Do not bring your dresses here worse cleaners I regret bringing my daughters Quinceanera dress here . The owner said he could clean it at the time I dropped it off once I picked it up the bottom of the dress was still very dirty I don't believe it was cleaned I had to bring it in for a second time I will Never recommend this business and even with a second cleaning the dress is still not clean. Worst dry cleaner I've been to... ever. 1. Clothes was not ready on the day I was told so I wasted my time going back and forth (about 1 week) 2. Was told if I use my credit card there would be a $2 charge so to pay cash. I didn't have cash on me so I said I would pay when I picked up. Forgot to bring cash so had to use my card but received no mention of a fee this time so it seems to be selective? 3. The stain I was told would come out in fact did not so ultimately paid for nothing 4. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I went back to my usual spot and everything was done perfectly and half the price of what this place charges. 5. The man working is rude and not friendly read more

I went to this cleaners March 2024 i dropped off 4 pair of jeans for alterations and to have a zipper fixed i was told to come pick up jeans a week later on a Tuesday which i did when i got there to pick up, she couldn't find them i spotted my items and she showed me that they were not fixed at all, i asked why wasn't my clothes ready it's already been a week and she said really the lady who does alterations did not come in today so they might be ready tomorrow i said well i'll just take the jeans because it's been a week already, a waste of time and that should've been communicated the day before i was to pick my jeans up. read more

I rarely use the cleaners but this time I had to use it since my son dropped ice cream on my brand new purse. It took a week for me to receive my purse and upon inspection I noticed that my purse had been damaged by the cleaners. I notified the employee before leaving and I let him know that my brand new purse had been damaged and I asked what happened. He stated that he sent the purse out to wash and that possibly the other cleaners had damaged my purse. I let him know that I would need a refund or a replacement for my purse since it was ruined. The purse was faded, and had stains. He refused to take responsibility and stated that his only mistake was to not notify me of possible damages to the material. I let him know that he was fully responsible since he did not let me know that this could happen, he never notified me that he would send out the item. We went back and forth, he tried to say that the back of the receipt stated that he would only be responsible for up to $40 of Damages, I pointed out that the receipt said no such thing. He pretended to call the other cleaners and asked them to replace the purse. They conveniently had a contract with Nordstrom and they happened to have an two "leather" options that they would offer me as a replacement. He sent me pictures but upon inspection I realized that they were counterfeits so I refused and insisted on a replacement from the store or a refund . At the end he agreed to pay me $150 since he supposedly had to pay the other cleaners, $32, my purse was $175 plus taxes. I accepted, when I went to pick up the money he only gave me $145 and stated that he was not the person that I had spoken to over the phone and the person had conveniently left for lunch. This was such a joke of an experience. I would not recommend taking your items here. He took no responsibility for his actions, asked me for proof of purchase, when I presented it he stated that my purse was not new so he couldn't give me the full amount. read more

When I left the clothes, the hem of the jumper was too dirty to be considered washed. It looked as if it had been ironed without being washed. Those who gave good product reviews seem to have only entrusted us with clothes that were in really clean condition. Those who entrust their precious clothes to us, please think carefully before leaving them at this laundromat. I don't want to write a bad review for a small business, but I am leaving an honest review because customer service is not suitable for paid professional services. read more

Went here to get my dress shirt tailored. The guy asked me how many inches. How many inches? Well I don't know. I said aren't you supposed to ask to put on my shirt and so you can measure on how much to adjust. Don't go here, the guy doesn't know what he was doing or just doesn't want to work. Sad.
