It was difficult to communicate with them as well due to language barrier but I would be okay with that if it wasn't for the stained mark on the suits. That is absolutely unacceptable so I will not be recommending them. Although I appreciate their prices and the fact that they cleaned up their mess, it is a mess that should have never happened. Located in an older strip mall in Artesia behind the Hanmi Bank. Parking wasn't any issue when I arrived. The nice lady who I assume was Mina/the owner showed me where I could try on the pants and she quickly pinned the pants according to how long I wanted the hem. She also confirmed that she would duplicate the original hem style- this I appreciated so much as other placed I've been to don't put in the effort and will default to a single row hem stitch. Mina was very kind and let me know the pants would be ready in 2 days. She charges $15 for my hemming job which is very reasonable. You pay up front. When returning to pick up my pants, I tried them on and they were spot on. I took a look at the hem and she did a wonderful job - the hem looked identical to the original.
