when I requested her name. This type of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service we had come to expect from your establishment. I believe it is essential for your management team to address these issues promptly. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and it is disheartening to see such disregard for basic courtesy and respect. Anyways I hope my experience will help others make an informed decision about where to spend their money. I didn't get a picture of her but the picture I provided is close enough to identify her immediately. read more

Due to Covid it is hard to get into our apartment laundry rooms and social distance. So superior laundry has been a great blessing to my family. I love the way that they package up the laundry so that everything stays clean. I like that they use ozone to kill germs and keeps our clothes and linens looking fresh. I wish that superior laundry had different discounts available, instead of just for first time users or people that use them weekly. I also wish there was a per bag price, instead of a minimum amount of pounds of laundry. read more

They are reliable as long as you only need the service during monday-Friday. They don't do any service during the weekends. Price is not too bad but still a bit pricey. I guess because it includes delivery I can justify it. They charge $5 for a cheap bath mat from ikea which only cost $10. I don't understand why is it so costly while it's only as thick as a regular bath towel. Last time they charge me $10 for the same bath mat. It's ridiculous. read more

I really feel comfortable doing my washing here at Superior Laundry and it's mainly because off the warmth anf friendliness of Sylvia, the on-site manager. This is my first visit, and Sylvia answered all my questions knowledgeable and there was something about the way she took the time to listen I felt heard. Readily a grest custoner experience. Sylvia took it all in stride even though I'm site she heard the same questions I asked a million+ times. What a wonderful surprise on a hot sticky Tuesday afternoon to find such a pleasant place to do laundry! The machines work really well. Thru and the whole place is very clean. Prices are reasonable and there's bonus $4 that can be used toward washing if you put $20 on the card, but there's no way to designate how to use more than the portion the systems allows per load. Ott cannot be used toward dryers. There's free cable high speed wifi! read more

The people were very helpful and pleasant. Although there were a few machines out of order it was still easy to get my laundry done.

We used Superior Laundry this past weekend as our dryer has been broken for over a week and cannot be repaired until next week. I wasn't really sure what to expect as the pricing seemed reasonable and the timing perfect. Let me tell you... our laundry was picked up on time as scheduled. I received text notifications throughout the entire process. Our clothes were delivered and left on the porch as promised on time. The folding was impressive and our laundry smelt fantastic. I even had a billing issue and Corey Lee fixed it immediately. They website to schedule the services is pretty user friendly. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them in the future after trips, if our dryer breaks again, or when I'm just being lazy. read more

Place doesn't even deserve one star. Worst experience ever with a racist staff member. He seems to only be friendly and helpful to White people. Treated my family like they weren't paying customers. Locked them out from the back of the building and made them go around the building to come in through the front. But when a White guy comes to wash, he opens the door. My husband let him know that he would be leaving and coming back. It was around 6:30pm and the doors were already locked. What kind of business is this? No where on the windows does it say "Doors lock before 7:00pm". I've never been to a laundromat with such poor customer service. Treat all customers the same and not just the White ones. read more

This was my first time using Superior Laundry's services, let me emphasize on how professional and organized the entire process is. I'm a super busy college student, I don't always have time to sit and wait for my clothes, and still have to fold them. Superior Laundry completely covered this inconvenience for me. By simply filling out a couple of questions, an extremely nice driver was sent to my complex and picked up my hamper, they understood I couldn't leave it in plain sight, and came all the way to my doorstep to pick up. Shortly after, I realized I left some valuables in my basket and called customer service line...an amazing employee named Patrick answered and handled all of my questions and concerns promptly, and reassured that my belongings would be returned..and they did just so!! 100% using this service again. read more
